Die Küche in der Lobby wird scheinbar nicht gerenigt und ist dementsprechend seeeehr unansehnlich

This is my 2nd time there and there was an improvement... the bathroom was "cleaned up", there was new carpeting and the room was a lot cleaner. It had everything I needed which was a good night's sleep. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. When I return to Albuquerque,I will stay there again.

The hotel was very worn down, the room were tremedously small, the bed was as stiff as a rock, the bathroom was small as well, and the TV did have HBO, but half the channels had no volumn because the TV was so dated. The room I thought was clean until we started to leave and found some that had stayed previously had left their stalkings behind the TV […] (that was gross) and the maids obviously didn't clean well enough to find that out. The breakfast was suppose to be a continental breakfast, but only included 2 dry cereals, bread for toast, and a waffle maker. We were told there would be pastries, and fruit, but there was none. Over all I will never stay at a Super 8 again! Mehr

We were very displeased that the keys we were given for the room didn't work. We walked back to the clerk and the cards were re-run through the machine and told they were fine. As we had then walked back to the room 3 more times each time findfing that yet again they didn't work. We heard noice at our lock which we believed meant that they might be […] fixing it. Indeed they said it was fixed. We felt we shouldn't have been put thruough all the commotion when we were very tired fron traveling. We shouldn't have continually been given un-working keyes, and toldl WE should try them. J. Mehr

Hotel is dirty.

first off, its cheap...yes. And tends to be a bit dirty. HOWEVER you get what you pay for. this isnt the taj mahal. this is a cheap sleep-shower hotel. its a little difficult to find, if you are not familiar with the city. (GPS placed us closer to the college, and it is nowhere near) and it was a bit dirtier than id like...(food wrappers under the bed […] that were NOT ours....staind sheets and pillow cases)....but when there was an issue with a room 3 doors down, the staff was as accomidating as they could have been for us. need a place to sleep, relax, and move on?? THIS is the place....for the price... Mehr

Room was small, could hear person in room next door snoring all night. Not a good room for privacy. Spider webs on walls near very small sink area.

This was nasty dirty! Mildew in bathroom even the plastic bath mat was mildewed. We called before booking to make sure rooms were adjoining and they assured us that yes, they would be but when we got there the same man said "oops, I was wrong, Our hotel doesn't have adjoining rooms only adjacent." This was a huge problem because I was the only adult. […] It was me and my children. One of the rooms we didn't even need a key card for because the door just pushed open, the lock was broke. The rooms were on the 2nd floor with windows that opened easily and my kids room had no screen, The breakfast was a joke. Loaves of bread on a cabinet for toast and some brown juice... awful experience!! Mehr

The hotel's side door was not secure, lock was broken and anyone could come into the stairway and come up the the rooms without notice. Back door was always left open also. Room had funny odor, waffle machine nozzle came off in my hand pouring mix all over mem bed was like sleeping on a board.

My only complaint was that every time the comode flushed in another room, I could hear it in the night..

Yup, the room is cheap. I got exactly what I paid for. Bed was better than sleeping on the floor. The rooms however face the parking lot so every room is noisy with people checking in and unloading cars all hours of the night. If you have pets, DO NOT STAY HERE. There is no grass anywhere and the rooms exit to a central hallway instead of to the outside. […] Stay somewhere else if you've pets with you. Mehr

This is a great place to stay at for the price. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, which was one of the reasons I chose this place. The main reason I chose it, however, was that they have a free shuttle service to/from the airport and train station, and this service turned out to be unsatisfactory. There's only one shuttle, and if it is servicing […] someone else when you ask for it, you may have a long wait (I had to wait for 45 minutes to be picked up from the train station). Telling them in advance that you need the shuttle at a specific time doesn't help either (as I found out the next morning when I had to go to the airport). It's best to have the receptionist call the shuttle driver and ask them how long it will take. Mehr

I have stayed at many Super 8 hotels so I thought this one would be ok. The staff was lazy and spent most of the time on her cell phone and did not want to assist me until she was done telling whomever that she went to bed at 1 am. The other staff was in training. Great example! When asked about room service because no one had cleaned the room she said […] they would be there at 4 pm. No one ever came. I should have got my money back. The hotel is close to the Interstate, Truckstop across the street. King size room small, no refrigerator. Maid dropped off towels but did not change bed. On top of it all, my truck was broken into after the second night, TV gone. No security cameras. I dont recommend this place. Informed by Locals that this is a bad place of town. They did refund 2 […] days of stay. Mehr

Decent place to "overnight" at a very reasonable price. Several good restaurants nearby.

I went in to go pick up my friend from airport and needed a hotel room that wasn't going to break my wallet. Got there around 2pm booked the room on internet which was super easy but got smoking when I really wanted non-smoking asked to get it changed and that was no problem. Went up to iron my clothes but no iron but ironing board went back to l front […] desk got one that looked like a small boogie board and a dirty crusty iron. Cleaned it cuz I didn't want to go back down to deal with anyone other then the little surf board and the dirty iron it was a good stay. Mehr

We needed a room in hurry at a reasonable price. Hotels.com found us a room that was covienient and reasonable. It had all the basic ementies and we were very satisfied.

an average Super 8, not as nice as the ones in Tucson. Noisy toilets and showers of neighbors, sounds like it is almost in your room.

came through on the way to handle my dads estate. found the hotel somewhat rude, was a late check in and was woken early by housekeeping due to no do not disturb signs in room. the so called continental breakfast ended early and I wasnt even allowed to get a apple. the rooms or pretty consistant to budget priced hotels beds hard, room decorated in boring […] hotel type furnishings somewhat dirty and in need of a deep cleaning . I was glad this was just a one night stay and will definately not staying there again Mehr

This was a great hotel with friendly staff and a nice clean room. Downtown where we were able to enjoy a great dinner and come back to relax. Was nice and quiet.

This hotel was the dirtiest I've ever see! We changed rooms twice & then ended up moving hotels. There was smear on the bathroom walls in the 1st room & the second room had broken furniture, some sort of liquid drips on the wall & the exposed bed rails had dirt, old food & finger nails in it. Really the worst hotel ever! Don't stay here!

No clock in room, only one night stand on one side of bed, hole in blanket on bed, poor lighting. During a nine day stay in New Mexico/Colorado, this was by far the worst hotel. Outdated, bare furnishings. Not at all welcoming.

first off when we got there the front desk clerk was very rude. then she gave us are room there was already someone else in it. then we get another one and it is not ready they still needed to clean it. ok finally we get in our room get settled and we get up in the morning leave for the day and when we come back our key does not work. this happen to […] us three times. this was not a good stay for us at all we will never stay there again. also when we were there someone car got broke in to. Was at the S8 during a biz trip to Duke City in erly Oct. It's just your base accomodations - nothing extraordinary. The room was fine for sleeping and getting cleaned up. The 'free' breakfast was nothing special - a waffle machine, cold cereal and weak coffee. I went to the V.I. around the corner instead. Location was not easy to find. Didn't like being on the 3rd floor

It was reasonable price and large facility. Near down town, but is not the middle of dowtown. It is located convenient place to move around to visit any paces. There are truck stops near and has many reasonable pace to eat and put gas. It is not beautiful, but is clean. If you are looing for a low price and covenient place, I will recomende.
