I have very few requirements for traveling.....Clean room-remote works-comfy bed and if you have a pool or hottub have it open.It was--It did--It was and the hottub was out of order when I got back to the room from a 12 hour workday. The reason I booked was it had clean reviews, inexpensive and a hottub for my badback--oh well....if your neading an […] impeccably attired staff--this isnt the spot, very nice folks though. If you want clean and cheap and dont need a pool your good. I bring my own pillows....so when I checked in there was 2 cheeeaaapppiiieee pillows...the next night there was three nice pillows...guess they saw my good pillow and upgraded me... Mehr

The hotel staff was quickly to ask other guest to be quiet at 4:30 am after the front desk was called. Because of the way they handled it we would stay there again.

Overall, it was excellent; the bed was very comfortable and the receptionist was very willing to help.

We had a very pleasant experience thanks to the young man working the desk the evening we came in. He was extremely helpful and went the extra mile.

Beds were awful. Staff was wonderful. Free breakfast was basic. Location was great. Had good ac and a mini fridge. Bring your won toiletries- lacking here.

Great place to stay, really inexpensive and right close to all the outlet stores in Birch Run.

Unfortunately the dog show was on and the hotel was quite busy and noisy but as we are dog lovers cannot complain. Great closeness to shopping and dining.

My husband and I booked this hotel because we were only staying one night in town for our anniversary. It was a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be but it was clean and served the purpose of providing a place to sleep. We weren't there long to check out the pool or anything because we were out and about in the city. The continental breakfast […] was fresh & good but there were very limited choices. This hotel was clean and provided a comfortable bed for the price. Nothing fancy, but you don't really need fancy when you're just there lone enough to sleep. Had kind of a weird smell in our room, but other than that no complaints.

Perfect for one person on a business trip who just needs a place to sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days. very clean, friendly and great price. Continental breakfast is from 6am to 9am would have been better if it was till 10am other than that great stay.

Staff was very nice and it is close to Birch Run shopping area.

Hotel was ok . It's good for a one time stay . No pool and hot tub was way too hot plus I have a 3 yr old . Breakfast is toast and cereal . People at desk were very friendly .

Everything was as expected.

This hotel was located so conviently to Birch Run and Frankenmuth - enjoyed our stay very much and would definately stay there again.

I stayed here with my daughter after a college visit in Saginaw. We wanted to stay somewhere rather close to the Birch Run Outlet Mall. This was very reasonably priced & clean. We had some very noisy neighbors on both sides of us, but that was not the hotels fault. No thrills, just a nice place to sleep. Close to the outlet & I-75. Stayed the night here on the way to northern michigan. Nothing special but the room was warm and clean which was all I was really looking for. Rooms have fridge and microwave which would have been convenient if I had spent more time there. The breakfast was surprisingly good; plenty of food and it all looked fresh and delicious. If your looking for a no frills hotel that is clean and confortable this is the place. We stop for the night while passing through and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Our room was little more than two beds and a tv and that was what we wanted. Our rate was so low I expected a box and a blanket but ended up with more than we paid for. The […] room was clean, bed were confortable and the desk staff was quick to ask if they could do anything to make our stay better. The cont. breakfast was enough to carry you through to and early lunch. Don't expect waffels and you won't be disapointed. I wouldn't want to spend a week in this room due to its size and hotel amenities, but if I need to stay in Birch Run again for a night or two it will be here Mehr

great service & comfort for the value. close to outlet & convinient location

Staff very helpful & friendly, Rooms clean & adequate, Chair, T.V. Place for coats & luggage, washroom clean, shower good, soaps & shampoo supplied. Friendly staff and close location to our destination of Frankenmuth and the outlet mall. Room was on the small side but it was clean. Perfect for just the basics. Would stay again if out in that area.

I was looking for something cheap but clean and in a decent area because I needed to be close to Saginaw and I didn't want to stay in that city because of bad reviews of those local hotels. The hotel staff here was very friendly and accommodating. They kept it clean and comfortable. Had quick friendly service from the time we checked in until we left. The room was big, clean and comfy. We would definately stay there again!

Beds were soft, room clean, shower nice, breakfast was good cereal, donuts, toast bagels, fruit, juice, coffee and tea-very clean breakfast room.

Pros : Great Comfort for Low Price. Right by Birch Run mall. Less then 10 min drive to Frankenmuth. Cons: Who cares? It's a great price ladies and gentlemen!

Great Value for the time of year. The room was good and we were surprised to find a microwave and refrig. Close to Frankenmuth. Would stay there again.

we enjoyed the stay at this hotel even if there was no pool the hot tub was enjoyable and because we were not right in frankenmouth the rates were half that of the ones in the town.

It's the first time we stayed in this place when we travel to Birch Run, MI. We chose this inn mainly because of the +reviews in here. Anyways, here we go.. This inn is located at the main strip of Birch Run, MI, and only 2 mins driving away from the famous Premium One outlet mall. We stayed there for our Black Friday shopping weekend. We love it so […] much because it's very convenient to drive to the outlet mall and then back to the inn. The inn doesn't have any 5 stars top notch hotel decoration inside or outside, but we were surprised how Clean and neat inside of their lobby, and the most important - our room! We stayed 2 nights there and our 2nd night stay was half price so the total was very reasonable! We will stay at this place once again for sure when we go to Birch Run, MI in the future. Mehr

Great location. Right off I-75 and Exit 136 Minutes from Birch Run Outlets. Sort drive to Frankenmuth. Right next to a Meijer Store. Rooms DO have fridge and microwave-we like that convenience-especially with a Meijer across the street. The picture of the pools is incorrect. It's just a Hot tub-we thought it was a small pool. Great location!Near Birch Run and Frankenmuth.A good Breakfast offered in the morning was a treat.

The rooms were clean and very dated. I did enjoy having a fridge and microwave in the room. The hot tub....gross!! Nasty ...... dirty! Main floor smelled of smoke very badly and there was no evelvator for anyone who needed one. Staff were very nice.

Fabulous Hot Tub and Sauna. Continental breakfast was very small. Nice room. great shower. Needs a fitness center.

The room was clean, staff friendly, conveniently located, and the price was great. A small continental breakfast is provided, and the room included a microwave and fridge which is always a bonus. Not huge rooms, but not a huge price also.
