Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod - Eastham

Wir waren in der Nachsaison mit Kind im Hotel. Lage war optimal. Innenschwimmbad und damit verbundene Geräusche haben nicht gestört.

Das Hotel kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen. Zimmer, Umgebung und Freundlichkeit des Personals sind prima. Auch das Frühstück ist gut. Wenn es jetzt noch einen Capucino und nicht das braune Wasser, das in den USA Kafee heißt, geben würde, dann wäre der Aufenthalt vom leiblichen Wohl her perfekt.

I stayed at the Four Points after seeing the quality of the rooms online and while the room was what was pictured, the atmosphere was not. Let me explain. I was assigned to a room adjoining the Indoor Pool area. Which could've been nice, given that there was a nice little indoor balcony overlooking the pool area. However, the constant noise from the […] pool area was very distracting and despite closing at 10pm, there were kids screaming in the pool area until well past 10:30 every night. Also, since there are many lights to light up the porches/balconies/pool area, it would've been nice to pull a curtain to drown out the light. In fact, this no doubt would have cut down on the noise "pollution" from the pool area as well. Alas, the room only had a sheer curtain so sleeping and overall relaxation was minimized. I suspect that had I received one of the non-pool rooms, my experience would've been tremendously better. If you book a room here, expect either noise, lots of light, and no way to drown it out. Overall, hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, with 100% occupancy there was no where else for them to move me. Mehr

Huge room. Everything seemed clean. Doors to hall are kind of thin so you hear people in the hall. Walls room to room are thick. I would stay here again.

We stayed there for three nights in the off season. The room was huge, and nicely appointed. There is a restaurant on site that serves very good food, if you do not have time to find another of the many excellent seafood places nearby. There are both inside and outside pools. We enjoyed our stay.

For what was the most expensive place around, this motel was certainly nothing special. I expected more. I am sure the others up and down Route 6 in the area were just as suitable for much less money. The housekeeping was poor. My wife noticed that the bathroom floors were not swept or mopped during our 2 day stay. The indoor pool was nice, but the […] single hot tub could only accomodate 2-3 people at a time. The beds killed my back, but maybe that's just me. Mehr

The rooms were clean and bright. Very roomy! Great indoor and outdoor pool.... convenient location.

Hotel staff pleasant and friendly. Room was very clean, beds comfortable, great pillows! Internet not available in room during our stay, fair TV reception, no HD. Great pool ammenities however noisy in room wearly in AM when hotel guests do not observe pool hours. Stopped in bar/restaurant for drinks and apps, very good, very reasonable, breakfast buffet […] well worth the fee charged. Overall a pleasant experience, we will go back. Mehr

We were on a tour of Cape Cod and wanted a convenient location. This was perfect for that. It was clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I am trying not to compare this to a NYC hotel but a backed up shower and moldy corners bum me out.

I like this hotel. There are a lot of amenities and the rooms are nice. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good. Nice indoor pool, sauna, hot tub. I used the computers in the business center for free to check my emails while I was there. I think there is an outdoor pool too but it was too cold for outdoor swimming. I usually go to this area […] on the off season (not during Summer) to shop, relax in the pool, and to rollerblade. There is a paved trail for biking / rollerblading near the hotel. Mehr

Nice place. Nice pool. AC fan didn't work consistently. Needed repair.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were what you would expect. It was very kid friendly with lots of families. The indoor pool was a huge plus for us. We would definitely return.

Room was internal with no light. Airconditioner was so noisy that we could barely sleep. Had to get towels from front desk after we checked in. Very unpleasant except for location. Perhaps other rooms are better.

Hotel was close to beaches and Provincetown. Room was clean and restaraunt was convenient. Disappointed with front desk-not very friendly and didn't seem to know area. Four people staying in room and only provided with 3 bath towels each day. Had to ask each day for extra bath towel and my husband was asked one day if he was staying at the hotel.

The positives: The location of the hotel is great. There is a path at the back of the parking lot leading to the Cape Cod rail bike trail. The room was nicely decorated and in good condition. Highlights included a medium-sized refrigerator, flat screen TV, and free Wi-Fi for multiple computers. The room had a back door opening into the indoor pool area. […] The outdoor pool was delightful. The negatives: The common areas were poorly maintained. A sign was missing from a wall near the entrance from the parking lot. The water in the indoor pool was cloudy, and there was brown scum on the bottom. I swam down to the bottom of the deep end and touched it. The 2 hard tennis courts had an uneven, cracked surface with weeds growing out of the cracks. The nets were in need of repair or replacement. Restaurant so-so....room nice. Was a good option for where we wanted to be.

Motel was under construction. We were given a room on the ground floor, with workers right outside our window. Noisy and hot - minimal air conditioning in hallway. Dingy. Not worth the price.

I was very surprised by the size of the room. It was very large, with a good sized table with 2 chairs and 2 arm chairs near the window. The beds were comfortable. There was a refigerator in the room, and it was larger than the normal small dormed sized. The advertisements indicate a free bottle of water each day. I was currious as the tap water on […] the Cape is not very good. Turns out it's the standard 16.9 oz. bottle for 4 people to share. It bothers me that they make such a big deal out of a 33 cent bottle of water. The fitness room had more than your standard equipment and it was in good shape, but there was a bad smell in the room. The pool was very nice (and clean), however, the weekend we stayed had a very large rowdy group who refused to follow the rules, therefore, making the pool unsafe and unusable. The management did make amends for this. Also, we had 4 people and were only given 3 hand sized pool towels. There was supposedly a supply at the pool, but we never saw any. The hotel is nonsmoking, but the smoking areas are directly outside of the doors. So when you open the door, its like a vacunm and the smoke gets sucked down the hallway. It's very annoying. Overall the hotel is nice and we would stay there again. Mehr

Feel I didn't get the value I should have as it was still in the "off season" for the cape. It was further away from P town and Orleans where it appeared everything was happening. Tennis courts (big reason we stayed here..were awful)

Utmärkt läge för bilburna. God service. Personligt bemötande. Underbar pool. Tack för en trevlig vistelse.
