"Quality Review of Hampton Inn-Seymour Indiana"
I have stayed at a Hampton Inn last year, which is why I wanted to stay at another Hampton Inn on this trip. The only recommendation that could make is to improve the breakfast menu to include pork sausage, bacon, and ham; otherwise, everything was great.

"Pleased in Seymour"
Socked in by an ice storm, but hotel clerks were friendly and responsive to my requests. The room maybe like others does not have easy access to plugs for charging your computer and cell phone. Good amenities otherwise. Had the refrigerator un-plugged which I can understand. The HVAC blew right into the immediate direction of the desk where I was sitting […] working on the computer. The breakfast hostess was gracious and kind telling us about the weather where she drove in to help with our meal. Overall pleased! Mehr

"Perfect location - don't bother with the jacuzzi"
This hotel was right off the interstate, and easy to find. Lots of dining options within a few blocks. Only disappointment was the in-room jacuzzi. We were expecting a larger (two-person) tub in the main part of the room, but all it was was a slightly oversized bathtub in the bathroom. Not really worth the extra $$$ we paid for it, and it made it harder […] to get in and out for a shower. Mehr
"great stopover"
We just spent the night there to take our granddaughter swimming. The room was great, the pool was very clean. Our only gripe was that we could not bring a drink or a cup of coffee in the pool while we were watching her swim. Good beds. We liked that the water was warm enough to swim in.

I reserved the room to celebrate my husband's birthday. I was told it was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly, however our room was not worth the top dollar I spent for it. Small, nothing fancy!

VERY CLEAN and well-stocked breakfast/bar area. Desk clerk rather young, not familiar with ALL dining options in the area but was helpful in describing some of them. Yapping dog greeted us when we arrived at our room (couldn't tell what room it was in but we did tell the front desk clerk who said she would tell the manager. Very secure feeling in the hotel when traveling alone Thank you
The hotel was great. The staff were always very helpful and it was clean and nice. I was worried about the noise of the interstate but it was ok (good windows). The breakfast was good and if we didn't have time for breakfast they had a "grab and go" bag that we ate on the go which was very thoughtful. My husband and I enjoyed our two-night stay at the Hampton Inn. Our room was immaculate and cozy. The hotel and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The front desk person and other staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfasts were quite good--a good combination of both hot and cold items. Our only complaint is that when we rang the front desk […] on the first night to ask a question, they did not pick up. I'm not sure if it was the phone itself that wasn't working properly or the fact that they were just busy checking in guests, but other than that, everything was great. Mehr

In town for funeral. Hampton was close to everything, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had many choices, no need to find a restaurant. Good stay, would recommend staying in this hotel.

The number 1 thing I want from a hotel during a road trip is a great night's sleep. This hotel had great beds, great pillows and clean quite rooms. A+++. It is also conveniently located next to a Cracker Barrel and Fuel. I will stop here again when I make this road trip.

The Hampton Inn in Seymour was real nice. The bedding was comfortable. The room itself was clean and inviting. The morning breakfast was good, too. There were just a couple negatives about our stay. One, the exercise room equipment needed attention. The eliptical machine made noises while I was using it and the TV did not work properly. Two, I needed […] information about the outlet center in Edinburg (about 30 miles north) and the front desk person could not help me. When I got on the computer to get the needed information, the computer did not work properly. Overall, the hotel was nice if all you were going to do was wash, eat, and sleep. We went to visit family and friends. This was our first stay in this particular hotel. IT won't be our last. It was clean , Courteous , great Breakfast, no need to go out for more...plenty and good variety. Nice pool and exercise room. Comfortable bed and quiet. I would give this a 10 out of 10 . The hotel and the staff were both all you could expect from any hotel. The place was very clean, the pool was warm, the staff was more than helpful they were nice, the rooms were filled with everything you could want or need. No smell of smokeor other odors you sometimes find in hotels. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices they have coffee, […] teas, hot cocoa and fruits out all day and all night!! I have paid threes times as much and not been as pleased as we were here. We will stay here again when in the area. The hotel was sold out one night and we still heard no noise or kids in our room! If you are in the area this is the perfect choice of where to stay. There was limited hotel space in Bloomington IN during the period I planned to be there. I booked the Seymour Hampton Inn which was 45 miles away. I was an easy drive and worth the "inconvenience" due to the comfort and service I received.

My stay at the Hampton was quite pleasant considering I was in Seymour for my uncle's funeral. I was disappointed that the air conditioning in the work-out room was broken and didn't get repaired during my two day stay. Great breakfast and very nice rooms.

"Interesting town and interesting hotel"
We arrived late close to midnight. We met with a very friendly hotel staff and were in our room in a mtter of minutes. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying.

First, let me say, when I reserved a "whirlpool tub" room, I wasn't expecting much. Generally, when you get such rooms, the tub is nothing more than a regular-sized bathtub with a few jets. However, this tub was HUGE!!!!!!!!!!! I am 5'3 and I could literally stretch all the way out in the bottom of the tub! I just could go on and on about how much I […] enjoyed the bathroom of this hotel room!!!!! The bedroom was perfectly grand as well. The bed was comfortable and spacious, and there was a comfortable sofa, nice sized TV, fridge, and microwave. VERY clean. Very nice. There were some annoyingly loud patrons who could be heard running up and down the hallways, but I don't really blame the hotel for people's rudeness. I would absolutely stay here again! We stayed 3 nights. Everything was clean. Breakfast buffet was very substantial. My kids ate plenty of hot and cold food every morning. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only problem we had was the excess chemicals in the pool water . Overall we had a nice stay there.

The best motel we stayed in on our recent 10 day trip. Everything was immaculate, the decor great, bathroom clean, plenty of space in the room, and an excellent breakfast the next morning. Also, several restaurants to pick from within walking distance.
