We truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect.

great hotel with excellent location. South tower rooms are a little outdated but very confortable. choose North toer for updaded rooms. Excellent breakfast at their restaurant. Great spa on the premisses as well. Overall, a very good choice for those who like upscale hotel and shopping.

This is a 5 star hotel, from staff, rooms, and food. Great location for shopping and site seeing.

This hotel is close to museums, art galleries, and great shopping. The service is friendly, attentive, and helpful.. Food is very good, and the bar at top of Hyatt perfect spot after busy day, or in evening.

Take full advantage of the Still Water, the hotel spa!! You receive access to the facilities via key card. Massages, facials, etc are additional however well worth it!

My husband and teenage daughter and I spent 4 wonderful nights at this hotel. We travel a great deal and were very impressed. We thought the concierge was top notch (got us good seats to a major show for a reasonable price), the valet parking, luggage assistance and check out and in personnel were efficient and friendly, the restaurant was excellent […] and the staff was too. We had the most superb view south from our hotel window towards the downtown skyline. The linens and towels were luxurious. We walked or took the subway from 2 very close subway stops everywhere we wanted to go. We will probably remember the small touches the most though: the complimentary car to the theatre when it was pouring rain, the postcards mailed for us at the hotel's own cost, the lovely hot cider in wine glasses in the lobby in the late afternoon, how we never seemed to wait for anything, whether it was an elevator or to have our questions answered or to have our car brought up. We wish all the hotels we stay at could be this good! Mehr

We were very happy with everything about the hotel including the wonderful, helpful staff who were always pleasant and helpful.The only complaint we have is that the hotel has no pool which i should of inquired about prior to booking (my mistake). For this reason alone i would not return because this detail is important to us, otherwise everything else […] was really, really great. This hotel is also in a great location for shopping and restaurants and not too far from the theatres. Mehr

Great hotel - felt very luxurious - 5**. Neighbourhood was great . Has a wholefood market just down the road as well as a wide selection of cafes, restaurants and things to do. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Toronto now.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location with 5 star service. Only minor complaint is that rooms are worn--upholstery on couch, etc. Room service is fabulous, hotel staff so friendly and helpful. Best is the rooftop bar--one of the top 10 in the world! We had 4 rooms for a family visit and everyone loved their Park Hyatt experience.

The title say it all. The hotel is steps away from a couple of great restaurants [Sassafraz on Yorkville and Opus on Prince Arthur]. The concierge service was absolutely great at getting info on everything from movie times to bath showrooms. Highly recommended!

Everything started off well with our visit. Very helpful valets (which we didn't use, but really polite), super nice front desk agents and overall very beautiful hotel. We paid $200 for our room which we were really happy about. When we got to our room it was in the older part of the hotel and everything was really dusty. I took photos which I am sending […] into their head office...the ipod doc was dusty, the head board, and the remote control was filthy!! It seemed as though the room had been sitting empty for a while. On the back of the door it advertized the room costing $600 for a double occupancy...I was unhappy paying $200 for the room, I can't imagine what I would feel paying $600!! When I called the front desk to let them know about it they just said they could send up house keeping to clean it?! I said it should have been cleaned in the first place! And then just got an appology...I couldn't help but feel as though they didn't care as much about us since we booked through hotels.com... Sadly, dissapointed. Mehr

Quite simply an oustanding hotel with impeccable service and very well appointed rooms. Whether you are in Toronto for business or pleasure, the Park Hyatt cannot fail to impress.

Great location-next to Royal Ontario Museum-a great place to spend the day.. Welcomed with an upgraded room.Nice lounge on top floor with delicious "tapas". Great staff-very helpful..Enjoyed my 3 night stay....

This is a beautiful hotel. It's in the heart of a great shopping district with the subway and Starbucks within a half a block.

Right in Yorkville - lots to see and do. Hotel room was clean, comfortable. Both Bed and Bath linens were plush. Staff were friendly and very helpful - no matter who you asked. Breakfast in the hotel dining room was great value and great quality.

Hotel was beautiful. Every service that I needed or wanted was available: Room was very nice with a big screen LCD TV and a King sized bed and a beautiful view of the city. There was a nice desk and no problem getting an internet connection. Nice snack and drink bar in the room Bathroom was beautfiully done in marble and there was a lot of water pressue […] for a shower along with nice robes and slippers. There were all kinds of ammenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, mending kit, shower cap, along with a lint brush and shoe shine kit in the closet. There was 24 hour room service. My paper was hanging on the door in a nice cloth bag. Someone came in with ice, water and to turn the bed down at night. The restaurant served wonderful food and drinks. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. There were many nice restaurants within walking distance Great place to stay and Toronto was beautiful!! Mehr

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the Park Hyatt, it seemed more like a Ritz to us. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. They did everything possible to make our stay wonderful, including taking us to dinner in the hotel car. The concierge was polite and helpful in suggesting restaurants. Our room was a nice size, nicely decorated, […] and the bathroom was big and beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks everyone at Park Hyatt! Mehr

Delightful as expected of a very good hotel. The area is great. This hotel was also the hotel for the New York Yankees while we were there. Fun seeing them.

for the money this is the best location and hotel in toronto.will stay always there.

The bathroom had those little black dots on the ceiling...suggesting that cleaning crew hadn't reached up there in a while. It's a shame because the rest of the stay was great....just don't look up when in the bath.

My wife and I stayed at three hotels (Park Hyatt, Westin Harbour Castle & Marriott Niagara Falls) during our recent visit to Canada and this was definitely our favourite. Excellent location, friendly helpful staff and the Delux King room was very spacious. We recommend the ecxellent Annona restaurant for a meal and the rooftop bar for the wonderful […] view and tapas food. My only complaint is the soundproofing in the rooms. I found it a bit noisy. However, if I ever go back to Toronto I would definitely stay here again. Mehr

私はキングデラックス（ツイーン）に一人で宿泊しました。空調が良くなく、冬で外はマイナス何度かで寒いのですが、涼風でした。部屋全体がシングルに比べ、寒かったです。その他は風格があり、ドアマンは外出の時に必ず挨拶と一言声をかけてくれて気分が良かったです。何より、5泊連泊でしたが24時間自由で快適でした。
