Bed very nice, pool, hot tub and pool area very nice. We were there just for a night in route to San Diego and it met our needs. Dog friendly, ok breakfast as well.

This was a completely standard stay at a chain motel in Pasadena. I'm not sure why hotels in Pasadena are so friggin expensive, but this one seemed to be on par with others in the area. My stay was nice, but I am upset with quality inn. If you don't give your frequent traveler miles upon check in, you don't get them. This is not right. For this reason I would not stay at a quality inn again.. I enjoyed my stay, but prefer to get my miles especially when I check in late and forget.

I appreciated the frienfly staff and the better than expected breakfast (juice, hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles, bagels,and several other items). The location is excellent - close to the 210 freeway, as well as Target and many restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the wifi speedy. The only drawbacks were occasional noise from other guests […] and the lack of a microwave in my room -although I'm sure the staff would have found one for me if I had requested one. Mehr

Too close to the freeway and was noisy as heck. Could not sleep! Desk person didnt know what she was doing. Had to get my room card fixed TWICE at 10pm, right after a day of feasting with family and friends on Thanksgiving.. I will never stay there again!

Beds were very comfortable, this night was quiet and comfortable, as a single person I felt safe. Was convenient to Interstate for travel.

We needed a dog-friendly place for 3 nights and were happy with Quality Inn. Great bed, quiet, good coffee and continental breakfast. We'd stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while we looked for a permanent apartment. Because of the price I was expecting to get motel quality but I was surprised to find a clean, moderately update room that was very comfortable. In order to fully understand the quality you have to compare it to hotels within this price range and with that […] being said this hotel was top notch. The finishes on the sinks in the bathroom, etc gave the feel of a really nice hotel. As far as location there was convinient access to Pasadena, Alhambra, and was about 30 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood was also pretty nice with plenty of places to eat within walking distance, The only things i can say need improvement were that the towels had stains on them and the continental breakfast was a little lacking in substance. Otherwise there is a nice business center with copying and all day free coffee and tea and a popcorn machine in the lobby. Great place to stay if youre on a budget. After arriving at this hotel we could not stay and moved to another due to unsafe conditions. Be aware when staying at this hotel!!!! Would not recommend.

I stay in the Pasadena area every couple of months as I go back and forth from Arizona to California, and have found the Quality Inn to be the best choice all around. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable, and the service has been fine. My only regret is that they do not have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms. I booked this hotel for my family, including my 19 month twins, to stay at over the weekend. The photos on the website looked nice. The reality of the hotel was a different story all together. We checked into our room and within 5 minutes of walking on the rug, our feet/socks were BLACK. The refridgerator that we requested for our babies' food was running […] on a wing and a prayer. It had clearly been there since the early 80s, and was cracked and rusted inside. The first night we stayed there, police came into the parking lot to investigate something (god knows what). There were lots of sketchy people coming and going throughout the weekend. The "spa" had a layer of film on the top of the water and I would not even think of putting my big toe in there. To the hotel's credit, when I complained about the rug and refridgerator (whose door refused to close on day 2) they did steam clean the carpet and replace the fridge w/a slightly newer model (from the '90s?). In short, this hotel should have cost about $40 a night, and not the currently listed prices they charge. I would NEVER stay here again. Mehr

Best motel we've stayed at in a long time. Nice, clean, quiet room. Good beds. Free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast including good waffles, juice, yogurt, cereal, etc. Friendly staff. We plan to stay there again next time we are in the L.A. area.

The only negative I have to say about the hotel was a sour smell and the old refrigerator. Otherwise the bathroom area was nice, enough towels for everyone, I loved the wardrobe closet and a nice area of town. The price was cheaper than some of the older hotels. They had the best breakfast ever!!!!

It has been one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed. It's run down and cracks on the floor of the hotel and keys don't work. We were moved from one room to the next because keys did not work. Yes the location is great because it's in Pasadena, but the hotel is not to standards of he area. It does not represent "quality" instead "run down" hotel. […] After 2 hours we decided to leave because we did not feel comfortable staying there. I've stayed in cheaper hotel that were kept up to standards and try to keep the customer happy. We thought if we stay in Pasadena it would be safer and nicer instead it was overpriced and run down. Ive stayed here a few times now. and its always a plesant experience. it is always clean and comfortable. decently comfortable bed, and great ameneties that you dont always find at similarly priced hotels such as refrigerators and free wi-fi. is it a 5 star luxury hotel? no but it doesnt claim to be, but it is much nicer I think than other similarly […] starred hotels Mehr

I enjoyed my stay (six nights) It was quiet and even thought they were filled out for the weekend it was quiet. The whirlpoool needs some attention. all in all it was good for the price.

Checkin was tenous, they called me back to office to get my address after I had already checked in. The hot tub was not working and the Mgr. said it was on a timer, we went in it at designated time, it was still not working. Asked Mgr. again and he said a maintenance guy had been called but never showed the Mgr. knew full well it was'nt working in the […] 1st place. There was no parking when we returned to the Motel after a night out, the night clerk told us to park in a fire Zone (red curb) in front of office. We requested late check out and maid kept knocing on our door. Mehr
