hotel was good and clean but when we checked in was given a Handicap room which is great IF you are in a wheel chair But for regular people very unconfortable especially the bathroom.Hotel front desk should be more observant.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and even let us check in before posted check in time. The morning breakfast bar was great and all the food was fresh and tasted great. The room was nice and the bed was soft. The bathroom was clean and simple nothing too fancy but it was well suited for us. The only gripe I have is they did […] not change the sheets between the first night and the second night and that bothers me as there is no need to roll over the sheets even though we are there for two nights. The hotel was very clean and in order. The surrounding area was quiet even with a room on the street side of the hotel. The check in was quick and the check out was even faster. We had a king size bed which was comfortable and the TV was really nice as well. They even had a list of the channels out on the bed next to the remote, so you didn't have to […] search. I like that there was a lap desk so I could do work or play on my ipad while watching TV. The only complaint about the room was the water pressure in the shower, but that could be to help save water. The free breakfast was nice and loved that they always had coffee and water available. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area. The location was near the 241 freeway (toll road) and Target, Old Navy, and other stores and restaurants were only a five minute drive from the hotel. Highly recommend this one! Mehr

Very good value for the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Very clean.

We have stayed with a few other hotel companies, but always seem to find The Hampton Inn as the one we go back to and enjoy staying at the most. The room is always clean an well maintained, never smells like smoke, beds are comfy, the only think I didn't care fir was the internet speed but it's ok cuz that's not what I was there for. Whenever mom comes along on trips we have to stay at Hampton Inns because she says you dont get any surprises and always get a clean room and comfy bed which was true again for this location as well Surroundings were a bit thin so next time 2nd floor but all went

Everything about our stay was perfect. Friendly people, comfortable room, very clean, free parking and internet, good breakfast and easy to find. We will pick Hampton Inns more often. A great experience.

We stayed a weekend for a family function and found this hotel very comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast; free internet; convenient pool; clean room. Family members who did not want to be in the room could hang by the pool or use the computer in the lobby.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Foothill Ranch, CA with my two grandchildren. We had our annual pajama party!! I chose this hotel because my husband and myself stayed there last year when our hardwood floors were being installed in our home. This hotel suited us, as we were close to our friends in Mission Viejo. It is not your "top of the range" hotel - but it had everything that you needed for a short stay.

Nice room, good bed, good pillows, clean facility. Friendly people, great breakfast (especially for a Monday AM), extra plugs by the nightstand for the cell phone charger, good speeds on the internet connection. Nothing too over the top, but exceeded expectations. Definitely secured me to book again when I’m back in town.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. They allowed me to check in much earlier than the standard time. I really appreciated that hospitality since I was arriving from a very early appointment and could nap before the next engagement. Breakfast was quite nice as well.

I had been in my room less than an hour when I tripped on the bed skirt which was hanging on the floor because it was too long. I fell forward shielding myself with my arms to break the fall. The pain in my left wrist was instant and I really thought it was broken. My right wrist is still black and blue and after a week, I am still wearing a wrist splint […] on the left. I was dazed for a few minutes before I could get up. I reported it to the front desk and they took my name, but no one has followed up. Mehr

Fine hotel. The room was clean, nothing too dramatic in terms of ammenities or frills. It is nice they have a pool and jacuzzi, but the fitness center isn't much and certainly isn't inviting, one tredmill, one stepper, and a mat.... The staff is friendly. We went later to breakfast and it wasn't very clean. Average.

There are Hamptons, and then there are Hamptons. I found this one perfect, the front desk staff so helpful, and the location actually quite convenient. The setting is beautiful as well when So CA air is clear. No fault of the Hampton! The ONLY detraction was a faulty shower head, and it wasn't even bad enough for us to fuss. I chose this location based on other reviews and price range. I was not disappointed. Hotel was modern, quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooms were nice, the bed comfortable and the pillows and linens were above average. The staff was excellent. TV was newer model, wireless internet acess was good and there was exercise equipment. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, even included eggs, not just pastries and fruit. Even though they were installing carpet in the lobby and hallways, it was still very clean. My only complaints are that on the second day the power was out from 7 a.m.- 3 p.m. So, the elevator was down AND there were […] signs that the stairs were closed because fo teh carpet installation...interesting. Me and my 10 year old lugged all of our luggage and cooler down the stairs from the 3rd floor with some annoyance, and we checked out early instead of relaxing because there was no power. Without these mishaps, it woudl have been a great place to stay. Mehr

The hotel was in a great location. Food and movie theaters and dry cleaners were just a skip and a hop away. We were there for our daughters wedding and were able to access everything we needed for before, and after.

This hotel is very nice, excellent service and good breakfast. I will stay in this hotel next time when I have a business trip to Irvine area.

We stayed at this location while our home was being repaired. The staff were very accomodating and pleasant. The complementary breakfast was very nice and much more than pastries and coffee.
