I read several mixed reviews before booking. My experience with the hotel was great. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic (cereal, waffles, bread items, yogurt, etc...) but well stocked. I neglected to pack a few hygeine items which the hotel provided a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. The quality of service in general […] was great. My only negative part of my experience was the shuttle to the hotel from the airport. The hotel has a contract shuttle service which was not very efficient the night the I arrived. I waited for 40 minutes for the shuttle before they arrived. This could have been an isolated incident because they were on time for the morning pickup at the hotel to take me back to the airport. Mehr

Hotel was clean and in good repair. Lobby seems to have been recently redecorated. Staff was extremely friendly. Room decor was a little dated but in good shape. Pool and hot tub were great for the kiddos. My only complaint was the water pressure- very light, but at least it stayed hot. Will definitely stay there next year.

I needed a place to sleep when stuck in Dallas due to missed connecting flight. I would have appreciated auto-opening doors as most people stying here are traveling with suitcases and it is difficult to open doors when pushing or pulling luggage. Room was ok; dated and not well docroated, but comfortable enough. It was clean; there were some stains […] on the carpets in the hallway but the room was fine. I had to travel out early so I missed breakfast. I prefeer Hamptons because they always have a grab-n-go bag out early for those travelling early. The shuttle driver was prompt and the hotel clerk was kind enough to ask me if i needed to schedule it when i checked in. We were close to the airport but the hotel was quiet enough. If you want to spend a nite close to hotel without spending a lot of money and you don't mind plain decor, this is the place ! Mehr

they had a shuttle and i did not have to wait an hr for it to get to me. everyone very nice and room perfectly ok no probs breakfast included was standard for that sort of place.

The hotel has not updated nor repaired anything in the rooms. Worn carpet, old TV's, old paint and just looks run down more like a Motel 6

I had to look at about a dozen possible places to stay and only a few offered shuttle to connect to a 5:30 a.m. flight.. I think It looks better than the pictures but admit I did not go to pool etc. If you are looking for clean room, early shuttle to airport, hospitable front desk, they are a good choice.

I was pleased with our stay for the most part but a little disappointed with the pool and smell in the hotel. The pool and hot tub didn't seem clean, the water was very cloudy. Walking down the hall to or room there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke.It seem to be coming from the laundry room.

The pool and hot tub really needed cleaning the water was not very clear looking and the pool room smelled like mold & mildew , didn't look as if it had been cleaned, it really needed updated as in paint etc, outside of that would stay again it was just a quick layover

clean room, really just needed a cheap hotel near the airport. Got into the hotel in the evening, the hotel parking lot was completely full. Had to park across the street in parking not reserved for the hotel. When asked if my car would get towed, the guy behind the counter barely looked up from his magazine to shrug his shoulders and go back to what […] he was reading. Room clean enough, again just served a purpose for the night but had to get up regularly through out the night to make sure my car was still there in the AM to drive to the airport. Mehr

It met our needs perfectly for our layover. Although no restaurant is on the premises (except for the continental breakfast, which we missed due to an early departure), we had a selection of menus to order from that offered free room service delivery. It was very appreciated.

We stay whenever we are flying out of DFW. The staff is gracious and helpful and there is a fitness room.

Needed a room for overnite because of missed airline connection. Motel and room were more than adequate for my needs; clean, albeit worn and showing age. Night clerk was helpful but we had a minor language problem, morning clerk most helpful and even recalled airport van to help me make earlier connectoion Pool warm, hot tub hot..nbed firm.

The bathroom door didn't shut, so it felt uncomfortable taking showers and getting dressed in there. It would also be helpful to have automatic doors at the entrance of the hotel for those who have a lot of stuff to bring in and not enough hands or room to get through the doors. Rapid check-in. Close to places we needed to go. Paid in advance. Worth the price I paid. Comfortable. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. Will stay there again.

The sleep inn was a wonderful hotel. Extremly comfy and soft bed. Nice staff and an amazing breakfast including a make your own breakfast bar.. I would definitly stay again

Great hotel for the price, comfortable bed, convenient location, free breakfast and WIFI. The only issue I had is that our room was so hot when we walked in and it took forever for it to cool down.

This hotel is close to the airport and works well as an inexpensive spot to crash, but not a place I'd want to stay for multiple days. Room is threadbare and dimly lit. The indoor pool was warm (yay!), but the hot tub that it's connected to was very green (boo!) - clearly it hadn't been cleaned well in some time. The service was good didn't have a problem at all. Front desk was really helpful too needed a cab and some where to go and I got all the information needed. The only thing was my room didnt have a tub but that was ok.

We have stayed at this hotel before and have had nothing but good experiences. The front desk staff is great. We enjoy the indoor pool and the breakfast Mostly the proximity to the airport as we stay here as we are flying in or out.

My only real complaint was that the hall smelled of cigarette smoke. Although my room was non-smoking, and didn't really smell of smoke, the hall did. For the price it seemed like a reasonable value.

I got there late (11:30 pm) and left early (7:30 a.m.), so my stay wasn't extensive or drawn out. The front desk person was nice, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was descent. I will have to say that the kitchen was small and not very homey, but my son and I had a descent breakfast and that's ultimately what counts.
