Das Days Inn Cleveland Airport South hat ein vernünftiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ein großes Zimmer, wie von uns gewünscht mit zwei Betten und Raucher, mit einem auch normal großem Badezimmerbereich. Parken und Wifi ist kostenlos. Die Lage ist auch ganz ok,alles mit dem Auto in relativ kurzer Fahrtzeit erreichbar.

Ich finde es ungewöhnlich Frühstuck auf plastik Teller und Besteck zubekommen.

"Excellent Service"
We had a large group of family in town for a memorial service. The hotel was able to meet the needs of our group, including a sit down dinner for 20 persons. The view of the falls was lovely and the ambient noise made us want to sleep for much longer than we had time for. The 2 floor suites are at the lower level of the hotel with a private balcony […] overlooking the falls. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to the Akron area. Mehr
"Wonderful service in quaint location"
What a pleasant experience! Not only did this hotel provide a luxurious feel at an affordable price, but the service was impeccable! Housekeeping to server to front desk staff...all pleasant, professional and personable while ensuring prompt and thorough service. Beautiful views of the Cuyahoga river during a snow shower were a bonus!

"Fantastic Stay"
I was in town for a wedding, and this hotel was just perfect. The lounge was classy, had a beautiful view, good food and a large drink selection. My room was spacious and very comfortable. I would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

"Cuyahoga Falls - very nice, but slow breakfast ser"
No issues accept for very slow breakfast service. Also breakfast order slightly off, with disappearing waitress.
"My Favorite hotel"
We stay at the Sheraton every time we come to Cuyahoga Falls which is every other year. The staff, service, food is always great.
"Unhelpful"
When not given the correct rooms that were ordered, the staff was not helpful in rectifying the situation and offered to give 1 or the 3 incorrect rooms the proper order, I felt insulted and refused to accept. Even if they weren't able to completely make it right they could have done something to make up for it but offered nothing at all.
"Great Hotel"
Everyone at this property made me feel like a million bucks. The food was great, especially the breakfast buffet. The service was really good also and the Tuesday evening mixer was nice to meet a few people I will hopefully see again. The general manager answered a few questions for me and the Teresa signed me up for a reduced corporate rate. "The Sheraton in Cuyahoga Falls, Oh"
This hotel is by far the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. The service was outstanding, and the surrounding location is beyond words. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that visits this area.

"Sheraton Suites Akron Cuyahoga Falls"
Magnificant hotel located, literally, on a flowing river in a picture perfect little town. Hotel room was beautiful, updated, and fresh. Jazz in the bar!! Perfect stay.
Beautiful place.Unfortunately the service is poor. Wake up call was for 8:30, they called at 6:30. Housekeeping kept nocking on the door to see if they can clean the room,happened 2-3 times before 10:00am.
"Bad Anniversary"
Went here for my anniversary and had reserved a king bed. When I got there they had no kings beds available and no other rooms available. They gave us free breakfast and 10% off of dinner. When we got to the room the toilet was not working and the room had two full beds not queen beds. "The Sheraton-Cuyahoga Falls- Great Place to Stay"
I love this hotel! it's beautiful, well-kept, and has great food. I have stayed there twice now just for a quick weekend getaway. This time I had a view overlooking the water and it was beautiful, I will say that the train ran and it was kind of loud, but it didnt run too often. "Sheraton Akron Cuyahoga falls"
Overall our stay was great, however on saturday early morning around 3:30 am we were woken up by the fire alarm. We had to evacuate, it was a false alarm and most people were out of the hotel prior to the fire trucks coming which were across the street. It was obvious there was no real fire and us and many small children even animals were left outside […] in the middle of the night for quite some time with no hotel employee coming out to say anything. There was no offer of compensation for our trouble. We had an 8hr drive home the next day and we were exhausted. Mehr

Everything was wonderful!! The restaurant being on the water just adds so much character! A glass elevator is always a plus!
"Very beautiful hotel..."
I was happy with everything about my experience here except for one thing. I wish that when I checked in the hotel employee would have explained to me where everything is and how things work with the hotel or at least ask if I cared to know. The hotel was beautiful inside and out and there is a lot to do in the surrounding area.

"Great Hotel!"
Beautiful, well kept hotel. Suite was very spacious. I stayed at a Sheraton over in San Diego a few months ago, and it was not anywhere near as nice as this one.
