I would say i wouldnt stay at this hotel again..everynight was sleeepness from the house keeping knock at your door so early when your trying to sleep and from the ppl was next room to yea talking very loud must been drunk or something and ppl was running in and out of the hall way all night long!then the ppl above the room i was in was walking so hard […] its like the floor was gonna fall in..other then that everything else was fine.. "Convenient for our purpose"
I booked the hotel and then had to make a change in dates. Through the transition my two queen beds became two double 'beds', if you can call them that. The matresses were extraordinarily uncomfortable. Fortunately we were only staying for 2 days, on future visits we will definitely be seeking different accomodations. "Just a few problems"
Our stay was pleasant with one minor and one major hiccup! The service was excellent and the room was comfortable. One problem was that the table lamp did not work - not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Then we noticed that the carpet outside of the bathroom was wet. So much so that we had to put the towels down and wear our shoes so we wouldn't […] get our socks wet. This was noticed the night we checked in and we didn't use the shower until the next morning. "Not Bad....But......"
Front Service Desk personnel were very pleasant. Nice indoor pool and whirlpool. The smell of paint and the sounds of maintenance in surrounding rooms. Canvas drop cloths on the carpet, not a good impression. Access cards not always worked. Ants in the room. When I mentioned this to the front desk, she asked were they fire ants or regular ants? She […] appeared not all surprised by the mention of them but was very pleasant about the whole matter. The breakfast was well, filling and I'll leave it at that. I stayed at the Baymount because it was more competitive in price than a nearby competitor. I was not disappointed. It was very clean, modern with microwave, fridge, safe in room. The pool and hot tub were great and well maintained. The choices at breakfast were more than I expected like hard boiled eggs and hot waffles. "Nice on the outside."
My 5 year old son fell at the pool area (he had WALKED over to ask me a question and turned around to WALK back) and SLAMMED down onto the floor ! Something needs to be done ! He had a huge bump on the back of his head, 2 bruises on his back and his fall scared the hell out of us ! The (female) employee at the front desk just smiled and walked away. […] Later she was seen squeegeing the pool area, the (male) employee acted concerned, asked questions, offered Wayne a candy bar, offered for us to take him to the hospital....I am not an over reactive parent..however, I iced Wayne's bump, and kept check on him overnight. He said he filled out an incident report, I asked for a copy of the report before we checked out and the morning front dest clerk had to fill it out herself. I work in Environmental Management and there is NO reason that floor should be that slippery ! Even if it is wet ! This Hotel has some issues it needs to address before someone is seriously injured. "Very Nice and Comfortable"
Very nice hotel, I only had a couple complaints but nothing too serious. The room was like a freezer when we walked in and breakfast wasnt that great. Everything was cold and there wasnt very much of several items for all the guests. Both other than that it was great. Staff was friendly, room was clean.
