Gutes Hotel in ansprechender Lage. Man kann zu Fuß vieles erreichen. Zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bewahrt es sich seinen Charme. Frühstücksbufett war gut und reichhaltig.

Wir waren sehr glücklich über die Wahl dieses Hotels. Die Zimmer sehen zwar in echt etwas einfacher aus als auf den Fotos, doch es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und alles war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Das leckere Frühstück sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen.

The staff was very accommodating. Being near the elevators was quite noisy and we go to bed early but they were able to switch us to a different room despite it being sold out. Meals were hit or miss, breakfast buffet was great. Very good location for us.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Fontainbleau, where i was attending a conference. It was clean, polite staff, free wireless, but ... very expensive for such a outdated room, oceanfront with a large veranda but no where to seat outside. Bed coverings awesome but lighting in the bathroom was almost romantic dining level! The restaurant […] was nice but as expensive as the Fountainbleau and less atmosphere. Next time I will try harder to stay at the F...bleau or be adventuresome at just some Mom & Pop hotel where the savings might offset the surprises! Mehr

The Sheraton was really well maintained and occupies an excellent location in the heart of Miami Beach. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

honestly my rating on this hotel is very poor. for the money we paid it was so not worth it. the bathrooms smelled very bad, the room was very dirty. i travel alot and this was the worst. i would not recommend this hotel to anybody. if tthere was any way i could do a charge back and get all my money i would do it in a hearth beat.

So i don't know where to start with the review. Me and my friends had the worst experience staying here. So to begin we paid for oceanview room and guess what we got a tree view room and the hotel had tons of room with no blocking ocean view but they wouldn't change it saying its packed meanwhile, you could see some rooms empty. Then, our keys to the […] room were blocked 2-3 times during our stay of 6 nights. You go all the way to your room at night after you are tired and then find out the keys not working so come down and go through the process to get the keys..That is so wrong. We had to call everyday to ask for hand towels. Even after telling them so many times you will still need to call for towels. The Restaurant in the hotel-very rude staff. We had a 2 year old kid with us. He needs warm milk every morning. You can get free cold milk from them but to heat it up in microwave they will charge you $3.75, which is still fine. But we had leftover milk and went and ask them to heat it up and they said they would not. They want you to pay and buy warm milk but won't heat up the milk that you give. They said its Hotel policy and upon asking Front Desk they said there is no rule like that. So no proper communication between their staff. The hotel next door which is Holiday Inn would give you free warm milk for kid.. The Hotel doesn't carry any minor First Aid kit at all. So guess you have minor headache or a cut you call 911, that is what they say. If you want Tylenol in the middle of the night call 911..Well i am not sure how appropriate is that but to me that was total mismanagement... Would never recommend this hotel to anybody. Mehr

The a/c in our room was through the roof and we were unable to turn it down or open the windows. Hotel staff were most unhelpful. Also, I'm a SPG Preferred Guest member and was supposed to get an upgrade to a better room, but all they could give me was a fridge which normally costs $5/night! I won' be staying there again.

Had a nice stay!

Not at all impressed by this Starwood property. The lobby is very nice, and the rest isn't well maintained. The bathrooms are small and crowded and poorly designed so you are banging your arms in the shower and your legs by the sink and toilet. The pool is purely adequate, with not enough chairs and thread-bare towels that they guard so you feel uncomfortable […] asking for more. The beach is narrow, and there are no complimentary services for chairs and umbrellas. The rooms have no design or elegance to them, and the carpets are all musty. The staff must all be in training. The coffee station routinely was out of supplies, the valets were slow and asked random questions that had nothing to do with what you needed, and the front desk people shove documents in your face for you to sign without any explanation. As a Starwood Preferred Guest, I cannot recommend anything about this hotel other than it's 5 minute cab ride from the better part of the strip. Mehr

I did not have a car in Miami Beach, but some how had valet parking charges for three nights. The front desk took the charges off when I disputed them. However, they were put back on my credit card without my authorization. It was strange that they were reluctant to find out who the car really belonged to since they have the plate, model and make (the […] police will do this). A very bad experience over all. Mehr

Classic Miami Beach hotel, very well maintained. Lovely pool area. Comfortable clean rooms. Staff could be a bit better trained, more gracious, but overall a good experience.

The location of this hotel and the staff are great. The decor and condition of the building are sorely in need of updating and repairs. Menu is very limited. Room service menu is incomplete. Everything I requested that was not on the menu was available. Why not put more on the menu?

The hotel is in a great location, but it left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. The valet service was not very organized. They were constantly doing repair work, and it was not easy to access the pool or even the parking lot, especially with a stroller, without feeling like you were in the way. The restaurant is more expensive than anything around […] it, and the food is only mediocre. The rooms are nice, and room service is efficient, when they remember to clean your room. i stayed here with my family and i thought it looked clean. also i like the fact that the beach was really close by. the pool was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel stay was great...very clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great view of the beach. The restaurant in the hotel was not quite what I expected since the hotel was very nice. They do not have many choices for drinks when it comes to non-alcoholic beverages. Took forever to get our bill and they couldn't seem to figure how to split our bill. […] Food was okay but not great for the price and they automatically charge you 15% gratuity no matter how many are in your party. Awesome hotel, perfect location for those who like me rather be away from the craziness a bit. The hotel is the perfect distance from everything and the pool and the beach is amzing....I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone looking to truly relax.

THE HOUSEKEEPING WAS VERY VERY BAD.ON THE 2DAY WE DID NOT GOT SERVICE WE HAD TO ASK THE FRONT DESK FOR TOWELS .NOBODY CLEAN THE HOOM NEXT DAY .NO TOWELS NO TRASH TAKEN ALARM CLOCK DINOT WORK ALSO THE SAFE DID NOT WORK.IDID COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER AND I WILL LET THE COORPERA OFFICE KNOW

Location is right on the beach and a few doors down from the Fountainbleau. The common areas of the hotel are lovely. However, once you are in your room, it's a whole other story. Carpets are clean but old and wrinkled. Decor does not match. Furniture is a dated medium brown, mirrors and drapes a gariish blue. Bathroom is tiny and old with a gold trimmed […] mirror and cheap bathroom fixtures. Jr. Suite seating is area painted yet another color. Mirrored closet doors are trimmed in dated brass. Not a stick of furniture is on the ocean facing balcony. For the price and a Sheraton Hotel, I expected more. Mehr

We had some loud neighbors and the security staff quieted them down after I called twice. So I give them good marks there. I told the check out desk about this problem and their only comment was "Well, it was Saturday night." It wasn't even close to south beach, I think the taxi ride was $17. $33 to the airport. Good hotel, location was great - Collins Ave is very accessible. Beachfront was nice, yet pay $10 for sunloungers @ the beach. Good breakfast and overall very clean and tidy! Nice Seaview :)

The hotel lobby was very spacious and nice. Front desk staff were extremely nice also. The room could have used some updating since it appeared "tired" and in need of TLC. There were no pictures on the wall at all, so even that would have helped. Otherwise, this was a fine place to stay. If you can walk, use the boardwalk to get down to Lincoln Rd. […] and all the shopping and restaurants. 25 minute walk at a brisk pace. Mehr

We had to move from another hotel that was horrible. We loved the hotel and the staff. We found the location perfect for our needs. It was a great value.

Really Great Hotel. Room was very coozy and clean. Hotel is located in Prime Location right on the beach with board walk that you can use to walk or run. Def stay here again.

The Hotel seemed old and not very well contained. The Lobby was nice but the Hallways and rooms a little rough. One pool was ok but the other VERY old.

The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. The boys at the Concierge even followed us, when we were going to take a bus, to give us further instructions. Ideal to go with teenagers. Breakfast was amazing! It was great to find out that I could return my rented car from Alamo just crossing the street from the hotel. It was also great to have […] the bus stop to take us to Aventura Mall and South Miami just a few steps away. Great location. Mehr

It was great. We love this hotel. This has been the second stay at the hotel and we think it is a great hotel.

I rented in this hotel because of the price and the oceanview. However, when I went to the Hotel they gave a room facing the ocean with a dirty balcony, a big palmtree and big excavation machine in front of it. The description at the website looks nice but when you go there is a different story. I actually feel cheated.

Room service was having an off day. Didn't seem to want to take towels and replace them. Left trash full. Location not so convenient to south beach although bus is available. Not located near to stores for purchase of necessities. Hotel lobby clean and tidy but needing a slight update. Average hotel.

Beautiful lobby, clean room, bathroom dark, balcony rusty and building under construction next door. Staff friendly and helpful.

the hotel its self ws nice. the rooms were nice and comfortable. i would stay there again for that price. the location was great right on miami beach but about 5min or less cab ride to south beach.

Estive no Four Points com minha mãe e minha irmã e nós amamos. O hotel é super bem localizado, a comida é maravilhosa, o café da manhã (que vc tem que pagar a parte tem um preço ótimo e é super completo), os funcionários do restaurante, conciérge, recepção e manobristas são super educados e solícitos. O hotel é muito bonito, o quarto em que ficamos […] era bem grande e espaçoso. Com certeza em nossa próxima ida a Miami ficaremos no mesmo hotel. Recomendamos com certeza. Mehr

Localização prefeita pra quem procura Miami Beach. Instalações novas e staff muito educado. Pra quem tem dificuldade com o Ingles, não se preocupe - staff que fala portugues e espanhol.

Hôtel propre et agréable Belle piscine

Hotel en muy buenas condiciones, bonito, limpio y la atemción muy buena. Los dormitorios son un poco chicos, al igual que el baño, pero fuera de esta situación, el resto excelente.

Noen dager for sen rengjøring av rommet. Kunne gjerne vært et bord og noen stoler på balkongen.Ellers et helt greit hotell for en liten ukers opphold

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos , consuderamos al FOUR POINT un buen hotel . con pequeñas cosas a mejorar por ejemplo , nos parece que por el precio que pagamos deberia contar con una habitacion mas moderna , nos falto en ella una mejor iluminacion ( hab 1033) , un fregobar o nevera , el rest en cto a room esta bien . en la playa nos quisieron […] cobrar $u 10 una reposera , sinceramente el hotel deberia contar con reposeras para los clientes . Por otra parte destacamos lo bello del lobbi.la hospitalidad de los empleados ( 10 puntos ) el cafecito a ntro servicio todo el dia ( 10 puntos ) podrian agragarle alguna galletita y seria exelente ,el balet parking , muy bien , entregan el auto limpio ( 10 puntos 9 aunque $u 25 por dia es elevado . el resto del hotel esta muy bueno por eso lo volveriamos a elegir , aunque si veriamos el precio que no este elevadi comparado con otros hoteles , ya que solo para dormir elegiriamos uno mas economico . gracias por todo !!! I was staying for a congress and I choose Sheraton because I expected a certain level of service and quality, but I was wrong! The general service was good, but I got a room with a door to my neighbor, which mend that I could hear everything from their room. It was right in spring break, so my neighbors’ went out late and came back early morning. Not […] ideal when you have to be at a congress early every morning.
