It's a simple solution for the overnight stay at HKG. No need to even go outside. Complimentary round trip train ticket to Central HK if you have time. A very easy and straightforward solution to the quick stay in HK.

This hotel is perfect as a transit hotel to HKG Flights-- indoor walk to train to downtown Hong Kong and flight check in. Beautiful lobby. Rooms are a 3 star at best, bed is typical hard oriental bed; nothing to do around the hotel as it's in a airport parking lot. This property is attached to the airport and could not be better situated. There are plenty of restaurants to chose among and the property is very clean and comfortable.

We were upgraded to executive suite, so could be no other than 5/5

Fantastic hotel ..- comfortable quiet room - great shower and excellent bed - right in airport so was easy. - 3 mins walk all inside - plus fast effecient checkin/out. Was there for overnight stay between flights - had real early morning flight - staff ensured wakeup call booked on checkin. I was able to check in bags at night so in morning just sleep […] in - wake up have a shower and go to passport control, how easy was that?. oh also convenient for travel to city as all transport in airport. The hotel is connected to the airport. My wife and I stayed there overnight, before returning to our home in mainland China. Our room was beautiful and had a very comfortable bed. It is very modern...the room even had a setup to hook your iPod up to and you can listen to music throughout the entire room (bathroom too). Stuck with almost a day layover, this was most logical choice closest to HKG airport. Great hotel and would welcome long layovers just to stay at this hotel....

We were traveling home from Guangzhou following an adoption. The airport location was ideal, but wow, the price was really high for the types of rooms. In addition, we had issues with hooking up to the internet, which was very disappointing to not be able to let family know we had made it before getting on our long flight.

The bath tube at Room # 7193 is blocked. When I took shower, the water in the bath tube can not be drained off. My both legs were immersed in dirty and soapy water evertime when I took shower. I did not feel warm at the front desk. The clers at the front desk were not professional. Everyone has a "robotic" face. I would not recommend this hotel but […] find no way out because it's only the holte annexed to airport. Mehr

Ideal for airport stay and meetings would recommend

The location of this property can't be beat plus the rooms are very nice and clean. We checked in after a late flight and were in the hotel lobby in 45 minutes from landing. It's simply a walk from the arrival area. There are also four restaurants to choose from. My only complaint was they tried to switch us into a smoking room saying they were overbooked!? […] We complained loudly and they moved us to the executive level which was even nicer than when we staid before. The hotel staff are very professional - but not very friendly. For the night before a departure this is the hotel to stay. Finally, take the Airport Express to central downtown another short walk form the hotel. Taxis can be found as you come up the escalator. Great experience. Mehr

I most appreciated the little touches that made the end of my business trip layover in Hong Kong comfortable, such as the presence of mouthwash and stereo sound in the washroom. The fact that I could move all my luggage from HKIA to the Regal at arrivals level under the cover of a roof was also very convenient. If you just need a quiet place to sleep […] for a one night layover this is great. For those looking for a nice dinner/drink without wanting to head downtown, the selection of restaurants and bars at check in level looked great. I will definitely return. Mehr

Great airport hotel. It is very quiet in the rooms and only a short walk from the terminal. The only downsides are that the food is very expensive and they charge for wifi. You can walk back to the airport (less than 5 minutes) and have free wifi and some cheaper food selections. Great location for those new in hkong, or for those with lots of luggages, orfor weary travellers who would pay extra for convenience, walking only to terminals. But if time in not an issue, am sure there are a lot better hotels

Just roll out of bed in the morning and walk to the departure lounge. The convenience is top notch. The hotel is also first rate and the restaurant choices are superb.

I stay the hotel for 3 times, every wonderful hotel, clean and comfortable, convientent, breakfast also full. nice trip in here .

I only overnighted here because I got in late from auckland and had an early flight back to chicago in the morning. Hotel was very clean, quiet and the staff was wonderful. check in was quick ill definitely stay here again.

I would've recommend this place if they had running hot water and if the front desk was a little friendlier. It was convenient for me because I had an early flight in the morning and I arrived late in the evening.

5 star hotel, no doubt. Expensive but worth every penny! I lost my camera back in September when I last stayed but could not get any infromation about who to contact to get it back. Regal should have a "Lost and found box" at the hotel. I was told they didnt and they gave me a phonenumber with a meny that finished me up in less than 15 seconds.

The location, connected to the terminal is great for early flights. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. There was a Nespresso coffe maker in my room, which I was delighted with. There were, however, no coffe capsules. When I called for some, I was told that they were not supplied. I cannot fathom the logic of providing such a nice coffe machine […] without the means to make coffee!! Front desk staff were not particularly helpful on a number of matters. Mehr

It has nothing special except it is situated right next to the airport. It will be the best choice if you flight schedule requires more than 12-hour waiting in HK.

If you want to take advantage of the hotel's 24 hour check in / check out arrangement you need to state this very clearly on your reservation - otherwise they assume standard check out arrangement

Worst stay ever in Asia. On tenth floor. Noise all night above me. Toilet kept running all night. Waited an hour just to check in. Worst service I 've experienced in my Asia travels. I am a frequent traveler to Asia. This hotel is not worth the convenience.

Very convenient, not quite a 4 star for the price but worth the expense for the convenience. Took a long time to check out one morning but aprat from that the service was fine.

I asked for a non-smoking room but the one I was given reaked of smoke and I had to change it - the trick apparently is to also ask for a non-smoking floor! The check-in process took a long time as they did not have enought staff working on the front desk. Loved everything about this hotel except having to pay a lot per day per device for the wifi Internet. Throughout China it was free but in Hong Kong they stick it to you. I would have rather paid a few dollars more and had the wifi included. There is nothing worse then getting to a hotel and feeling that their goal is to " nickel & dime you". I've stayed at this hotel a few times. The location is all it really has going for it - you can walk quickly to the airport without going outside. My last stay was annoying. The clerk who checked me in was not friendly and never asked about smoking or non. She put me in a dated, grimy, ashtray of a room. It took 2 phone calls to get another key sent […] up. The clerk also failed to take my credit card (booked and pre-paid on hotels.com) as deposit so I could not charge internet access to the room until I called down again. Room service was also an issue because of the deposit. Internet did not work properly in the morning although I had paid for 24 hours of use. I was logged in under another guests name and room number. Upon check out, as I suspected, I was double charged for internet. Non smoking rooms are somewhat dated. Rooms on the smoking floor are very dated and worn down. Beds are comfy. I would like to try the Marriott at the airport on my next trip. Mehr

I chose the airport hotel thinking it would save me time and a train trip into the city after a later evening arrival in Hong Kong. As it turned out, it would have been better to travel into town. The check in line was a 45 minute wait as they only had three staff working the counter and a large number of guests checking into the hotel. They also give […] air crews priority treatment, understandably, so this created additional delays in checking in. Once I finally got my room, I wanted to get some dinner, but found that most of the hotel's restaurants close at 11:00 p.m. so the only choice was a cafe, which was not the relaxing end of trip atmosphere I was seeking. If I had taken the 24 minute train into Hong Kong, I would have found a less expensive hotel, that had a quicker check in procedure and a vastly improved dining opportunity. All in all, I did not save any time staying at the airport. If doing business or visiting Hong Kong, go ahead and travel into the city. It will be worth it! Mehr

Checked into hotel fine but then while going up to room was told by other guest that there was no water becasue of broken pipe. Why where we not told during check in??? A bit old hotel mantian nice but very expensive rooms are a bit small I booked for 3 people they charged me for extra person but when arrived there was no room available with three beds if you don't have to be in airport area you can.find better deals in hongkong or kawloon about 45 minutes ride on a bus

Ideally located if having a stopover - catch the train into Hong Kong to explore then come back to catch your flight to whereever.

My stay at this hotel was marred by the fact that I had to wait in a queue for 40 minutes to check in - unacceptable for a 4 star hotel - I expected better for the amount of money I paid - I would have been even less happy if I had paid the full rate. Equally it took 15 minutes to check out. I booked more than a month in advance and requested an airport […] view room, whilst requests are not guaranteed, how difficult would it have been to meet this request? The hotel was comfortable enough but the whole experience was spoilt by the above - I'm unlikely to stay there again. Mehr

I booked this hotel because it was close to the convention we were exhibiting at. Afterwards I read some reviews and was really concerned. However, from my arrival till my departure i had nothing but wonderful experience . The staff was extremely helpful with matters that did not concern the hotel and their guest relations desk was a blessing. What could have been a nice stay in a very good hotel was almost completely ruined by a dismal check-in experience. 20 minutes waiting in a line that didn't move, 2 people working the check-in desk (very slowly!) while several other staff just watched... hmmm. No acknowledgement from staff, no "We'll be with you as soon as possible" or even any clue […] that we were all waiting in the right place. Finally someone arrived at the unattended Club Floor desk so I managed to get checked in (whilst the unfortunates in the original queue had STILL not moved!). Other than that a good hotel, nice room, wonderful bed, good service. Pity that first impressions are so important, especially after a long flight! Mehr

Check in took 1hr 10mins. Not enough staff at reception to cope with guests checking in and the excessive numbers of airline staff checking in and out. Time and time again, guests who had checked in had to return room keys as they didn't work when they got to the room / in the elevator. Receptionists could not find many a guests' reservations which […] also added to the delay to check in. Receptionists were totally disorganised and incompetent. Recommed that the hotel moves booking systems (printers, room keys, documentation etc) from the room to the left of the reception couter to the front desk to save time. Seeing the receptionists walk backwards and forth to that room simply delayed the process. You could see that the staff were frustrated too because of the inefficient system. Mehr
