Tolle Einrichtung, vor allem der Frühstücksraum und das Buffet sind sensationell. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ebenfalls schön eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Das hotel war zwar am hw 101 gelegen, doch da wir eins der hinteren Zimmer hatten, war das kein Problem. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb einer Minute in der old town von eureka und an der Bucht. Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung von der Ausstattung und sauber. Das Personal war sehr, sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter, denn für eine Nacht und einen halben Tag in der Stadt ist es sehr gut geeignet.

Für durchreisen ist es gut . Kann mir aber nicht vorstellen da meinen Urlaub zu verbringen .

"Good value for a quick trip"
We stayed two nights when we were in town for a wedding. Our family of five includes three small children. I would not say this hotel is family friendly as far as space and accomodations. But because of it's closeness to our event and it's cheap price, we chose it as a quick stop. And for that purpose, it was a good hotel. "Stay here... it is ok..."
We have been pleased with how we are treated, the cleanliness and the mini-breakfast of coffee, juice and muffins... It is not so convenient to get in and out of but for the money we can handle it.

Accessibility from the road is limited to one way, as the road is divided, requiring either driving a distance to turn around into the correct direction of traffic, or going around an extended-sized block. The room was fairly clean and check in was fast (thank god). The over environment was horrible. There were people hangin out drinking and partying. Throughout the night there was constant noise of people fighting and drinking! Overall bad, I would not recommend this to anyone.

I have been coming here regularly for a really long time. The staff is still the best! I have given many good reviews in the past, but must downgrade solely as to the TOTAL LACK OF INTERNET. Unlike virtually all other area hotels, this hotel does not provide any free internet. So add another $4 per night onto your cost analysis. However, that is not […] really my complaint. My complaint is that, even after you BUY the internet service, the connection is dinosaur-slow at best. Most times, you cannot even connect or get bumped off right away. As the hotel takes no responsibility for internet, you have to call the ISP's tech line, wait 20-30 minutes, then get no real help at all. I have spent $12 for three nights, and got NO internet at all. It is a complete internet blackout. If you mostly use your phone for internet anyways, fine, but if you need internet for your computer etc., do think twice about booking this hotel. Mehr

Horrible service, does not actually service breakfast, nonsmoking room stunk of cigarettes and caused allergy issues. robbery right in front of the hotel as i checked in. one of the beds was broken and sagged on one side. not all towels were restocked. no extra sheets or pillows.

"It is what it is - Cheap and dirty"
It's what you'll get for the low price. I'd only recommend staying here if you are on a budget, passing through and need a place to sleep for the night. I would not stay for more than that. It was pretty crappy to see that as soon as I inserted the card key for the room the handle was broken. You had to pull it up to get the card key to work then it […] would just flop down. Didn't seem safe. The smell of the room was gross - think of a mixture between mold, some kind of toxic cleaning product, fake and nasty room freshener and old bathrooms. The sheets looked dirty and when I pulled the cover off, there were tons of stains. There was a little card on the front stating the hotel wanted to conserve on water so they only wash sheets every 3rd day of your stay, unless you wanted them washed everyday. Even though we only stayed for a night and I was trying to believe the sheets were washed, that statement made me feel very uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the sheets. So we slept with the top covers off, our own blankets (we were traveling), and towels covering the pillows. No fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, blow dryer... just the very basics. 2 beds, desk, tv, sink, toilet and shower. The tv was positioned in a tv stand in front of the far bed so the person on the other bed couldn't see it from the giant tv stand blocking the view. Didn't get much sleep because the walls are super thin and there was screaming ALL night from which I would assume was a drunk couple arguing. Women with heels were stomping up and down the stairs and halls all night, the hotel's entry is hard to get to, it smells and is dirty. I change my mind on what I said earlier about only staying here if you were passing through because we didn't get any rest and had hours and hours of driving ahead of us. Next time we'll pay a little more to get a clean place that isn't so noisy. Mehr

I have stayed in cheap hotels from motel six to alot cheaper. By far one of the best I have ever stayed in that was cheap. Definitely will stay here again.

We were knocked awake midnight by a man calling himself receptionist of hotel rudely. And we found out the reason is that we were mistakenly thought playing music lound. The hotel is located in an area full of strange people which you never want to associate with.

Very good motel for the price. Good location and close to 24 hr restaurant. Other guests looked they were barely able to afford the rent. Motel management required a lengthily statement to be initialed and signed.

I was a bit surprised that the hotel was located in such a bad neighborhood. I did not know Sacramento had many of those. It is also right next to the freeway. The supposedly non-smoking room had such a strong smoke smell that when I got back home my girlfriend could smell it on me. The carpets were dirty, so I tried not to take my shoes off. The bathtub […] had hair left in it. There was also no hair dryer. They charged $4/night for internet service which I though was a bargain especially that it was faster than most nicer hotels I've stayed at. I would go for a more expensive hotel next time. Mehr

The beds are like sleeping on cement. The house keepers go through your stuff. If you leave anything in the bathroom or on the counter its gone when you come back. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel. I won't stay there again.

"Bad stay"
I stayed at this hotel over a weekend. When I looked online it said it was 3 miles from arden fair mall, bit it was about 15 minutes away. After I booked online, I got there and I was not able to check in because they said it would take a couple hours to get to the computers. The lady at the night window was very rude and made me feel like I was in […] her way. It was 6:30 pm and the lobby was already closed. I was standing outside in the cold. When I asked to buy the internet as well she seemed more irritated with my business. I will never stay here again. Mehr

every hotel room has the basics so this would suffice based on price. however, i have to mention the room reeked of smoke, the carpet had multiple cigarette burns as did the toilet seat, and the shower curtain was missing. attention owners: if you have a fabric shower curtain, you need another, plastic one!

"Non-smoking Room, but Smoking Surroundings"
Had a king size bed. room was clean. Small Tv. Bath tub drained SUPER slow, could see it was clogged with hair and trash. Non-smoking room, but smelled like cigerettes all night. Not a good-night.

The OJ machine was watery, asked staff and they said because we turned it off all ready. It was 8:59am according to the clock in the lobby. Not very satisfied with there professionalism. Went to nearby store to buy OJ.

The main problem was that although our room was non-smoking, we could smell the cigarette smell "all the night"! It was terrible and after 6 hours driving we couldn't sleep at all. We had to leave the window open and freeze! The air heater was so noisy and basically was not useful. It might be a cheap hotel but it is better to spend $10 more and at […] least be able to sleep. "Not bad but could use some improvement"
Overall the hotel was decent. Most hotels have complimentary drinks, extra towels, and free internet. I was surprised to see the lack of these services at this hotel. Entrance to the hotel was also an inconvenience since it's a one-way accessible.

I have 2 admit. It was nice and wasnt bad at all. I thought it was gonna be a ghetto spot but it was nice. Ive been to a few spots that had the hookers outside trying to get paid and i didnt wanna take my son around another place like that. The room was clean.. so were the sheets only they would not stay on the bed and I ended up sleeping mostly on a plastic mattress cover. Breakfast is muffin and coffee.
