Probably some of the best customer service I have experienced at a hotel! The shuttle driver was so, so sweet. I was actually there apartment hunting and he was really resourceful and helped me figure out some things. The gentleman at the front desk was equally helpful and fun to talk to. The only drawback is that the cable kept going out in my room […] and the picture would freeze, but the hotel itself had everything I needed for my trip, even after I checked out they still offered the shuttle all day since my flight wasn't until later in the evening. And the wonderful young lady at the front desk let me keep my bag there after I check out so I didn't have to lug it everywhere with me. Because of them my trip was stress-free. I would stay here again if I had to but the next time I go to MN, I'll be living there!! Mehr

The room was cleaner than the room we stayed at in Vegas at the MGM grand! Very comfortable bed and helpful staff.

Close to all the must see sights,the staff are very friendly and up beat,ane the breakfeast is great for the whole family. Thanks for a wonderful stay..

We had a 9 hour layover between fights so had a chance to catch some sleep after a very long flight. The staff was excellent...room clean...bed super comfortable....decent price...a very good choice. They provided shuttle back to the airport ( a$ 25.00 value) I did not ask ahead but they may have picked us up as well. Very close to the Mall of America. […] Will stay there again! Mehr

Hotel and rooms are clean frendiy staff ,breakfast is decent. Had to leave a day early of our 4 day stay family emergency. phoned hotels.com to see if we could get a refund for the one night had no problem at all getting a refund. I would use hotel.com to book our hotel next trip

Very short stay, but the staff was helpful - my wake-up call was on time and the shuttle to the airport was prompt. The room was clean and functional. The only downside was the noise from the highway. Might suggest asking for a room facing away from 494.

The staff was so nice and helpful. So close to MOA and lots of other shopping sites.

The room was in good location staff was friendley. the room had a very bad smoke problem even for a smoking room. Had to take last one.

I stayed for just one night at this Super 8 and it was really great! I read a ton of reviews and they were all really good so I gave it a shot(normally dont stay at Super 8's). When I called to reconfirm my booking the agent was super nice and was so polite in answering all my questions about MOA and the airport, which Im sure they get 100x/day. I got […] picked up at the airport after calling for the shuttle and the driver was THE nicest guy ever. Joey was the shuttle driver and he drove me to the mall and the airport the next day and was a cool guy to talk to, hes worked there for years but loves meeting from around the world and it really shows. The FD agents were super nice when i checked in as well and the room was very clean. Majorly outdated but super cozy and clean. Their bathroom is the cleanest ive ever seen!! Highly recommend staying here whether it be for one night or a few nights cuz its so close to everything and with the service I received I truly hope they keep hiring or maintain this level of service. I stayed here overnight while visiting to apartment shop and it was pretty decent. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly, they provided free parking for anyone staying which was nice (some places it costs like $13!) and overall was a decent stay for the money. They had a wonderful continental breakfast too.

For the money it's a good stay overnight, if you have your favorite pillow. Went to the walmart next store and bought a pillow for $4, saved the trip's sleep. Be easier to sleep on my arm than the pillows they provided. -Continental breakfast satisfactory -Stay on parking lot side of the hotel, highway noise a factor -AC/Heat isn't temp controlled, […] loud if you're a light sleeper -My sink didn't drain properly -Proximity to shopping and airport good -Would stay again in a pinch but not if the price goes up -Clean rooms, small -Housekeeping staff very nice Mehr

This hotel was conveniently located very close to the Mall of America-by either car, walking or taking the free shuttle service offered by the hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Close to airport with a shuttle to both terminals. Friendly staff. Free continental breakfast with waffle maker and free Wi-fi. We used it for just a stopover but it fulfilled all our requirements.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews about this hotel... However, I did not find the pillows to be too bad and my bed was very comfortable. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but it was free and the pastry was pretty good. I go to Minneapolis 2 or 3 times a year and usually stay down the street at a different hotel, but I think […] I will start to save my money for fun things and stay at this Super 8 again. Mehr

The location and price of hotel was PERFECT for mall of America, Ikea or major Interstate. 24 hrs a day fresh coffee, coffee maker in your room, fridge and microwave avail upon request PLUS a continental breakfast!! Would enjoy staying at this hotel time and time again!!! No pool but a great sauna and hot tub!!!

it was the most comfortable bed ever!! and the sheets were fresh and clean. and ths ize of the room was very nice. not small and crowded! we loved it!

When we checked in we needed directions to a local business and the girls behind the desk hand wrote us turn by turn directions on how to get there as to avoid the early morning freeway traffic. They were wonderful!

Hotel is in a good location close to everything. Our room was on the side near the freeway which was a little noisy.

Service at the hotel was great, they are very helpful in providing a room with a fridge and microwave even though this was not the initial room that we booked. Location was close to the MOA, Mpls & St. Paul. Only problem is that some of the rooms are close to the freeway and noisy. Breakfast was fine.

ordinalily I asociate Super 8 as a totally budget motel. In many areas I travel not even a motel to consider staying in. I took a chance on this one due to timing and flight concerns. i needed an inexpensive hotel that was close to the airport. It was very close to the airport and the Mall of America - where i shopped until it was time to go to the airport. There was a free roundtrip shuttle to the mall and the airport. The hotel staff was very helfpul and friendly.

Nice hotel, Clean comfortable rooms, Pleasant staff, Good Continental Breakfast. Close to Mall of America, France Avenue, Airport All the amenities at a reasonable price!

Conveniently located just off 494, really close to Mall of America and Ikea.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Both my husband and I had a hard time sleeping because our bodies ached. The pillows were like sleeping on one cotton ball. Would not stay there again. The lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful, no complaints there.

Fiendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast. Thin pillows-brought our own. Beds a little uncomfortable. Great value.

Check-in and checkout staff were very helpful, this was a simple process and will stay again.
