Homestead Phoenix - Airport - Tempe - Tempe

I stayed at this hotel because I didn't want to drive home after a company party. No problems to report. My only complaint is that they charge extra for internet access...but the amount they asked for was not unreasonable and I can understand their desire to keep costs low. Cheap hotel. You get what you pay for...and it's not bad at all.

The management need to be replace in this as you only hear NO or we cannot do I had no word of yes at time I stayed , customers relation is (0) value , I had tour around California all wont greet , only in this hotel in Phoenix cannot believe what had happened to us . we were three in person and every one of us had his room and all of us had and itching […] problem from the bed Mehr

Overall satisfied with my stay. Rooms could use a bit of a remodel but it was comfortable and clean. Front desk was friendly checking in and out. I would stay here again.

Inexpensive place to stay near sky harbor. Clean and very nice folks run the place. Perfect to sleep there before an early flight.

I was very pleased with the very friendly, accommodating service. The rooms were clean and had everything you'd need in kitchenette. I will definitely stay here again next year for IM. Thank you to the staff!

I stayed at this place because I had business the next morning in the Phoenix area. I thought it was a good deal for a short stay. It was not a luxurious place with lots of extras but I did not expect it to be for the price I paid. The halls smelled like smoke, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the furniture was nasty and gross as well as the floors. NEVER go back!

Perhaps a bad night for the locals, but I stayed only about 20 minutes then found something else

It was located conveniently to the areas I needed for the Rock and Roll Marathon in Phoenix

Our stay was great!!!

Hallways smell like an ashtray, bed is rock hard, bathroom fan non-operational, bathroom faucet leak, TV needed service. In all, the appliances & furniture appeared to be at end of life. The rates are low and we didn't spend a lot of time in our room, otherwise we would have changed hotels.

What can you expect for a few bucks a night?...but I opted for a higher price hotel in favor of a cleaner and more comfortable place to live for my 2 week stay in Phoenix

Hotel Curb appeal is OK! Person in reception was very helpful. But Hotel was supposed to be smoke free room and on 2nd floor had a strong smoke smell and some guess were cooking in the rooms with doors open so, all the food smell will over power any small decent odor from this hotel. Sorry but will never stay at this hotel nor recommend to.

No one was at the desk when I arrived to check in. I waited about 5 minutes and the guy was sitting in the foyer watching football on his cell phone. I didn't know he was the one working, I thought he was a guest just watching the game. Our room was nothing to write home about. The closet doors were leaned up against the wall in a corner, no linens […] for the fold out bed and no spare pillows. I called the front desk, they had no pillows but I could go get blankets and sheets. The bed was uncomfortable. The plug in the bathroom did not work which made a curling iron a little difficult... I was not impressed and would not recommend this hotel for the money. Mehr

I didn't realize I was booking an extended stay hotel. The rate was very good and the room was big and had plenty of extras. While not fancy, it provided everything I needed including: a desk, wireless internet, refrigerator, stove, microwave and close access to freeway and Tempe University. Suite was good size for our small family. Nice to have kitchen. Location easy to find, right next to freeway and close to airport.

Nice, roomy, very comfortable. The shower had really good water pressure ~ no suddenly hot or cold water like a lot of other hotels have. Very convenient ~ good location. Great value.

This hotel is in what looks like a fairly new section of Tempe, consisting of a lot of corporate office complexes and parks, along with a smattering of low-profile strip malls, within a few blocks of the freeway and some main thoroughfares. The room was pretty spacious, especially for having only a single bed, with a full size kitchenette, stove and […] fridge. The air conditioning/heating, while resembling the standard kind you usually find in this type of hotel, has a wall-mounted therostat and fan control, which I found much more convenient, efficient and quieter than the controls usually mounted on the unit itself. Comfortable, quiet a as long as you are not on the first floor by the swimming pool.

First the bad: All extras cost- well extra. This includes room service, high speed internet and having an animal (all of which we had). The animal price was $25 extra a night, the other were $3 a night each. If you want more coffee, soap, shampoo or dish washer soap you have to ask for it (one would expect it included when the room is made up) The […] good: The hotel is updating each room. We had a newly remodeled room. Comfy bed! Good water pressure, even though the Tempe water tastes awful - very dirty tasting (can't fault the hotel on this one). If you are coming from the south it is just off the freeway. From the north and west a bit more difficult, but not that hard to get to. A couple of hotels on the street, but mostly light industrial (business park) area. Exceptionally quiet considering it is less than two miles from Sky Harbor and a block from the freeway! The staff is very nice and cooperative. One day our bed wasn't made, but that was the only complaint I have about the service. Overall, a good place to stay, especially if you are going to be there for at least 4 or more days. Mehr

I had been looking for a great price for months. Came across this and was completely satisfied. Not the best place to stay if it's your first time in the area. You won't really get the Phoenix ambiance, but if you know your way around and just need a place to sleep and possible swim, it's a great small hideaway.

The room was clean, comfortable and large. The price was too good to pass up.

This stay is one of the very best value for the dollar I've ever encountered. For some reason, got an upgrade to the Manager's Apartment....full kitchen and washer/dryer. A regular room would have been a great value.....this was exceptional

Comfortable,close to highway,clean. Suite w/ two beds, sofa bed, and a full kitchen for $29.00!! Will definitely stay here again!! It is an extended stay so if you don't mind taking and exchanging your towels at front desk for new ones would definitely recommend. You are about 2-4 miles from various attractions.
