Das Hotel ist definitiv nicht mehr das Neueste. Bei unserem Besuch hielten sich auffallend viele Senioren in dem Hotel auf.Auch waren die Zimmer extrem auf Senioren eingerichtet. Leider hatte man in dem Hotel das Gefühl,dass man mit allen Mitteln versuchen wollte, den Gästen das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Denn selbst der "hoteleigene" Starbucks […] musste bzw hatte seinen kostenlosen Internet Zugang(der normaleweise bei der Kette als Service angeboten wird) gesperrt,damit die Gäste sich über das Hotel eine Tagesflat für ca. 12-15$ buchen müßen. Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber. Parkplatz war kostenlos. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Colorado River. Für eine kostengünstige Übernachtung auf der Durchreise ist das Hotel OK...aber für mehr würden wir es nicht noch einmal buchen Mehr

Ein sehr günstiges Hotel, mit sauberen Zimmern in einem riesigen Casino-Hotelkomplex, aber das war wirklich die reine Massenabwertung. Johlende Horden, die biertrinkend im Pool saßen, das war nicht wirklich einladend.

Wir waren von diesem Hotel begeistert. Sehr gut eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer. Fast nicht hörbare Klimaanlage bei Wüstentemperaturen. Sehr gute Sicht auf den Colorado. Der Clou: das Hotel hat eine Badestelle am Colorado. Ein geniales erfrischedes Erlebnis, sich dort am Abend abzukühlen. Buchen!

Wirklich zum weiterempfehlen. Der Name bürgt für Quali und Ruhe.

The beds were comfortable - the water pressure and height of the shower head is one of the best in any hotel I've been in. Missed the two-for-one buffet breakfast, once because of the length of the line for the Rewards and the next day because it wasn't open. Will definitely stay there again and take advantage of the amenities missed on this trip.

We enjoyed our stay it was just a lol get away with my aunt and cousin it was a great weekend get away

Room was good but fan on the bathroom wasnt working and shower curtin stink really bad.

it was pleasure to stay at the hotel,we had a fun.

I booked for one night, then decided to stay a second. I went to the front desk to ask to book the 2nd night and they told me they were booked. Then i went and looked on hotels.com and they said they still had rooms. I called the manager and they told me that hotels.com wasn't updated and they were overbooked. So i checked out and called the bell hop […] to assist in moving to a new hotel. The bell Hop said why? I told him the story, he called his boss and his boss said they still had rooms available. The people at the front desk just were not helpful at all. The bell hop was more helpful! Mehr

Very nice, quiet room for the price. True, it is not close to the other casinos, but not that far of a drive. Would be a bit of a walk :)

It was OK, the bed was a little less than we expected, but it was Ok

We left a day early. Thousands of heavy duty "Bikers" started to arrive for the annual Harley river run.We were not informed of this special event when we booked or checked in.Could not take the noise and traffic so we left and gave up our prepaid room.

great stay...i only used room-not casino....great deal

It was ok. Nothing special. First time to Laughlin, maybe the last. Good hotel room, but the location was all the way in the end of the road.

When we checked into our first room, we got hit by a terrible and stuffy fish odor. We requested and got a room change without a problem. We found the item/food/drink prices at their stores and restuarants a bit too steep. We went out off the hotel premise for eat/drink/shop to save $$$. It was just a nice place to stay over just for only one night. […] Wouldn't recommend staying there for more than one night. Mehr

The room smelled bad, and it may have been due to the wet carpet floors. I'm not sure how they got wet. Maybe the previous occupant came in with soaking towels or clothes from the pool or river. The pools need some cleaning. They need to clean the residue off the tiles around the pool sides. The water in the pool was okay, but the spa water was foggy. […] I got good sleep in the bed, and everything else seemed fine. I was only there one night. Mehr

Good Location and View, Especialy Buffet Breakfast was Fantastic

I was just traveling home, my daughter was with me and had never been to Laughlin. Also had my small dog. We were booked to a pet room of which the floor was so dirty I did not even want my dog on the floor. And with that I would never book a Harrah's again with my pet. My daughter did take a picture of the carpet in case they would not return the pet […] fee, of which I had no probelm. Staff was fine but the room was dirty!!!!! Mehr

The staff in the casino was very poor! I played slots and blackjack and I could NOT get a drink.......!!!!!!!!!!

The only negative about the stay was when we first got there. We pulled in back parking lot and left our dig in the car with windows cracked to find the pet area. It was early evening and we could see the car from where we located the pet area. When we returned to the car a jeep called black and blue was waiting for us with a woman inside. She said […] she called security on us! We said ok and proceeded toward the pet area. She then followed us there in her jeep. Very scary! Btw security never showed. We were about to call 911. It was nice but I would not stay again only because of the location.I prefer staying up around walking distance to the other casinos and outlet mall.

My favorite hotel in Laughlin. Always good food, service, clean, and affordable.

Loved it.

We stay at harrahs everytime we are in laughlin. And we will continue to do so. By far the best hotel. Great for the kids with its family tower and family pool for them and adult only pool for us. Not to mention the beach. All around a awesome hotel.

The river view was the best!

We Asked For King Size Bed Had 2 Full Size Beds Also The Non-Smoking Room Was Located On Dog Friendly Floor Which The Key Didnot Work 2 Times When Back Down The Elevator And Had To Take Separte Section Of Hotel In Smoking Room Still Had 2 Full Size Beds Instead Of King Size

Be aware if you book a hotel on the same day they may not give you the room you paid for, they give your best available even if you booked a better room. Guess you have to read small print.
