Staying at crossland was very convenient it's location is not far from airport. Also has a very nice price tag per night rates. Located in nice neighborhood and walking distance to many surrounded business. Great temporary hotel if your on the move.

The hotel was in a great and convienient location! We also loved the mini kitchen whiched helped save on food. The only and main problem was we stayed there for 8 days and not one time did housekeeping come to clean, give us new towels or anything! We would have to take out our own trash, sweep our floor with towels and hunt down housekeeping just to […] get extra towels and give them our old ones. We would go down to the desk and tell them and all they would say is that they will make sure it gets done tomorrow. Mehr

The location was very good while visiting the Air Force Academy, very convenient.

4 cup coffee pot could be upgraded to a 12 cup. auto defrost freezer would have been nice as freezer was packed with snow/ice. televisions are bit out of date and wifi was worse than dialup and off half of my stay. however, the view, location, and everything else was wonderful, staff was polite and very helpful.

This is actually more of an extended stay kind of place. It functions as a hotel but the office isn't exactly open 24/7. If you go to check in later at night, you have to call for someone to come down to check you into your room. People were hanging around outside the closed office and as a single female traveling alone I was not excited to have to […] wait outside for someone to check me in inside. The day staff was extremely helpful though when I had issues figuring out the handicapped shower (as I was placed in a handicapped room since they had overbooked the smaller room I had requested). I was mostly out of my room for the event I was attending but overall for the price it did the job well enough. The location was pretty central to the things I needed while in town and it wasn't too terrible to find. Mehr

The service wasn't bad but weren't organized at all. I had to wait 30 min for a room when I was told a specific time to check in. When I entered my room the comforter had cigarette burns in it, the room smelled like smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room), and the surrounding area didn't do anything to make me feel safe. I'm on a USA tour. This pet friendly hotel needs a facelift if it is to attract other than low budget folks. The carpeting looked dirty and old, the chair was falling apart in my room, and the stove range elements wouldn't lie flat. It was good to have a mini-kitchen, though I didn't use it. The smell from the smoke in the room was overpowering. The […] bathroom was good, though, clean. The window wouldn't open to allow fresh air into the smoky and musty room, but then it would have been a security issue if it did open. I was sneezing all night due to allergies possibly from the pet danders, or from the smoke / ash. I reserved a King room, but there is NO King beds in ANY of the rooms! So, false advertising there. Internet is $5 one time charge, but didn't work via wifi - had to have a Cat 5 cable, which I did luckily have. In this day and age, I would expect internet to come with the room! Night receptionist was dim, unhelpful, and dull. Mehr

my brother, who lives in Colorado Springs, expressed concern to me on the neighborhood and the safety of my car (a Mercedes) but all was fine. I wasn't able to get into my room until almost 3PM!! My sister and her husband stayed at another 'high-priced' hotel that did not have the amenities my room did; refrigerator, stove, microwave (and necessary […] utensils). Busy place and was awakened twice during the night because of noise (a vehicle's alarm once). It was a bit difficult to locate but super easy to get out of. I was sure I was to get a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, maybe it was booked thru hotels.com??? They told me no. That was disappointing, but other than that it was a fine hotel and the staff very friendly and accomodating. Unsure if I would recommend. I didn't expect too much for this hotel. When I got there, I was a bit scared by neighborhood... But, when I get into the room, I was very satisfied. Nice and clean room. Quiet too! The best thing is the price!

Small room, small Bed,no shampoo or conditioner in bath room, iron box missing from room,attendant had limited knowledge about the place.

This is a very basic motel but great if you like to have a little kitchen. There is nice park a block away if you have children. The area is convienently close to most attractions. On the downside, the beds are pretty hard, no bathtub (only shower) and rooms are not cleaned everyday. I do not mind less frequent housekeeping service but some people might […] be put off. Mehr

It was very easy to get to. Hotel is ghetto though. First hotel I stayed at that had only one bed. No ammenities, so if you expect to pay a small sum of money a night for a pool, breakfast in the morning, etc, then this is not for you. Overall, not bad. Very clean and pleasant place. This place offers long term deals and the rooms reflect that by offering a kitchenette and fridge, as well as a breakfast table. Very nice overall.

Located close to everything! Nice clean room. The double bed was a bit too hard for me but overall I would definitely stay again. Great price!!

Cannot recommend this place. Registration was closed when I got there. I called the number posted, it rang and rang, finally connected me to--central reservations. Tried the other number, after several rings, someone answered. She came up front to register me. My reservation was all set, she gave me the key, and directions to the room. I followed her […] directions, and instead of 103 I found 119. Tried again--145. The numbers are matte caramel on black--invisible at night, even with lights on. So I had to get out of the car to see what room I was parked near. After 4 false starts, found the room. At the exact opposite corner of the hotel from where I was told to go. Get my bags and the key from the car--wham, the key doesn't work. So I call up front from my cell--she tells me to come back and she'll make me a new key. Hello? Shouldn't she bring me a key?? So I load the car back up, and drive back around for the key (couple of shady characters strolling around, walking didn't seem like a good idea). When I get back to the front--it is dark and locked. If I had a customer coming back for a key, I'd at least have turned the light on, unlocked the door, and been waiting for her. But no--I had to call again. She unlocked the door and walked away--laughing. She gave me a new key, blamed the people who worked an earlier shift. NEVER ONCE apologized for the inconvenience. And said "oh, if this one doesn't work, just bring it back and I'll try again". Not bloody likely. Mehr

The rooms were okay. The beds were very small and not very comfortable. The bathrooms were in fair condition. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Fairly slow check in even at 10 pm at night. We found "toiletry items" from another guest under the bed when we arrived, which made me feel that they did not clean the rooms well.

Me and my husband were very surprised by how nice this hotel was for the price! we were so happy with our reservation and accomadations of our reservation that we will always look for this chain of hotels when traveling and will highly reccomend to friends and family.

I thought I would be getting 2 double beds, original room had only 1. They made it right and put me in a room with 2 beds, with no extra charge, but it was a smoking room. The carpet in the 1 bed / non-smoking room was very nice. The carpet in the non-smoking was disgusting! There was alot of action outside late at night. At about 1 am a car outside […] had music blaring and some kids got out and started dancing for about 10 minutes. Not the hotels fault, but quite disturbing! Next night ambulance....next night car pulled over by 3 cop cars. Mehr

It is small and with no frills, but overall for what I payed it was fine. The walls are a little thin, but not very bothersome. I enjoyed my time there.

Not a fancy hotel at all, but the price was right and the refrigerator, microwave, and range allowed us to save even more money on our vacation by not having to eat out. Location not ideal, but not bad either. Walls are kind of thin, but beds were comfortable.

Clean motel rooms, friendly staff, close to good bus service that eill bring you where you need to go. Lovely views of Pikes Peak. Playground nearby for children. Cose to airport but not close enough to hear planes.

Hotel impeccable. Dommage qu'ils demandent un supplément pour Internet et qu'ils ne proposent pas de petit déjeuner.
