Holiday Inn Rock Island - Rock Island

We enjoyed it very much. The only thing I had a problem with was the pillows they were to small, (child size) even sleeping on two they just weren't big enough. This will not keeps us from returning.

We were very pleased with our stay in Rock Island, the only problem and not a major one was the pillows on the bed were very small more like child size pillows, even using two of them.

IT IS GOOD LOCATION. BATHROOM SINK DID NOT DRAIN

very clean and the front desk staff very freindly! Benigans right there.

Pool area was not very inviting. Unpainted concrete surrounding pool and it was cold in the area. No towels. Neighborhood was not very inviting. This is the biggest downfall. Nice hotel in a very depressed area. Police station up the block closes at 9. Had to park in the underground parking late at night and walk across street to hotel. Didn't feel […] very safe. Once inside, everything was great. Staff was very courteous. Restaurant was good - slow but good. Mehr

The hotel is located near the riverfront in downtown Rock Island, which puts you only minutes from the Rock Island Arsenal, the Mississippi River Visitor Center, and attractions in downtown Davenport.

I did not get the room I payed for, I actually had to argue with the manager for it. The doors did not close, which is a huge security issue. Would not return!

We were very happy with the hotel and the location was very good. We were in walking distance to a lot of places.

When we got there the rooms where not ready had to wait. Then when we got in the rooms air was not working had to ask for a fan, I think that was not good. I'ved stay there before and this was the first time we had a bad time. thank you anyway.

Six of us went there for a baseball game/guys weekend. Great location right near downtown bar district. At least 10 bars within a five block walk/stumble. If you want a good value and happening scene in the Quad Cities, the R.I. Holiday Inn is the place to be.

I stayed at this hotel because it was reasonable priced and convenient to where my 96 year old grandmother lives in Davenport. It was recommended by my cousin because it is so close. It needs some updating, and apparently that is happening. The service at the restaurant was poor. Everything was clean. The beds were uncomfortable and lumpy. Definite wear in the center of the mattresses. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Holiday Inn in Rock Island was wonderful. We ate at the Bennigan' s Restaurant connected to the hotel and the food was fabulous! This would be an elegant and accommodating reception site for a wedding. Loved it. Convenient location right in the heart of the District.

It was very close to the fireworks.

We came out for an AJGA 3 day golf event. It's been a while since I stayed at a Holiday Inn. It was a very nice hotel, complete with a Bennigans right attached to the hotel, and cookies at the front desk upon check in. Staff was cordial and friendly. If there is another event next year I would definetley consider staying there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the air conditioning didn't work and the hotel needed some renovating

Hotel is obviously older and has not been remodled in a long time. Still it was good enough for the 1 night that I was there. If I was going to be there longer I would of stayed somewhere that was more up to date. Also there are lots of bus stops right out side of the hotel, so lots of people constantly "milling" around the hotel.

The Bed in the Hotel Was very comfortable, The Hotel Desk was very freindly and helpful, I woke up with a headach and ask if there was a machine to buy some asprin, the machine was out and they asked if I would like for them to drive me to a drug store in the hotel shuttle van.
