"Super Hotel"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 14. Jan. 2013Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, allein schon wegen der idealen Lage. Man ist in wenigen Geh-minuten an der Metro Station Place de armes und hat von dort aus alle Möglichkeiten die Sehenswürdigkeiten Montreals zu erreichen. Wenige Geh-Minuten bis zu Notre Dame.Unser Zimmer wurde immer sehr sauber gehalten. Wir haben grundsätzlich sehr gut geschlafen! Das Frühstück war ausreichend und zufriedenstellend, mit frischem Obst, Eiern, Joghurt, Brot, Butter, Marmelade , Käse, Kaffee/Tee etc. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , wenn man eine Auskunft oder diverse Informationen brauchte. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf den Punkt.

Sehr modern, angenehme Zimmer mit nur kleinen Detailmängeln: gewöhnungsbedürftige Jalousie statt Vorhängen, Tel. ohne Receptionstaste, keine Sauna. Nur kleines Fitness im Keller. Aber wer kommt dafür schon nach Montreal? Cooles Viertel direkt am Hafen mit Galerien etc. Allemal Empfehlenswert.

Nothing great, nothing terrible. I slept fine, had a hot shower, a clean room and the Internet worked. The negatives stuck out more than the positives, though: My bed didn't have a fitted sheet, which was odd. When I took the covers down, everything came with it down to the mattress. The printer in the business center needed a new cartridge in order […] to print. I told three different people and no one took care of the problem. "Business Hotel which is ok for 1 or two nights max"
If you want a cheapish Sheraton by the airport this hotel is an OK option. My stay was spoilt by the incompetence of the front desk who 1. tried to put me in a room that was a lower catagory than I had booked and 2. did not respond when I complained about the broken heater / air conditioner in my room. Three complaints and absolutely no action?? The […] restaurant is good. There isn't much in the area and so if you are staying at the Sheraton then you'll be captive. "Memorable for many reasons."
Very difficult to get to - we got so lost in the round abouts and one way roads and highways and overpasses. We circled around and through the airport more than once. Signs would definitely help. If you are there before 11pm the noise from planes taking off is amazingly loud but interesting. After 11pm it gets quiet and I'm sure it is a lot quieter […] than down town. The room we were in was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Excellent beds and pillows and lovely bedding. Very noisy shower water and drainage sounds and spiky water jets from the shower head. Nice lobby furniture and bar area. We sat on leather chairs and used the free Wifi here. No free breakfast in the morning but we made Tazo tea in the room. Lots of parking available. The hotel feels posh. Hallways are curved and tastefully decorated. Rooms are very nice but come with airport noise. MehrAuthentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

I was looking forward to swimming laps in the pool but it was so crowded that I was unable to due to the popularity of it. "So kind staff"
The hotel staff was so kind to me. This was my first trip to Montreal, so, I didn't know exactly where to go or what to see. Your very kind staff showed me where I should go and gave me good directions and advise for transportation. It was a huge help for me and made my stay in Montreal much nicer. "A true oasis after a long day of travel from Londo"
The Sheraton was wonderful! The room was in perfect condition and the bed was so very comfortable! I had a long day of travel from London with an overnight layover in Montreal. "Dreadful Directions"
As an international tourist I called the front desk for directions to the hotel two times. I was travelling from Eastern Canada and checking in past 11 pm. Both times they did not give a clear answer and was eager to put the phone down. A clear concise answer would have helped me save valuable time, anguish. I was very near the hotel and for want of […] good directions landed up 15 kms away and it took one hour to come back to the hotel which would have taken 5 mins. Good location for catching an early monring flight out. The room was comfortable and clean, but over-priced given the amenities compared to other hotels (no breakfast, expensive in-hotel dining with no nearby options, no free internet). "Next to airport, get a room away from the runway"
I moved rooms 3 times, their ac is really bad, it was 80 degrees in the room. Finally they "upgraded" me to their 4th floor club rooms, the ac was better there, still not very cold. I did not mind the airport noise. it is good to see planes take off and land. Room is great very clean, very comfortable bed with good pillows. "One of the better airport hotels."
Unusual, but nice layout / floor plan. The rooms are on two floors in a very large ring around a central courtyard which is quite nice. Everything was clean and in good repair. The courtyard was very pleasant especially for the proximity to the airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport was courteous and fast. The restaurant was ok, a bit pricy […] for the food served, IMHO, but normal for hotels. And there are few dinging alternatives close by, unless you shuttled over to the airport, I guess.
