Zimmer in Ordnung. Leider etwas modriger Geruch. Frühstück war gut, "Buffet" gut aufgeräumt.

Das Hotel ist mit dem PKW prima erreichbar, was allerdings auch zur Folge hat, dass der Highway nur etwa 50 Meter vom Bett entfernt liegt. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster schier unmöglich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert aber dafür tadellos, wenngleich diese aber auch nicht viel leiser ist. Die Außenanlage des Hotels samt Poolbereich wirkt sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Hier kann man nach einer langen Anreise oder einem anstrengenden Geschäftstag gut ausspannen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - Kaffee, Saft, Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Ei, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Waffeln mit Sirup und Muffins. Für herzhafte Frühstücker leider nur bedingt geeignet - keine Wurst, kein Käse etc.

Die Stadt Mesa ist bekannt für ihr Nachtleben. Einheimische besuchen die Hauptstraßen rund um die Fiesta Mall - darunter Alma School Road, Baseline Road, Dobson Road und Southern Avenue - um etwas zu essen und zu trinken. Das Baseball Spring Training findet im Hohokam Stadion statt, einer bekannten Sportstätte der Cactus League. Im Mesa Arts Center ist sowohl die darstellende als auch die bildende Kunst vertreten. Eine umfangreiche Ausstellung von Dinosaurier-Fossilien ist im Arizona Museum of Natural History zu sehen.

"A great value."
We were really happy with this place. We were staying in Phoenix for five nights and were unhappy with the place where we stayed for the first two nights, and we found a very good deal online for this place for our last three nights. We stayed in one of the studios, which worked very well for us. We liked the small kitchen, and the place was very clean […] and staff were nice. Apparently we can't talk about rates on here, but we felt we had excellent value for our money and would happily stay here again. Mehr
"Nothing to complain about-great stay!"
The hotel was extremely clean, rooms and outside. I have never had a good free breakfast at a hotel until now. The breakfast changed every morning with hot burritos or biscuits and gravy or pancakes etc. Very very good! And no cheap coffee, didn't even want to go to Starbucks for my morning addiction. Front desk very friendly and helpful in finding […] resturants. Rooms have everything to eat in if you want. To top it off, right across the street from a mall and an In and Out Burger!! The staff was very nice, but they did forget about my wake up call. Luckily I woke up in time. But I did like the stay there. Everything was good there. They had coffee, popcorn, oh yes the tv did not work, but since I was tired I didn't care I was going to advise them and I totally forgot sorry?

This isn't the first time to stay at Res. Inn, but like before it was great. Clean, comfortable and updated. The breakfast was good, though there were alot of people and seating was tough. I think that was more about the time I chose to go to breakfast and not about the quality of what was available. Food was good and hot, and lots of it. Staff were […] friendly and happy to please. "No Sleep!"
First the smoking area is to close to the room you can hear people out there. 2nd you can not sleep with all that noise form the air conditioner in the that closet in the room go's off and on it's loud could not sleep. And the breakfast Saturday morning was very messy and 1 lady putting her hand with a cup in the batter the make her waffle not good […] . Mehr

"Excellent service for the price..."
I was very satisfied with this hotel.The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good ! Also its location is perfect, very close to the Fiesta Mall and the freeway 60!

Great location, the gym is small but well equiped. Hot breakfast is decent. The beds could be better. Nice large rooms with living room, full kitchen. Huge flat TV screen. I will go back.

We had a wonderful stay, the employees very personable and the room was well laid out and clean. Kitchen in the suite is always a plus when traveling. The continental breakfast was a great way to start you day.

we stayed at this hotel because it was close to a wedding we were attending. I am a light sleeper and found the refrig loud so we unplugged it other wise we slept fine.

rooms were nice. had the two bedromm suite.two bathrooms was great for us and the kids.big rooms with lots of space.we had a large group and we all got rooms on the same floor and close to each other we all booked are rooms at different times

"Outstanding Hotel"
We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was very nice and comfortable. The morning breakfast is excellent and everything is the quality of a Residence Inn.

Our stay was pleasant, the room was clean, the air worked great (very important for Az!). There were lots of places to eat close by. My only complaint would be the TV's are small-but no big deal!
