Our driver Gavin really took care of us. He made sure we got rides to wherever we needed to go and arranged our transportation the following day. Dont know what we would have done without him. The hotel was very nice

The air and toilet madeloud noices.

The Sheraton Suites by the Airport in Tampa, FL, was just a wonderful place to stay. I loved the king bed and the suite was just perfect. The price was reasonable and I really enjoyed my stay there. The courtyard was incredibly landscaped.

Very comfortable beds, great location, free parking. Hotel could use some updating and it's close to the highway if you are a light sleeper. We also had a leak in our room, but nothing major. It's was very affordable for a short weekend stay.

This hotel lobby is gorgeous. Beautiful business center. Convenient to the malls. Our room just happened to be close to the interstate side of the hotel and there was road noise. Otherwise perfect. When you check in ask for the side opposite the interstate.

This is perfect if you want a reasonable place to stay it is clean, you have your own private bedroom off of living area we had 6 adults and there was plenty of.room

We liked the hotel but by long distance phone we were told that there was no courtesy phone at the airport and in fact there was a courtesy phone We contacted the hotel and waited an hour for the shuttle which didn't come. we phoned again and they told us to take a taxi. The hotel did pay for the taxi.

The shower handle was broken. I received a disabled room which means no tub and I was told that was what was booked by hotels.com. I wish I had known upfront because I wouldn't have booked through hotels.com if I had known I was getting a cheaper price because it is a disabled room and it doesn't work for everyone. I have stayed at this hotel before and had no problems. However, I was very disappointed due to an incident with my recent stay/ Upon arrival at the hotel, after over 7 hours of driving, we were informed that there was a problem with our room and we needed to be relocated to another hotel. Apparently the hotel had overbooked. The hotel that I was sent […] to was not of the same standard. I will definitely be shopping around for another hotel to stay during my next visit. Mehr

Good hotel, nice gym equipment and a small pool. Bar food was ok although the service was not the best! Overall nice hotel, great sized suites and lovely breakfast service.

Clean, great location, and perfect for our brief business trip. I would definitely stay here again!

There was a smelly indoor pool, but no Jacuzzi; my room was between elevator and street/bus stop – therefore extremely noisy (on top of that the refrigerator hummed loudly and the air condition sounded like it was 40 years old). No HBO/movie channel; room key didn't work, service for both lunch and dinner in restaurant was extremely slow; food sub-par; […] almost knocked myself out in the bathroom it was so small. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets were itchy. Would not recommend, nor would I stay here again. Mehr

Friendly service counter, Brooke at the desk was very nice and even had a room for early check in. I would stay there again.

Our hotel suite was beautiful and clean. Very spacious! My only criticism was when we arrived in our suite, there were no bath towels- only handtowels and washcloths. However, my phone call to the lobby, brought about a swift response and an abundance of warm clean towels. Excellent stay!

Great rates on a Christmas Eve night with whole family..strongly recommend this hotel for anyone. Great customer service all around as well.

This was a beautiful hotel with great prices

I am a business traveller and it wasn't the nicest property I have stayed at, but it was clean, comfortable and in a good location.

Great location.Esay to get to interstate and all main roads.The front desk was very friendly and helpful.Rooms are big , very clean and have great ammeneties.I will definetly stay again.

I traveled for the holiday weekend and was absolutly blown away at how amazing this hotel was. From the beautiful main lobby with its lush decor and waterfalls, indoor pool, scenic rock fixtures and amaing dining both the resturant and room service. I was treated with the best service and parking is also very great and free! Now to the rooms, wow we […] walked into a double room first the wonderful couches with tv, work desk, frdge, microwave, kitchen sink- this area was great! the Bathroom was clean, and lotion smells great, the bedroom was extremly comfy with down comforters and blackout curtins, I slept so comfortably it really made my stay worth while! it is convenitly located with a mall about a mile away and the airport just one exit away(about 3-5mins) and wow for the price i received for this room from the deal provided by hotels.com I would say this is the best experience and deal of my life! A very comfortable hotel. Restaurant serves good food but is expensive and the service is too slow. Room Service is not responsive enough.

Stayed for 2 nights and the staff was friendly. The room was very clean. I don't have one negative thing to say about the place.

No surprises except for how clean and relaxing this hotel was. I didn't feel like I was in the middle of town but at s retreat almost. Very happy with my stay especially for the price!

The hotel staff was very friendly and fast when checking us in, the rooms were very spacious and the beds are the most comfy beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. The only downfall of the whole trip was that we had a room that faced the interstate and at about 3 am we heard motorcycles flying down the rode sounding like they were coming in our room. […] Other than that, it was a wonderful place and we would definitely stay there again. So, I really do enjoy staying here for work. The rooms are spacious and clean and the location is great. However, 2 main points I would like to address: 1. AC: This is the second time in a row that the AC has not operated properly. I had to call over the engineer to work on it but it still wasn't operating satifactorily. I am a person that like the […] cold but it did not happen for me. 2.Television: The cable channels that the hotel offers are pretty limited. I like to unwind with a good flick but this was not possible since there is also no movie ordering system in the hotel... Why is that??? It only increases revenue for the hotel...? All in all, I do like this hotel and will return but PLEASE address these issues soon! I would hate to stay at the Wyndham just down the street!!! Mehr

When you arrive to the hotel the lobby is beautiful. My mother works for their competition next door, but they were full so we tried the Sheraton. I arrived a little early (2:45) for my 3pm check-in. I let them know I was here just in case a room was available, and there was not. I checked back again roughly around 3:20 because I seen the front desk […] give several other guests their hotel rooms and they had arrived after me. Finally I went back (this is an hour after sitting in the lobby) and said I needed to speak to a manager. The attendant apologized and said there wasn't one available (on a Saturday?) and said that there where no dbl beds available. I laughed and said I made the reservation for a KING bed...So i waited all that time for nothing. I told him it was my birthday i'm running late and to please just give me a room. Mohammed (attendant) was great, very kind, helpful & gave me a complimentary drink for the lounge and apologized for the delay. I get the room I waited an hr for, the ac is leaking from the ceiling and carpet is soaked and my sofa bed had dirty linen and price tags in it, I switch rooms it was great. Rooms are very nice. Except no towels, half the floor was missing towels we were all trying to flag down someone & they were upset, they had a wedding to attend. Only other thing was they wouldn't give me a late check out (I had loads to carry,bday stuff), not even 30 minutes, said I'd have to pay half the day! Even though I waited over an hour for my room. We love love love this hote. This was our 2nd time staying here. The rooms are nice and big and the beds are amazingly comfortable. The only negative thing I could say would be about the indoor pool. The smell of chlorine was very strong. Overall I would recommend this hotel and we will definately be back.

The hotel had limited parking and I had to park across the street. A bit inconvenient. However, the room was very nice and comfortable. The room rates were a great deal.

We have stayed at this hotel twice this year, in February and July. Both times we were impressed with the luxury for the price - and loved that parking was free. Breakfast was pricey, but they have 3 for $5 breakfast snacks at the front desk. We would stay here anytime we are in Tampa.

The hotel was beautiful, the lobby with palm trees inside and the huge rooms with a little living room and 2 tvs were even more than we expected! The bathroom could be a little bit bigger but was tidy and clean. The room was really well taken care of before we occupied it. There were a couple of thing that can be improved like parking,(the hotel doesn't […] have that much parking available, but we just left the car on the little street next to it and it was ok) and our breakfast order to the room was totally not what we order and it was toooo expensive, but overall experience was great, i would surely recommend this hotel and come back there myself! The hotel was a great getaway for us (my pregnant wife and I). The hotel is one of three hotels in the Tampa Bay area with an indoor pool (but this one has no spa, weird). It was somewhat pricey but I think it was worth it. We had fun relaxing, visiting wife's friends and swimming in the pool. We decided to stay one more night than planned. To our dismay […] after we checked out, they charged us an extra $214 accusing us of leaving the sliding door open and smoking in the room with ashes around the 'kitchen area'. This was a bogus claim made by them and we are going to dispute the charges. The hotel was nice, but be wary of their lies. Mehr
