Overall, no major complaints about the stay. The service was very good and the amenities (gym, etc.) were very good. That being said, this hotel could use some remodeling. Our king suite didn't even have a mini-bar. There was a space for it but it looked like it had been taken out. I found this a bit strange. Overall, the furniture and carpet could […] use a refresh. Outstanding hotel! Very reminiscent of my stay at the Marriot Marque in New York City in 2010. I only wish we could have stayed longer. John, at the front desk, was very helpful. The Hotel was Clean and Nice! However, there seemed to be a lack of staff in the dining area, and at the front desk. One of the things that bothered me, was that in the morning there was no area where I could get my coffee. I asked the front desk where I could get a cup of coffee, and I was directed to the hostess at the restaurant area who was extremely […] busy sitting guests down for breakfast. A quick cup of coffee goes a long way!!! My room was a little warm and the temperature would not cool down. Other than a few minor details, the hotel was okay. Better than other hotels in the area. The only thing i did not like was the bathroom. The toilet was old and with stains on it. A little air freshener would be definitely a plus in the rooms, and also a little bell at the front desk would be helpful because i had to yell "Hello" in order for someone to come to the front desk during check out. My family enjoyed the cleanliness of the place. Everyone was friendly, even when we arrived late in the morning around 3am, the lady at the front desk was extremely nice.
