THE NIGHT DESK CLERK WAS ANYTHING BUT WELCOMING. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN MY LIFE. THERE WERE BUGS, AND THE ROOM SMELLED SO BAD. WE ARRIVED AT FROM THE AMTRACK IN THE WEE MORNING HOURS, DEAD TIRED. WHAT A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE THIS HOTEL WAS.

I picked this hotel to get a better value. Although it was cheaper remember that you get what you pay for. Location is ok, but quite a walk to downtown. Hotel is run down, small room, with old bedding and matresses. Pretty uncomfortable.. Spend the extra money for a better hotel.

I would recommend not staying here. I felt like I was in a room in sanfrancisco- very crammed and not to standard advertised. Front desk staff was not very helpful and did nothing to assist in answering basic questions. If not prebooked and paid I would have left for another location. The neighborhood around it is not very secure either. No dual locks […] on the door and we were placed by a fire exit. Mehr

After trying to book a room at several other hotels for my 20 year old daughter traveling with our family pet this was the only hotel that would accommodate me! Being a military veteran that often had to stay in hotels when I was 20 years old and younger and not traveling with my parents I can't imagine having this type of trouble! Mainly the hotel was good. The site didn't say it had a fridge or microwave so that was a nice surprise. Everything mostly worked fine. I could tell it needed maintainance. Key card didn't work to get inside from the back so almost every time I had walk back around to the lobby. Only ice machine that worked was in the lobby. We were very happy with the hotel, it was clean and comfortable, check-in service was quick, friendly and efficient, we will come again.

I would not recommend staying in this hotel ever, there are much better hotels at this price a little bit further out from the downtown Salt Lake City area. It is one step up from the homeless shelter...need I say more.

Centralized area of Salt Lake City. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and comfortable. Breakfast good.

only positive thing about the hotel was the location other than that the place was a headache, no bathroom lights were working and when I called to report it and have it fixed the guy at the front desk told he wasnt guna do anything for me so I pulled out all the bulbs and told him i needed new ones and i'd install them, so he brought me some and they […] were all used and burnt out finally at 11:30 at night i got new light bulbs in and they worked, continental breakfast was on lock down and the beds were so comfy i should of slept in the car, overall the location was decent and easy accessible but the people that worked theyre werent so good Mehr

It was easy to check in and out

It was perfectly acceptable for the price. Thats basically all I can say about it.

We stayed here just for an afternoon before getting a connection very early the next morning. It was fine for the price - cheap and cheerful, did smell a little of smoke as they had some smoking rooms (we had a non-smoking one). Staff were friendly and helpful.

If you are being charged more than about thirty bucks you will be very displeased.

We just wanted an affordable, clean, cool, comfortable place to stay the night. We got all that at the Rodeway Inn located in SLC. The carpet was old and and worn, but clean. The hotel and our room in general was clean and pleasant smelling. The bed was old but comfortable enough. Strangely the hotel will not allow you to take anything from the breakfast […] bar to your room. Our room had a small refrigerator, that was a pleasant surprise. You get what you pay for, and the hotel quality reflected the price we paid. We would stay here again. Mehr

Very old hotel. I only stayed one night to pick up family from Amtrak train station so I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. Rodeway Inn is centrally located, easy to get in and out of., There is no restaurant on site but there is room service provided by an outside company which is relatively expensive. There are restaurants within a 3 block walking […] distance. There is a movie theater and a gas station directly across the street from the hotel. No internet services except for in the lobby. Very small breakfast offering. No pool, extremely small fitness room. For the money you get what you pay for, not a whole lot. If you don't plan on spending much time in your room, this is a good hotel to book because of the cheap prices. Mehr

called ahead to make sure they had RV/truck parking which they assured me they did, but their version of truck parking turned out to be "hope you find a good spot out on the street"

The Roadway InnHotels is generally a nice place to lodge in for your business travels and vacations. The Following points highlighted my positive views of the hotel. 1. It is lacated in a popular area in Downtown Salt Lake City. It is not hard to find beacuse it is located at a major road .just few miles away fron the SLC International Airport. 2. It […] is popular, the cab and shuttle operator at SLC know the hotel and its location just at the mention of its name. 3. The waiters are professional and courteous in attending to guests. The rooms are of good size, tidy and clean with virtually every facilities one needs to make his/her stay a worthwhile.- Internet, Cable TV with up to 23 channels, etc. 4. Conservative breakfast 5. Stores are closeby where one can buy stuff one needs 6. A gass station is located just a stone throw from the hotel. 6. Well Specious parking area The following points limited my comfort at the hotel: 1. The first room a was checked in had a broken heater, aand I had to battle with cold/chilling for the first 2 hours before my room was changed. 2. The Intenet reception was poor - connecting and disconnecting 3. The Hotel has no shottle that could take quests to the airport during chechout 4. The room was small. Actually it was overcrowded. My biggest complaint was that it had a table and chairs and a desk. But the desk had no chair and you really couldn't move the other chairs in front of it because of the lack of space. This was a pain because I needed to use the outlets at the desk for my laptop, because there were none by the table […] . Mehr

The hotel looked and felt like a sleezy cheep low class motel. Cheap furniture, not clean and polished. Floor looked and felt dirty. Cheap TV with poor reception. Cheap plastic cups. Hotel directory was soiled and dirty. Parking lot was dirty and unkept. Underground parking garage was filthy and very uninviting. I forgot my razor and asked the front […] desk for a complementry disposable razor. They had none. There were no vending machines to buy one. I was directed across the street to the Maverik store. I would gladly pay twice the money for a better hotel as this was not worth the money! Mehr

The Rodeway Inn is an older hotel, not a lot of extras, but is a good price and location. The rugs are very worn and look dirty, the beds were comfortable, rooms small. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it was ok for my needs. The staff are very friendly and responsive to needs. My blow dryer did not work, I left a note for the cleaning staff […] and by the end of the day the blow dryer was replaced (the maintenance guy is great!). Walking distance to convention center/downtown. Best of all a Starbucks right across the street. Mehr

Even though the Rodeway Inn sits in the middle of Salt Lake City, the area is as quiet as being in the country. The hotel is an older one, which means it has character. Some may say that it is run down, but it has definite charm. Restaurants are close-by and it is centrally located in the city. OK ROOM FOR THE MONEY, THE CARPET IS DIRTY THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOTEL. LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR US AND SINCE I DID NOT SPEND A LOT OF TIME IN THE ROOM IT WAS OK. HIGH SPEED INTERNET WAS GOOD AND RELIABLE.

It had an iron, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a safe and free wireless. Just as much if not more than the more expensive hotels where my friends stayed. The rooms are small and the building is not as nicely maintained, but definitely worth the lower rate.

This hotel was very run down and even though it is a non-smoking room we rented we could still smell cigarette smoke and mildew because the air conditioner in the room was not working right. The hotel front desk gave us problems when wanting to switch to another Super 8 hotel in Sandy so all Super 8 hotels don't really want to work together and make […] it hard on guests. コンベンションの為5泊しました。最初、予約時に喫煙ルームとして予約したのに、行ったら禁煙ルームで、しょっぱなから話が違い…。他の人の部屋には冷蔵庫が付いてたのに、私の部屋にはなかった…。掃除機をかけてないのか、画鋲が落ちていたのに気づかなくて踏んでしまいました。お風呂も排水が悪くて水が詰まった日もありました。これも安さを求めるなら仕方ないのか…。トイレの排水もいまいち…。朝食はトーストとマフィンとフレーク、オレンジジュース、 牛乳、コーヒーが置いてあり、自由に食べれます。 コーヒーとお湯は常時ありました。あとはコインランドリーと、電子レンジがロビーの奥にあり、レンジでチンするご飯を食べたかったので便利でした。 ホテルの目の前には、ガソリンスタンドとコンビニがあり、ナナメ向かいにはグリル＆バー […] があり、行ったときがハロウィンだったので、意外に楽しかったです。空港からもタクシーで10分、15ドルくらい。 Mehr

J' ai apprécié l'accueil, car nous avons été accueilli sans problème à 2h 30 du matin. Literie tres confort.Café thé compris le matin. Connexion interent possible.
