Feb. 20135 Tage als Ausgangspunkt für eine Golfreise genutzt, Zimmer sind sehr gut, geräumig u bieten alle Annehmlichkeiten, eigener Golfplatz vorhanden u als Ausgangspunkt um die Topplätze der Gegend zu erkunden gut geeignet (10-45 Minuten). Service sehr gut, obwohl weitläufig ist es vom schlechtesten Parkplatz bis zum Zimmer max. 3 Minuten zu gehen! Innerhalb v 5 Autominuten Restaurants, Malls, Supermarkt erreichbar! Sehr enpfehlenswert

This hotel is in a quiet location with a very nice, helpful staff. The rooms are comfy but the whole hotel is a little worn and in need of a deep clean/decor update. When you walk down the halls, the walls are creamy yellow with a yucky patina of gray dirtiness everywhere - just a little elbow grease and some cleaner would make a huge difference. Would never stay there again. Was there a week for business. By the third day the cleaning people started doing a poor job in the room. They left sheets on the floor, as if they were interrupted and never finished. The entire place reeks of cigarette smoke and I was in a non smoking room. I found the staff courteous and helpful, the breakfast was a big plus with kids and considering other options during Spring Break, the rates were very reasonable! The pool is small, but not too crowded so we were able to enjoy it. The double beds were kind of small, but well worth the price we paid. The hotel was adequate and good value. It wasn't really close to any major amenities, but served our purpose. The place was clean, with a number of features, including a small fitness room. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was included, with the usual fare, tho no hot eggs (just cold hardboiled, which were fine). They did have a self serve waffle maker, […] and an assortment of cereals. Parking was a bit tight. Their signage off the street was poor; small, unlit and easily missed. "Well worth a stay"
The hotel was great. Felt secure, continental breakfast was good ( could use another waffle maker, they only got one) hot tub was great, pool was shallow and not heated, Hotel cleaning crew does a great job. I would recommend Sleep Inn over the two hotels adjacent - Motel 6 and Comfort Inn. Also, the police patrolled through the parking lot at night. […] Added security. Did not realize it was a pet friendly place. A dog in the hotel barked some. I know lots of people love their pets but personally it grosses me out to stay in a place where I think dogs may have been in my bed! Board your animals, people! The staff members were nice at first but got extremely rude. We occupied two rooms, and the staff managed to be rude to everyone in both rooms. We waited for twenty minutes to sit and eat breakfast. This was not an issue as we understand that there are many people staying in the hotel that would like to partake in the free continental breakfast. We […] had only been sitting for about ten minutes when one of the staff members told us to leave because they needed to clean the room. I told them,"okay, I understand." This was a small hotel in an area of Phoenix where there were a number of larger hotels. My only problem was that the room was a lot smaller than I thought. But it was clean and very quiet. The hotel was quaint, clean, and smelled good. We had a smoking room and there was no trace of lingering smoke from prior guests. The breakfast was great and the shower was incredible. "OK Hotel but Sketchy Cleaning"
We arrived late to the hotel which caused a problem with our reservation. After an initial bit of confusion, the front desk staff handled the problem satisfactorily. The room was basic and uninspired and was mainly clean except for the nightstand which had obviously not been cleaned since the last guest. UGH. Breakfast had run out of many of the items […] 1 hr before the end of serving time. Two of the four tables were dirty and no one came to check up on the food or tables the entire half hour I was there. Overall the hotel was OK but the cleanliness was very inconsistent, very clean in some areas, disgusting in others. We stayed here to be near the hospital. We were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was a nice breakfast that included waffles. Price was excellent! We will stay again.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Surprisingly great for the price"
I was suspicious about staying anywhere that was so cheap, but the ratings were okay, and I was just down there on my own to get SCUBA certified at Lake Pleasant, so I went for it. And really, there is nothing wrong with this hotel at all. Nice and clean, friendly, seemed safe, everything worked. Breakfast was nothing special but it filled the void. […] Pool was not heated but it was tiny anyway and it is December. I stayed in another hotel just a mile or so down the highway for over twice the price and it was worse. "Inexpensive"

"A regular "need a place to crash" hotel"
No problems at all for a regular "need a place to crash" hotel. Breakfast was good, if a bit crowded, and there was someone there to take care of refreshing everything. Room was a bit small, and there's no bathtub, just a shower. But everything worked, the room was clean and the hotel was fairly quiet.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung
