Das Hotel liegt super, Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür, Skytrain Station in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Das Hotel ist trotz der zentralen Lage extrem ruhig mit idyllischem Innenhof. Personl war extrem freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist für ein Budget Motel überdurchschnittlich gut. Wir können das Hotel jedem der nach einer günstigen Unterkunft in Vancouver sucht, nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The location of the hotel next to Stanley Park is perfect. I was on a business trip, and it was great to go for jogging in the morning. I also enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel bar. The view onto the water is fantastic. I can also highly recommend their cocktails. However, I would have enjoyed the hotel even more with a better hotel service. The people at the receptiion were not very cooperative.

Das Badezimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, aber es war sehr sauber. Zimmer großzügig geschnitten. Der Service ist perfekt, meiner Beschwerde über Ruhestörung durch laute Hotelgäste wurde sofort nachgegangen.
Lage
Dieses Resort ist auf Familien mit Kindern bestens eingestellt. Pan Pacific Vancouver liegt mitten in Vancouver. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar: Waterfront Centre, Marine Building und Canada Place. Pacific Centre Shopping Mall und Robson Street befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Ausstattung
Pan Pacific Vancouver stellt Ihnen Folgendes zur Verfügung: Fitnessstudio, Außenpool und Whirlpool. Ein W-LAN Internetzugang steht gegen eine Gebühr in den öffentlichen Bereichen zur Verfügung. "Pan Pacific Vancouver mit herrlichem Ausblick...."
....auf Hafen und Wasserflugzeuge. Das Hotel liegt gleich neben der Waterfront Station und ist auch mit dem Skytrain mit dem Flughafen verbunden. Das Hotel ist sehr groß, modern und dadurch vielleicht auch ein bisschen unpersönlich, aber die Lage macht alles wett. Die Concierges sind sehr hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alles […] da, was man braucht. Die Stadt und der Hafen lassen sich von hier aus gut erkunden, da man auch den Busbahnhof um die Ecke hat. Die Seawall Promenade liegt praktisch vor der Tür. Mehr

Wenn man schon die Lage des Hotels teuer bezahlt, dann sollte auch alles andere stimmen - aber die gesamte Atmosphaere fanden wir nicht sehr angenehm, der "Hafenblick" ging nur auf Baukraene und den Bahnhof, ansonsten wurde noch heftyig renoviert...

"Just fantastic"
Just fantastic! For differents reasons (room availability, stay of 5 nights and more) I had the chance to get a "bay view suite" for the price of a normal room.

"Pan Pacific Hotel Getaway in Vancouver BC"
Stayed here for a birthday getaway. Would have rated the hotel as a five if we had been given a higher floor as we had requested, however the views were still outstanding. As a note, the hotel does not have its own designated parking, it is at Canada Place general parking and the rates are a lot more than we are used to paying at other hotels. We highly […] recommend this hotel due to its easy proximity to Gas Town and the Coal Harbour Seawall Walk to Stanley Park. "Very good stay!"
I booked a deluxe harbour king room for my bfs surprise birthday. When we got there, we valeted our car, then went to check in. Everything was quick and speedy. Once we got to our hotel room, we were a bit disappointed because we were right above the pool. which wasn't too bad, but i've been there before with a better view. But overal we overlooked […] the whole city, and it was beaitufl at night. It was a good stay, but when we checked out, apparently we were suppose to call room service first? so they could see if we ate any of the snacks/drinks/alcohol so they could charge us. But no one mentioned that when we checked in. We waited almost 15-20 mins. So just a quick tip, ask if you need to call room service before checking out. if your in a hurry, you won't want to wait. "Fanatastic view"
Hotel is very much a convention hotel being in the same building as the VCC. Standard rooms are comfortable but nothing special except the view, which is exceptional over the water - priceless. Can forgive a lot for that.

"Pan Pacifica 'Sails' Hotel"
Great place to stay, but $50 is a bit steep for even a stellar Breakfast buffet; but an inexpensive alternative is available in the food court tunnel leaving below the lobby. Health club, pool, steam sauna, etc. are world class. Easy call for a late checkout, easy upgrades, etc. World class service. Be sure to consider a trip to the Vancouver Anthropology […] Museum if you're just visiting BC - it has a world of wonderful NW Native and First American artwork, and much from around the world too. "Harbour Hotel in Vancouver"
Wonderful getaway for us. We were treated like royalty. The view from the restaurants and our room was absolutely spectacular. Service was wonderful. Location was super convenient. We will come back for sure.

"Pan Pacific - We'll be going back"
This place was awesome. We live in Vancouver and were just going down for a Valentine's Day weekend. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, polite and courteous. "Terrible service"
This was the wors hotel I experienced in 10 years. First is that when we checkt in they ware saying that we don't have reservation with them. we had to wait. The front desk very ferm spoken. The room it was very very min veiw it wasent the one I was expected. We forgat a charger , we called them about 4 time and they sad nothing found, mabe because […] I did not left tip? messed up our dinner reservations for New Year's eve. Loud parties in hotel rooms kept us up all night long. Any complaints fell on deaf ears.

Everything was fine, the kids loved the outdoor pool (we went in late December but the outdoor pool was heated). BUT I parked less than 24 hour in the parking lot under the Hotel - it was 55 dollars!!
"Beautiful intro to Canada"
This hotel is beautiful with a breathtaking foyer area and views. Perfect location for cruise departures or if you re visiting Vancouver or transiting to another area in Canada. Only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer. Beautiful views from rooms, tea/coffee facilities in room and rooms large, roomy and very stylishly modern.

A must for anyone taking cruise from vancouver, the service of taking luggage to the ship is a great help and the position close to all the sights around the harbour

LOVED THE LOCATION QUALITY, ETC BUT IT WAS A LITTLE PRICEY. NEXT TIME I WILL CHECK OTHER HOTELS NEARBY FOR RATES.
"Is ok but there r better"
Stayed here for a night. Hotel rooms r dated and needs a Reno. Toilet paper is the cheap single ply type so u can imagine wat the rest of the room's like. There r def better hotels in the same area which'll cost not much more if u get the right deal

Excellent hotel and setting, extra for harbour view well worth it. Central to all main attractions in downtown Vancouver. Only negative is that the swimming pool and sunbathing area always seemed to be in the shade!

We would not stay here again. Except for the porters, who were terrific, the employees were sullen and lied rather than take responsibility for their mistakes. I don't think morale is good at the hotel and the employees do not seem to like serving the guests. Perhaps they are jaded from catering to the constant cruise ship business. The restaurant food […] was mediocre. The decor was cheap modern and minimalist. There was a general skimping on all things, including linens. For the price, not up to par. We did not feel comfortable nor cared for at this hotel. I should say the concierge staff was helpful. No problem there. Mehr

What a wonderful view and comformable bed. This was a perfect location for boarding the boat for the Alaska cruise.

The location of this hotel is fantastic if you are intending to take a cruise to Alaska. The hotel lift takes you straight to the ship terminal. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge.

The Pan Pacific is a tremendous location for accessing all of Vancouver, especially all the buses, charters, boat trips, etc. Also (relatively) close to Stanley Park (20 min. walk) and many good restaurants. Restaurant on site is expensive, but not outrageously so. Room was a little disappointing for the pretty penny we paid. It was a very nice room […] but not anything outstanding. I guess you're paying for location and view. Services were very good. I would highly recommend, but don't expect a luxurious room. Mehr
"Pan Pacific Vancouver - Perfect"
This was my third time at the Pan Pacific and as usual it was top-rate.It is a fantastic location, close to shopping , dining and siteseeing, but most of all it was a wonderfu lplace to come back to in the evening.

"Pan Pacific Vancouver: convenient to cruise ships"
We chose this hotel because of the convenience to the cruise ship terminal. The room was clean, beds comfortable. The bellman gave good tips about getting to the cruise terminal early, which saved us time embarking.
