Hotelzimmer sing großzügig mit eingebauter Kitchenette - alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt - das Frühstückbüffet (complimentray) ist reichhaltig und sehr gut - die Hotelpersonal ist hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend - das Hotelshuttle kann für Transfers zu nahegelegenen Zielen kostenlos genutzt werden - nächstgelegene Metro-Station: Vienna (orange) kann mit Taxi erreicht werden - wenn mit Auto unterwegs, ist Lage / Pries-Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Jeffersson Highway, sehr einfach zu finden, wenn man mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Der Service am CheckIn/Checkout ist nicht gerade umwerfend oder freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren genervt und recht ungeduldig. Das Doppel-Zimmer war ein Städte-Trip-Traum: groß, sehr sauber, das Sleep-Number-Bett (man kann den Härtegrad der Matratze individuell einstellen) in Kingsize war sehr bequem - gute Schlaf garantiert! in ca. 3 min ist man an der Metro-Station "Crystal City" (unter dem Marriott Hotel). Die Station hat eine Einkaufspassage. Das Ticketsystem der Metro ist leider etwas kompliziert - am besten vorher mal online reinschauen! Die Fahrt in die City zum weißen Haus und dem Memorial Park dauert ca. 20 min. Für einen Städtetrip in die City ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert!
Lage

"Excellent Hotel"
This hotel was just awesome. They had our rooms ready and the check in took may be max 3 minutes. The room was very comfortable. They had complimentary breakfast and the variety of items was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The only thing which I didnt like is that they had just wired internet in rooms. Wifi was available only in lobby.

A very resasonably priced hotel with well appointed room. The free shuttle, up to 5 miles, is great for getting to near by restaurants etc. Breakfast was very good and varied.

It is valuable to stay here, much more than expectation. 30 minites driving distance to National Mall. Clean room, friendly hotel staff, service request easy and quick. good breakfast and dinner, good pool condition and hot tub.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in and a great bargain. We stayed with 6 people plus a toddler with PLENTY OF ROOM. The room was pristine and the beds and the bedding was plush, plush, plush! Great quiet location on edge of professional park near Dulles. Never heard planes land or take off. Pool/hot tub were terrific with life guard! Breakfast was well-managed with lots of options, hot waffles, fresh sliced strawberries & blueberries. Excellent facility and much less expensive than similar Homewood Suites in other parts of DC and U.S. Rooms […] were very clean, nice layout, and absolutely no complaints from 2 grandparents and their family members who are all meticulous about lodging arrangements. "The Homewood Suites Dulles - Almost Great"
We booked a two-bedroom suite for my wife, the kids, and I, and the room was almost perfect. Two bathrooms, two double beds in the kids' room, and a king bed in ours made the stay very convenient. The pool was fun for the kids to play in on the morning of checkout, and they were very accommodating when I requested an extra hour past checkout. Downsides […] are that the bedroom doors inside the suite had no locks. A romantic getaway can be quickly undone when the bedroom doors have no locks. This also might be a problem for business travelers sharing an otherwise perfect room for two. Also, the bedding was worn feeling and not at all supportive. I came home with a sore back and shoulders, and it wasn't from the romantic getaway. Lastly, the rooms felt a little outdated (especially the kitchen for some reason), but it wasn't at all a hinderance to my stay. The promised hot breakfast buffet has just a fee hot items (eggs, sausage, and make-your-own waffles); it mostly serves cold fare. You also bus your own tables; it's more dormitory than restaurant. Still, it was inexpensive and was convenient for my family to grab a quick bite before heading out. Hotel employees were all kind and courteous; I have only praise for the staff. Mehr
Fint suite-værelse med separat soverum. Der var lidt mørkt og kun to stole ved spisepladsen, men ellers fine faciliteter. Vi havde booket to nætter til at "komme" os efter en lang flyvetur med to børn, og det var hotellet rigtig fint til.
