Sheraton Cerritos Hotel at Towne Center - Cerritos

Everything about the hotel was great. I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Town Center.

FABULOUSLY relaxing and enjoyable.

If you stay over on the weekend - Saturday morning has a farmers market you can walk to! Tamales, fruits, fresh roasted nuts, and corn on the cob grilled right there!

I really enjoyed my stay there. The Hotel was great and we had a choice of numerouse restaurants around the Hotel to choose from

I thought we had a fairly good deal for a 4 star hotel. Everything was fine until we got to our room. The bathroom in the non-smoking room wreaked like someone had smoked a whole pack in there the night before. We alerted the front desk immediately as to not be charged for the damage. They offered to move us, but it was already very late. We thought […] that once they sprayed the room, it would be livable. It turns out the ventilation fan in the bathroom was broke, so the smell never went away. It was so bad that one of us couldn't sleep hardly at all that night. I guess most of our dissatisfaction is that the staff were not very appologetuc about it. Won't be staying there again. Mehr

To whom it may concern: Response on the Sheraton Cerritos stay. I was not happy with the customer service. I made several calls to the front desk and it took a long time for them to answer. I finally had to go to talk to the front desk staff. It was difficult to use the front desk phone when asking the front desk. Bad customer service from the front […] desk. I could not find the remote control and did not bother to find it since the customer service stinks. I was upset and requested to talk to the customer service manager concerning my problems. I told her to please have the staff focus on doing their best on providing better service. Mehr

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Cerritos . The staff was very pleasant to deal with , they were professional and explained everything . The room was extremely clean and very comfortable , even the bathroom was nicely stocked and the bath towels were perfect . we love staying here we love the room that overlooks the water feature this is the only room we want very relaing the only problem is the children in the spa no one seems to abide by the signs no one uner the age of 16 i think could be 18 that is a little disapointing as it seems parents do not read

It is a great hotel, it is new and in excellent condition. Checked in on a Thursday and the front receptionist gave a free upgrade to a preferred-guest room. Room is large, nice and comfortable. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and near a major freeway. Will definitely return to this hotel. 2 drawbacks: there is no refrigerator in […] the room, inconvenient if you want to store drinks. No free wi-fi access in the room, if you want free wi-fi in your room there is a charge. Free Internet is only available in the lobby. Mehr

This was one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in. The bed was so comfortable, made it hard to get up!! The employees were all so pleasant and helpful. Great eating areas within walking distance.I would definitely recommend this hotel .

I had been a hotel costumer five times and it seems we encounter always the same problem. I always l eave a note in our room, but it seems nobody dare to check. The elevator was remodel. Hopefully on our next visit...bathroom will be the next one to be remodel. This hotel is closed to my sister area and I think I'm still coming back.

We checked in very late and were made welcome. Staff was very helpful with all our questions. We had a gathering at the bar after our event. They brought extra chairs and plates. The bar service was prompt. Did not have a meal at the restaurant. THE CUSHIEST pillows I have ever encountered at a hotel!

The hotel was very good. Staff were knowledgable and very friendly and helpful. I practicularly liked their program where they give you a $5 voucher for each day we do not use the room service to clean our rooms. We just have to make sure ourselves that the room is always kept clean and tidy. With the $5 voucher we could use it to purchase things at […] Starbucks there in the hotel. had a great stay in this hotel! looking forward to returning. walking distance to great restaurants and shopping center.

I found cracker crums outside my front door when I checked in, like they didnt swipe floor that day. Also paper trash in front of the elevators when I frist went to my room.

My family & I enjoyed our stays at Sheraton Cerritos Hotel. The location has a very good Feng Shui location. It is very close to almost everything, shopping malls, grocery stores, & a variety of restaurants & fast foods. Freeway access are very close by and also access to amusement parks. overall stay was hey good. We had the easiest check in and check out. I would have rated my stay a 5 but there was a dirty hand towel left on the floor when we checked in to our room. The location was very good right off the 91 freeway. There is a shopping center across the street with restaurants and a movie theater.

Right off the highway. Great shopping & restaurants across the street. Bed was extremely comfortable-I want one for home!

Keep up the good work & service.

The front desk staff is not very efficient and courteous. Carpets smell and feel like full of dust. Toiletries are cheap quality and AC system is old and stale. The staff makes you feel that they are doing the customer a huge favor by letting them stay there.

Decent size room, King size mattress & pillows very comfortable. Requested quiet room & location very good by (emergency) exit. Coffee maker too small. Bathroom door opens into path of entrance door & can get struck. Pool/spa nice with towels set out for each chair. Nice place & reasonable price. Thx.

I think that all business class hotels that I have stayed at had free wifi, and didn't charge $9.95 per day if you want it in your room...wired or not. Also, don't know when the last time was that I stayed somewhere that didn't have a refrigerator in the room. One last thing...the hotel bar...about $10 for one shot of Grey Goose. The bartender kept […] asking my wife and I if we wanted it on the rocks, or with a chaser. She seemed surprised that we just wanted the shot straight up. Found out why when we drank it and it clearly was watered down...way watered down. She seemed surprised and then opened a new bottle and gave us a shot from there. Big difference. Mehr

It was nice and confortable.

Great location if you need a place to stay in or near Cerritos. Very comfortable bed, very quiet. Room was clean, however there was toothpaste residue in sink, old coffee stir stick on desk. Bathroom a bit dated, stained toilet. However the room and bathroom were clean. Would stay again.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is located right next to a small shopping area which was convenient.

I speak for myself and my family when I say this has been one of the best hotel experiences we've had in the LA area. Definitely coming back again. Thank you Sheraton staff for making our weekend stay an absolute comfortable and relaxing one.
