Check in and out was really quick and easy with Hotels.com. The hotel was a typical to others in its class. Big selection for breakfast and there was always coffee. This was the first time a king size bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the linens. It felt very cozy. I would recommend Hotels.com and Fairfield Inn to others needing a place to stay.

Convinent and less expensive than others in the area. Was very quiet.

I booked this hotel because it is near Legoland Discovery Center/Grapevine Mills Mall. I called and asked the hotel if I could purchase tickets through them at the front desk for Legoland. They said I shouldn't have any problem buying them at Legoland at the walk up line. They also told me they had $5.00 coupons at the front desk that I could get once […] I checked in. As soon as we did arrive and check in, I asked about the coupons. They suddenly couldn't find them and said they were probably out. We went ahead and drove over to Legoland to find out they were sold out of tickets in the walk up line! The front desk staff at the hotel told us that they had never heard of this happening. We spoke to someone in customer service at Legoland and were able to purchase a combo ticket to both the Sealife Aquaruim and Legloand so we could get in. We ended up spending $50.00 more than we had planned. I was not happy but tried to make the best of it. Once we got home from our trip, I double checked my credit card statement and realized this hotel had charged me again for the night's stay when I had already pre-paid through hotels.com. Basically, I was charged twice for one night's stay. I am very dissaspointed in the service and information I was given. I won't be staying here again because of this experience. Mehr

Smaller TV than I have in my car! Rooms are noisey. This hotel needs a remodel and sound proofing.

Nice value for the price. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The service was exceptional and they provided a free shuttle to nearby attractions.

All I can say is that our stay was excellent. Even with an electrical outage, THAT WAS NOT AT ALL THE HOTELS FAULT, the staff took real good care of our needs. Thank you staff.

The hotel is great don't get me wrong, but if I knew that there would be a demolition taking place next to their parking lot I would have not stayed there. My vehicle was covered in dirt from the demolition. On top of this, there was major highway construction taking place that was settleing for me. Well located close to the atraction we were visiting. Staff was corteous, helpful. Room was clean and corfortable.

The hotel was decent for a budget hotel, but the air conditioner didn't keep up with the heat, the bathroom vent fan was noisy, and the lights flickered. In general, this was unsatisfactory for the price I was given. I wouldn't stay there again and would have looked for other accommodations if I had the time.

The staff was great very friendly. Housecleaning very considerate when cleaning. Only thing there are no kingsize beds and the mattress could be better. All over tho there are no complaints from me. all round great. Staff very friendly. Roger was very helpful, curtious, and kind. The only suggestion I would have is the beds. They need to have a more current and comfortable mattress pad to completly cover the mattress. the one they have is like bear hunting with a switch. I'll start off with the good- The hotel itself and staff were good, no complaints at all. In fact, the shuttle that they operate was a life-saver, which brings me to the bad - There is NOTHING by this hotel. The mall, restaurants, convention center, everything, can't be walked to. The hotel is on a frontage road that doesn't even have sidewalks. So […] the location stinks but they sure do their best as a hotel and staff to make up for that. Mehr

hotel was fine. rooms were ok. the air conditioner would only work for 5-8 minutes. then you would have to bang on it to work again. ok choices for breakfast. This place is fine for a 1 night stay only. It di have a great price though.

The hotel was fine for the price, but even with GPS it was hard to get to for someone unfamiliar with the area. However, it is very close to the mall shopping and not too fair from Main Street.

Inconvenient location (across a busy highway from other hotels and Grapevine destinations). Hotel decor appeared cheap and rooms appointments were scarce. Would not recommend over Residence Inn and Hyatt near this location.

Small, clean hotel with a great continental breakfast, free shuttle service, & very accomodating staff! Special thanks to Roger for a safe trip to the dance convention location.

Convenient to Grapevine Mills Mall for shopping. Great rate for comparable hotels. Stayed 2 nights, and enjoyed continental breakfast, swimming pool, and other amenities for the price.

The new Gaylord Convention Center and new Greatwolf Inn/Water park, along with downtown Grapevine/Bass Pro/Grapevine Mall/many restaurants, offer plenty of activities for business/family trips to the Grapevine area--and close to airport/ world class shopping and pro sports.

This was an ok hotel. It was clean and had all of the amenities that was advertised. It is a little difficult/confusing to get to. Also, I was asked for a credit card at check-in and charged one-hundred dollars for incidentals! I was told that if I did not use them, I would get a refund. This is bad business. I will not stay at Fairfield Inn again, […] or recommend it to anyone. Mehr
