Room was listed as deluxe with two queen beds. the room we got was a standard room with two double beds which was ok. room was clean and in good shape our stay was great would stay again

Affordable rate, clean, friendly staff, and a great location right on the Gatlinburge strip.

The rooms were ok for the price, They are old and kind of run down. It was clean although our first day we had to call for maid service before they did it. Need new mattresses, they are hard as a rock, but over all it was close to everything in walking distance to the main strip so wasn't a bad weekend.

Very good location close to park. A lot of road construction going on in front of motel.

It was very nice..my little boy and I enjoyed the indoor pool.. and when we left we were right next to the national forest...and it was very nice not to be right next to all the shops.. nice and quiet. will probably stay there again

I would definatley stay here again. the room was very spacious and the staff was extremely nice. Its location was perfect. We were very close to everything. The only dissappointing this was the breakfast which consisted of coffee donuts and cereal but there are SOOOO many place to eat, that didnt even matter.

Its at the end of the parkway across from Pedlar's Steakhouse. So easy to walk to stuff. Our door lock was broke, the safety bar latch. They did fix it the next day. The room IS BIGGER than most standard hotel rooms and failrly upraded to nice. The indoor pool is a joke. It was adequate for our kids but..........Staff was NICE! Room and pool area could be cleaner as well as stairwells. I also when I was booking the room was under the assumption that we had breakfast included. It was a continental breakfast . Not what I was told.

Beds were uncomfortable. Overall ok for the price.

The location is close to most events but the outside of the hotel was very dirty and in need of repair. The inside of the rooms were clean and confortable. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nice room, friendly staff, enjoy the microwave and fridge in room, and excellent location.

The room was clean and comfortable. The veiw was great of the mountain. Staff was helpful and friendly. This was the second year we stayed and will most likely stay again.

Staff was not friendly at all! King size bed with a loft which was nice. Bathroom was small. the sink and mirror was in the common area of bed room which was not convenient for four guests staying together. Breakfast was donuts from the store and ceral. NOT worth the cost for the indoor pool. NASTY... My husband travels alot and he stated this Days […] Inn does not compare to others at all. Had a great vacation but you get what you pay for. The hotel was exactly what I thought it would be. Rooms were fine as we were only looking to sleep and shower there. Night staff could use some training. I hate when you walk into the office and you have to wait a long time before they even acknowledge you are there. A waffle maker would go a long way in improving the breakfast as it did not change […] in 4 days. Mehr

Hotel was in good location, clean, quiet most of the time, kids enjoyed the pool,would deffinately stay there again.

Our room had no flat screen TV, no iron and ironing board. The room had an awful smell. I would not stay here again.

Thank goodness the hotel had adequate parking because there was none to be found elsewhere for free! There was construction going on while we were there so that made it worse. The hotel wasn't bad, but the bathroom left alot to be desired!!! TOO SMALL!!! The staff was nice and helpful.

A VERY NICE HOTEL..

Staff were not helpful, indoor pool was freezing, toilet stopped up and it took an hour to get a plunger, roach from previous tenants found in bathroom, not the bug kind, there was a flat screen though! Would not stay here again.

This was our worst stay in gatlinburg area. I "free breakfast" is a joke, the beds are hard, the bathrooms are so small you can move in them, and the floors are so dirty (just dont take you shoes off). No hot water, we wound up leaving early and going to a different hotel even tho we lost money

We had several issues with the rooms.. One room had brown water when we turned on the hot water. One room had low water pressure. Staff was great location was great.

Everything were great!!! The location at the hotel, very confortable, always looks clean, me and my wyfe we just love our stay. And we really recomended this hotel

I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but after my visit, I was very sastified with the room. It was clean and simple with adequate space with a King bed. There was a cute small table and two chairs that you can use for your laptop and/or meals. Bathroom was extremely small, but that was the only downfall of the room. At least vanity […] was outside. Recommend this hotel if you are looking for an inexpensive, reasonable price and being right in the middle of downtown, then this is the place for you! Mehr

great Hotel for the price.

Located right off the Gatlinburg pkwy, very convenient and affordable. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool!

The room was very acceptable and well laid out for our situation - the exterior was worn out and parking was weird but some of it was due to downtown Gatlinburg street construction - Overall, if I could get the same price I did this time, I would definitely stay again.

We had a group of 7 people and the room was a good fit. The room we had was the suite (1 King/1Queen). We paid less than how much it would cost us to get 2 hotel rooms anywhere else. The service was excellent. It is right next to the Smoky Mountains and there are lots of small stores down the same road.

The pool is in a sun room type building and there is no heat in the building and the area around the pool is disgusting

Had to hold the handle down to flush the toilet, but, overall the stay was nice.

Booking our hotel wasn't the best experience. Call the hotel after booking to make sure you've booked the room you thought you did. I booked expecting the kind jacuzzi and fireplace room, and called to find out it booked a regular room. After calling hotels.com, the problem was fixed, and we got our jacuzzi room at no additional charge. The jacuzzi- […] don't let that be a deciding factor for you getting this room. The jacuzzi didn't have enough room for me and my fiancee to comfortably fit together. (We are very average in size, not big at all.) And some parts were broken on it. Big downfall for me. Fireplace- didn't flame very big, or make any noise. I kind of wanted that nice crackling sound a fire should give. The bathroom- was tiny and a bit outdated. Window view- was terrible! It overlooked the nasty, shut down outdoor pool. Cover that thing up! Customer service- was outstanding. The lady at the front desk was eager to answer our every question, and help is in any way she could. Appliances in the room were a great plus, microwave and fridge. Don't expect much from the breakfast they offer. We got our own food for the stay. The location- is great for us. It's right at the top of Parkway, which is where all the great shops and attractions are. Over all, our stay was wonderful!! Mehr

The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the room was very up to date and pretty. The location was great! We had a great stay and the price couldn't have been better! We will definately stay here again.

Hotel needs some maintenace work perfomred, but room was amazing and very comfortable. Staff was very corteous and helpful.

The first room we were put in had cockroaches the second was a little big cleaner - the staff were nice and that is the only nice thing I have to say about the hotel itself.

We stayed in a Balcony room & enjoyed the view of the Gatlinburg town. Close to everything & you could walk right across the street to eat & shop!! The King bed was Very Comfortable !! Would stay there again!

On our recent stay at this hotel we found the room to be clean and comfortable for our one night stay. The hotel is old but the rooms have been updated with new furnishings, carpets, bath decor, etc. However, the rooms are small, the bathrooms especially. My husband and I both commented that a larger person would have problems using the facilities without […] rubbing against either the tub or the small vanity. Don't beleive everything you read posted on hotel rating. The hotel was clean and the customer service was great.
