Super 8 Knoxville West Tn - Knoxville

This is a decent place to stay for the money paid. They also seem to be remodeling some. It is located right off the interstate, so depending on your room location you can hear the traffic. The staff was very nice at check-in/out. I didn't make use of the breakfast because I'm not an early riser. The room was clean, sheets and towels could use some […] replacing or bleach but were clean. It's in a good area, right on the other side interstate is Turkey Creek shopping, plenty of attractions in the area. I had to check out a day early due to home emergency, the Hotels.com staff and Super 8 were accomodating to my needs. Mehr

Hotel was clean and in a good location. Staff was helpful and friendly however the size of the room and proximatity to the road left something to be desired. Whirlpool was not worth the extra money

This is the second time we have stayed at this motel and this is the second time we have had to move to another room. It says that it had just been remodel, which isn't true. The shower didn't work at all and in the second room there was a musty smell. Will be writing to super 8 about this.

Where to begin: *We reserved a room for 5, 3 children, 2 adults and I called the hotel to ensure that there would be a cot available. When I arrived, no cot, and I was told that children don't count and they could sleep on the floor. When I stated that this wasn't acceptable. There was no effort to make our stay more comfortable. *During that 90 minutes, […] we noticed hair all over in the supposively clean bathroom, the floor hadn't been vacuumed (yet one of my children was supposed to sleep there?) and I don't know what year the bedspread had been last washed. *While waiting outside of the room over that 90 minutes, my daughter was treated in a rude manner by a man who was working on the landscaping of the hotel. *SO, filthy rooms and bathrooms and rude employees, don't stay here even if they offer to pay you! Very clean and neat- great for the money. Staff was great at handling any request we had.

cold water shower, staff snikered when it was mentioned and said sorry (I don't believe it) tiny muffens and smaller cups for your juice for breakfast I will not recomend this Super 8 to anyone and I will warn all that ask about service that HOTEL.COM could provide better service. They told me that Days Inn in Oak Ridge was full when I asked but my […] buddies told me that they booked after I did for less than I paid and it was 15 miles closer to our WWII battlefield (the park in OR) You guys have a long way to go to ever get me back. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good as well. For the price I would stay again. Only stayed overnight so not sure about all the emnities.

liked the convince loved the breakfast. the only downfall to this hotel is that you cant tell maintenance has slacked on their job. my door too my room was nearly impossible to open.

This location is great, near great stores, and restaurants, but you won't need a restaurant for breakfast. This place had an awesome breakfast, if you like buscuits and gravy, french toast, and fresh waffles. There is a flaw or 2 about the room, particularly the tub draind slow, and the shower head had some calcium, but, it wasn't too much more than […] mine, at home. The heater worked great, pillows were soft, but, there was a ciggerette burn in one of the blankets. I am sure i will stay here again. Mehr

I checked in quite late and the desk clerk was very helpful and enjoyable. They made my brief stay very enjoyable.

While I'd recommend to others looking for a lower-cost hotel, it was not a great value. The beds were hard (which is not unusual) and the facility shows its age. Given the price paid, I'd probably spend another $15 next time at a better hotel.

We stayed here the night before a game. The room was a good value and very clean. I would definitely stay here again on the way back through Knoxville.

I was a little skeptical of this hotel from reading other reviews here. I was pleseantly suprised with the accomodations. My only complaint is that my non-smoking room had clearly been smoked in quite a bit.

The beds were very comfortable.Clean rooms.

Sheets were dirty and the pillow and case had a cigarette burn through them. WHen we called down to the desk they asked us to come down and get the new sheets They never offered another room or any assistance to replace the items.

i do not even know where to start. i have traveled everywhere and stayed on a lot of hotels........good and bad. this by far was the worst......... the first room they put us in smelled so bad of pee most likely pet because they put us in a "pet friendly room" we had no pet. they changed our room which was still very dirty and ended up smelling also. sheets […] did not even fit the bed they charged for everything even to get an extra pillow. the house keeping was rude. i had to go buy bleach just to stay there, the two day's we booked. the light switched on the wall and the walls had filth all over them. the microwave was broke. also there was blood stains on the mattress and that ran down to the box spring there must have been a lot of blood. i had to use my own sheets just to lay down even after working 2 hours to clean the room. chair was broken and i could go on and on. other guest's said the same thing to me. DO NOT STAY HERE one bright spot is the girl at the front desk was very friendly and was doing her best to work with what they had, she was very sweet and trying to do her job in the middle of a bad situation. If you need a nice, clean, safe hotel for a couple of nights this is the hotel.
