When my apartment flooded last week I was looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep for the night near my office. Last minute I booked a room online and when I arrived (just minutes after booking) they had no "Non-Smoking" rooms of the size I requested. Instead of putting me in a "Smoking" room they upgraded me free to a larger and more comfortable […] room. Great experience - very friendly staff and comfortable room. Thanks! Mehr

We had family in town for a wedding and this location was right next door to our house. Very friendly and helpfull front desk. We had two rooms, one semi handicapped.Ssorry the tables were not out at the pool area. The weather was awesome and being out doors would of been great.

Ms. Joann was excellent in assisting me with my room upgrade. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area was really nice. Whenever I am in Atlanta, Ga.

I stayed at this facility for the Falcons -v- Saints football game..the Front Desk staff very professional and pleasant. I will definitely stay at this hotel each time I return to Atlanta, since Im in the process of relocating back to the Cobb Co/ Smyrna area. A Special thank you to the staff..

I found this hotel to be affordable and the rooms were spacious. Complete with stove and fridge. Cumberland Galleria Mall is within 5 minutes of hotel.

As a last minute reservation this was cost efficient and most of all Wes (frontdesk clerk) was very accommodating. The frontdesk Supervisor was very concerned during check-out which was very refreshing.

A clean room with all the basics taken care of. If your taste are for the ultra modern or swank surroundings, you may want to consider additional finances to upgrade....but a good, comfortable nights' sleep is delivered at this location

We stayed at this hotel for our weekend trip to the GA aquarium. It wasn't near the aquarium but it was a decent distance away. The hotel is located within walking distance of eating places. There's a Starbuck's across the street and also a Chik-fil-A, which are my favorite places. There's a Kroger only a few miles away and also a Target not far away […] either. The front desk staff was very nice...only lady in particular was very pleasant. The only complaint that I have about this hotel is that it needs to be remodeled. Needs new carpeting and the beds aren't all that great. We didn't spend alot of time in the hotel so it did us fine for the short time we were in there. We couldn't get the DVD player in the room to work. And if you are planning on cooking alot, there wasn't many dishes at all. Just a set of 3. I suggest bringing your own paper & plastic products. Other than that, the room was very spacious for our family of 4. Kids had plenty of room to run around. Mehr

This hotel was more than what I expected for the price.It was comfortable. I enjoyed the stay and I will stay there again my next trip to Atlanta.

Upon entering the lobby a rancid smell hit me immediately. the carpeting was fiflthy and stained. The rotten smell continued along the halls until I reached my room. The carpeting in the room was stained, my family chose not to walk on it without coverings on our feet. The walls were dirty, the furniture was old, outdated. The entire room needed to […] be redone. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The wireless internet connection was on the slow side, but the all around experience was great.

I was pleased with my 2-night stay at this location. I have several co-workers that will soon need to travel and stay in north Atlanta for 2-3 weeks and I will recommend this location. I believe that this location was safe, the room was adequately sized and outfitted with appliances, CLEAN, and comfortable.

The lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful, that was the best thing about this hotel. The hotel was okay, just glad I was not staying more than two nights. The beds were uncomfortable, there was no hot water the entire stay, we only had warm water. On a positive note the room was clean. The location of the hotel was good, not to far from […] downtown. Conveniently located just off the interstate and 2 minutes from a mall with the Cheesecake Factory (my favorite restaurant), this hotel was secluded from noise and in a good neighborhood. I went to check into the hotel and no one was at the desk. Waited a half hour then went somewhere else. Hotel looked dirty.

poor customer service the desk clerk act ad if she did not want to be there.

Great room for the money. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Good neighborhood. I would stay here again

Room was a great deal for the price I paid. Was a huge studio room. The rest of the hotel needed some minor touch ups and the alot of the place smelled like smoke. Only stayed there one night and was pretty satisfied with service.

Great hotel. Rooms were very clean and had perfect space to move around and everything. Wounderfull price and not to far at all from Six Flags.

The hotel was great, it was like a little apartment. It was clean and comfortable. I'll be staying in Extended Stays from now on.
