ca 20 min vom IAH Flughafen entfernt und dadurch für die erste oder letzte Nacht sehr günstig gelegen, Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe, Mexikaner Papasitas an der Hauptstrasse in Humble, sehr zu empfehlen

Das Angebot war so günstig, dass ich auf eine Enttäuschung gefasst war, umso mehr hab ich mich über das geräumige Zimmer und tolle Bad gefreut. Natürlich ist es ein Flughafenhotel, so dass man ab und an überflogen wird, aber das ist halb so wild. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben in der Neujahrszeit mit unserer zwei Kleinkinder das Hotel bewohnt und fanden es für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr geeignet. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, und einfach "alles in Ordnung". Da es in unmittelbare Nähe zur Wohngebiet unsere dort ansässige Familie liegt, werden wir uns in alle wahrscheinlichkeit dort wieder zurückfinden.
Lage
St. Regis Houston liegt in Houston, Galleria, in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Uptown Plaza, Galleria Mall und Memorial Park. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe gehören: Uptown Park und Williams Tower.
Ausstattung
Die Unterkunft St. Regis Houston verfügt über folgende Annehmlichkeiten: Wellnesscenter, Außenpool und Sauna. Ein kostenloser W-LAN-Internetzugang steht in den öffentlichen Bereichen zur Verfügung. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten für Geschäftsreisende in dieser 5-Sterne-Unterkunft zählen: Businesscenter (rund um die Uhr geöffnet), Tagungsräume für kleine Gruppen und Limousinenservice. "5 star for a reason"
This is a 5 star hotel and they treat you like it. I don't usually stay in this fancy of a hotel but I had to. Wow, I'm really missing out when I stay at other places. The chambermaid even folded my used underwear. My wife won't even touch those.

I received A-level treatment, from check in to room service to check out. St Regis makes you at home, will be back again.

"High-end hotel with an identity crisis"
Hotel is a little older but rooms are nicely maintained, updated. Service is on par of what you'd expect at this class and price range. However, we stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night when they have a live band in the bar. The music resonates upwards out of the western side of the hotel and plays well into the wee hours of the morning. "Luxury in every detail"
This hotel is five star all the way! The attention to detail they put in everything is unparalleled. I loved every minute of our stay. I will say, the food is quite pricey and there is many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended! Looking forward to our next stay!
"classy in Houston"
This hidden gem is outstanding in every last detail. The service was impeccable, the room was clean and nicely appointed, and the bar was right out of a1930's movie. Nothing but good things to say. This place was classy.

We actually were there for 12 hrs., maybe-- we checked in late (10pm), went straight to bed after a long day of travel & college graduation festivities. Everything was so well appointed, floral arrangements & decor were gorgeous. The best thing of all was the friendliness/sincerity of the staff-- they made us feel like the most important thing was our […] comfort & convenience, which is just what you want. The service at the St. Regis Houston was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and accommodating. The hotel bar had a cheesy band that I wish were not playing (it was a Friday night). When the band stopped playing for their break, they piped in this terrible 70s disco music. "St. Regis Hotel - Houston"
If it was not for one very bad experience, I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location, very nice rooms, most service was extremely good. The experience: On the morning following my first night, I awoke to find the bracket which secures the chain lock to be broken. One screw was pulled from the wall and the bracket was bent back about 45 degrees. […] It was blatently obvious that someone had tried to enter the room after I went to sleep (which was 1 am). I reported the matter to security and was informed that "perhaps I didn't notice this when I went to bed". Then they told me that they had checked security footage and confirmed nobody went to my door. There is no security camera on the short corridor where my room is. They also said they performed a lock check and confirmed there was no activity. So I guess I dreamt it all up. I would have thought something as serious as this would have prompted a more serious review and response from management. I followed up several times with the front desk and spoke with another security officer and they had no knowledge that this occurred. I will not be staying there again - not because I am really all that scared about my security. But rather because of how poorly they responded to my concerns. "Fabulous service & honest valet drivers"
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. All the employees were very courteous, and the room was wonderful with a nice view of uptown Houston. One thing that stood out in my mind was that we had left my wife's designer sunglasses in the glovebox, and they were still there when we picked up the car! We were disgusted to learn that a recent service […] visit to a BMW dealership in Houston had stolen her sunglasses of equal price. Good to know St Regis has trustworthy employees. Mehr

"Really easy"
Everything was really easy. Drove up, valet parked ($27/night). The room was upgraded for our special occasion for free. The room itself was really nice. But they nickle and dime you for things like tooth paste and tooth brush, yet they are right there in your room. The staff really is there to help you with everything.

"Outstanding Wedding Night Hotel"
I was able to check in early for my wedding night, so when my wife and I arrived we could go straight to the room. When we arrived, we had chocolate covered strawberries in our room as a congratulations on our wedding. Everyone was extremely nice from the vallet guys to the bell hops.
