Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Parkplatz kostenlos im eigenen Parkhaus. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück, auch warme Speisen und Waffelautomaten:-) dazu gibt es noch zwischen 17.30 und 19.00Uhr ein paar warme Snacks, Chicken Tenders, Maccaroni mit Käsesoße usw. dazu 3 Freigetränke, auch alkoholisch. Wir waren mit diesem Hotel rundrum zufrieden.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung entspricht sehr hohen europäischen Standards. Man hat sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Motto des Hotels ist der Weltraum - Mond und Astronauten sind fast überall present und perfekt ins Design integriert. Es wurde viel Liebe zum Detail angewendet und die Möbel sowie die Farbgestaltung sind einmalig! Im 8. Stock befindet sich die Hotel-eigene Bar, welche den Gesamteindruck stilvoll abrundet. Das Moonrise Hotel liegt an einer der 10 berühmtesten Strassen (Delmar Loop) von Amerika mit trendigen Shops und In-Lokalen. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert - würde jederzeit wieder hin!

Toller Service am Empfang, nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet für 10 Dollar m frisch.Obst, Pancakes, Müsli, leckerer Kuchen, Showcooking der Frühstücksomlets einfach nur gut! Sehr schönes Zimmer, kein Fluglärm, obwohl direkt am APT (3 Miles) Zimmer mit Kühli, Internet, Flatscreen TV, Bügeleisen, Föhn, Kaffemasch... Tolle bequeme Betten Alle 15 Min Shuttle z APT, holen Dich auch bei der Mietwagengesellschaft ab oder bringen Dich hin! Es passt einfach alles....

Es gibt ein Businesscenter vor Ort. Jeden Morgen wird Ihnen ein kostenloses Frühstück serviert. Außerdem steht Folgendes zur Verfügung: Fitnessmöglichkeiten, Wäscherei und kostenlose Zeitungen in der Lobby. Gästen stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Zimmer
Die 71 klimatisierten Zimmer im Sleep Inn bieten folgende Ausstattung: Kaffee-/Teekocher. Die Zimmer haben einen Highspeed-Internetzugang. Kabel-TV-Empfang steht in den Zimmern zur Verfügung. "HORRIBLE!!!!!"
Do not think this hotel is even worth the 2 stars it is reviewed at. Simply a very bad experience.. the breakfast is non-existant.. some orange juice and old cereal is all that was there. The elevatory was broken and the pool closed (not that I'd go in if it wasn't). The place is dirty and reeks of smoke .. even in the non-smoking rooms. DO NOT BOOK […] A ROOM HERE!!!! Mehr
"No maintenance"
This hotel is not in good condition. The pictures were obviously not the hotel where we stayed. The hallways stunk like a stale ashtray and the carpets in the room was old and nasty.

"Worst Hotel SStay EVER!"
This was one of the most horrific hotel experiences I hav e ever had. When I walked in to check in there was another couple in front of me who was looking at their third room due to the first two being unsatisfactory. The female in the couple informed me that they had black mold in their room. When I finally made it to the counter it ook almost 20 minutes […] just to check in. After checking in I went to my room to find that the door was propped open and when I looked inside there were no sheets, covers or pillows on the bed and there were no towels in the room. When I called down to the front desk to tell them this the person at the front desk could not understand english enough to understand that my room was not ready. Finally after about 10 minutes someone came up to the room and saw what I was talking about and went to get the bedding and towels. After another 5 minutes they came back with the required items. I would not have stayed at all, but the hotels does not give refunds for any reason and I had just finished driving 1200 miles and needed sleep. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. Mehr

would not stay there again. not maintained. there were ants in the room. Bed was clean and very comfortable, however. not up to standards in my opinion.

The hotel room was nice and clean. Hotel sevice people were very nice. The continental breakfast was severly lacking though. For the price it served its purpose
"worst hotel ever"
I booked a king with jacuzzi. Guy told me I had to give him $20 more. I told him no and he said there wasn't one so he'd give me a queen with jacuzzi. Got to the room, no jacuzzi.. went back and told him finally got the room I booked... Had to walk past pool to get to room and the whole bottom floor smelt terrible from the mold in the pool. The electrical […] plugs are taped to the walls.. had to hook up the cable to my tv myself. Burn marks on the nightstand, jacuzzi, desk, sink and everywhere imaginable in non smoking room. Jacuzzi was filthy. Iron was missing. Ironing board looked like a dog ate it. The ac was broken. And the guy at front desk spoke no English what so ever. Mehr

"Good Quality"
We stayed here after a Cardinals game on Friday evening. The hotel is clean, the service is good. The price is great. We slept well and saved a lot of money. If you are looking for a resort, this is not the place. If you need a good place to sleep in a safe area, this is a great place to stay for a day or two.
"poor maintenance"
was 98 degrees outside. walked in, no a/c on in the building at all. hallways were HOT. pool was empty. had a crack in it. part of the reason we wanted to stay there. only a shower in room, no tub. continental breakfast was ONLY cereral and donuts. beds were reasonably comfortable. overall HATED it. will not stay there again or recomend to anyone.

"Por Representation"
I was verry disapointed that the pool and hot tup was closed, by the City. after driving for 9 hrs. I exspect to have a hot tup and a little swim to wind down befor bed. So I can get a good night sleep for the next day.If I would of none the pool was closed. I would of booked a room in the next town.

Advertised a pool, but it was permanently closed. Had several families at the Continental Breakfast that were not staying there.

"Run!"
The hotel does not have a pool. I repeat they do not have a pool and it says its closed permenately. The rooms where cheap though, this was the only plus.
"very good deal overall"
My room was comfortable and everything looked very nice for the most part. The TV worked fine, and the free breakfast was okay. The air conditioning worked fine except it was a little too loud, which is a minor issue when you're trying to sleep at night. There were some minor stains and scuffs on the carpet and the shower entrance, but not a big deal. […] The business center can be upgraded a little more since it only had one old computer. The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The next room was hot. The third room had one bed that sagged badly and the other bed was not level tilting downhill to the left.

The room was horrible. It was supposed to be non smoking and it was easy to tell more than one person had definitely smoked in it. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, the shower door did not stay closed, the whole shower was lined with mold, the fan was full of dust, the a/c had its own unpleasant stench, the bed was a brick. This was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life..... TEN REASONS NOT TO STAY HERE 1. Roaches ......bad like joes apartment 2. Bad area...my cd player was stolen out of my car 3. Dirty..... very nasty place 4. Pool..... shut down a year ago by the state 5. Service...... no one spoke english (AT ALL) 6. Noise..... a couple was in a fist […] fight in the hall 7. "Needs Work"
The room was clean and extremely comfortable and did not have any odors. If all you want is a place to sleep, then this will do ok for you. The toilet kept trickling. The pool that is still listed on the web site was permanently closed by the health board in December 2010. The third floor reeked of mildew. Has to go to the third floor to get drinks […] because the pop machine was out of order on the second floor. The ice machine was out of order on the third floor. The elevator had carpet freshener dumped in it presumably to cover the mildew smell but the freshener smell was overwhelming. More of it dumped on a sleeper sofa in the hallway on the third floor. The room was OK but it was hard to hear anything over the AC and there were no hangers in the room.
"Hard Time Checking In"
After booking the room on the phone thru this site, I me and the wife got there it still took 25mins or more to finally get the room, due to a language problem and the employee not know how to use the system. And we got to the room we found that the toilet did not flush due to the water being turned off which when turned on the valve leaked..... wow […] from check in to actually getting to bed was a headache. "Got what we paid for"
It was the cheapest on the list, so since we were just passing thru, we booked it. It is pretty close to restaurants and shopping, but not much to look at. It did serve our purposes of basics necessities, with a very average breakfast. The room we were in did not have a tight-closing door, so since we were near the lobby, we heard noises off and on […] during the night. Again, it served our purposes, I may stay there only one nite again if it turns out to be the cheapest again and I ask for a room far from the lobby. Mehr

This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The rooms smelled like smoke, mold in the bathrooms, no pool, wallpaper peeling away, bed not on a frame, but laying on the floor, messed up reservation ... On and on and on... Never again
"Like Pubes?"
I realize that I was not going to get Ritz-Carlton service, but I don't like to find pubic hairs in bed that don't belong to me or getting a call at 11:15AM telling me my check-out time is 11:30 when it is posted at noon. Breakfast is advertised, but the "orange juice" is a nasty tasting Tang or Sunny D like substitute. The other ratings are for what […] you would expect in a cheap hotel.
