Four Points by Sheraton Manchester Airport - Manchester

Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk and restaurant staff extremely pleasant to deal with. Location is not the greatest, in the mall section of town but is close to highway. And the rate was good.

Overall, our stay was nice, however, we booked thinking this deal was comparable to others in the area but were then told it was $32 per day for parking and $10 per day to use internet. We stay in hotels every week and seldom find any charge for internet, let alone $10 per day. There is usually a per stay option, if it is not altogether free. Barely room to open the drawers on the dresser without hitting the end of the bed, had to squeeze by tv to get to other side of bed and could not fully close door to use full length mirror because the end of one bed was in the way. Hotel was nice and front desk was friendly and checked on me to see if room was okay. Only complaint is that they put a hold for $100 on your debit card for "incidentals". Seems high.

I was surprised by the very small size of the room and that there was only a chair to sit in, so the only way for two people to relax was on the bed, which was very hard. The hotel does have an onsite restaurant, so that was good. I stayed 6 nights. Checkin was quick and easy. I had the top (4th) floor so it was extremely quiet. I never heard anyone during the night! My room was cleaned everyday. We were traveling for Thanksgiving with our two dogs and wanted to escape early to miss a snowstorm. Found this place at the last minute and arrived at 11 pm. Helpful guest clerk gave great direx over the phone when the new airport approach confused us - the hotel is not in the cluster near the airport but was not far away. Whole place was clean, well-lit, […] pleasantly decorated. We were able to walk dogs on the patches of ground by the parking lots, get morning coffee at the giant Starbucks next door. No major complaints, but staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by a busy week. They checked me into a room that had not been made up initially and I immediately asked to be relocated. Staff could not supply keys to any rooms, so staff with a universal key had to accompany everyone to their rooms every time they needed back into their rooms. This caused us to wait in the lobby for a staff member to be free to return to our rooms. You'd think something like this would be a top priority to get fixed ASAP, but although desk clerk was […] giving out restaurant coupons and trying to put a happy face on the situation, the office staff behind him did act like it was a priority or even come out to assist us getting into our rooms. Surprisingly good - reasonable attempt at style - spacious, clean, comfortable - restaurant was fine once the strange lighting had been overcome. Actually quite enjoyed. Great place to stay on the way somewhere else...

First room I had was on the first floor and the bathroom light did not work and the toilet was frothing some type of white soap all over the floor. Poker club and Bar next door, not a great feeling neighborhood. replacement room was on the second floor and was ok. Staff was responsive but hotel needs some TLC

Close to mall, highway, and airport. Consider going to the bar in the hotel rather than one of the local establishments because the prices are quite comparable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Commode ran constantly, No TV remote, told front desk and they brought one after an hour and it didn't work. Breakfast - no cereal bowls and the two plates were greasy. Went to Mc Donalds.

This hotel had an interesting location in the middle of the mall and shopping district. Its location did not effect the quiteness of the room.This hotelwas in a convenient location for my weekend course. When I arrived my initial room smelled heavily on cigaret smoke....in a non smoking facility. I went to the desk and was immediately given another […] room. all cool; great front desk staff - helpful, friendly. all in good shape. 1 thing: the bartender wore sweats. otherwise, nice place.

Drive Through Starbucks right across the street. The hotel is located in a commercial zone with multiple car dealerships but once you enter the lobby it is a clean and friendly hotel.

Smoky smell in room, hotel outer appearance old. swimming pool water too cold. no whirpool tub.

Only stayed one night, but it was great! The desk staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable...nice flat screen TV too. The restaurant was excellent with great service, and the food was excellent. Would stay again. Also very helpful getting to the airport.

We mostly stay at 2-Star hotels because of the value,however even once an awhile we splurge for a 3 or 4 star rating. This was no 3-Star. Rooms were small and amenities lacking. We stayed for 9 days,( due to pre-payment and non-refundable),and to the best of our knowledge our sheets were not changed and towels were scratchy and few.

The hotel was easy to find right off the interstate and very close to the mall and restaurants - close enough where you can even walk to a couple of places. Staff was extremely helpful and referred many great restaurants to go out for dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

We picked this hotel because it was close to airport and had a pool. The pool was for our kids. Even though the pool was indoors, Sharaton did not even heat it. Hose water would have been warmer. If I knew that, we would of stayed somewhere else.

Had ordered a rollway. It was not there and we had no help to set it up in small space. Short on towels and the desk said if we wanted some we would have to go downstairs and get them. It was early and there was enough staff to do that. Nothing to get too cranky about. We are laid back so it all was OK, but they could have done better in the service […] dept. Thumbs mainly up to this Four Points Sheraton. The bed was really comfortable, and they had the most awesome hair dryer in my bathroom that I briefly considered stealing (I didn't). It's not actually located at the Manchester Airport - it's not even the same exit off the highway. Although it is located near lots of restaurants, stores, and the mall, […] I'm hoping it was just bad luck that cops were in the parking lot twice during my 2-day stay. Mehr

Great hotel with indoor swimming pool and full service restaurant attached. Personnel were very helpful.........alllowed us to check in early. A mixup with the room was immediately fixed. Area around the hotel is very commercial with a Friendly's and a dunkin donuts drivein nearby. There is a limited shuttle service to the airport. Easy acess to and […] from the highway. Mehr

Comfort, close to the Manchester Airport. Staff nice, fast service.

Very nice hotel for a short stay. Nice warm pool that does not overdo the chlorine. Good convenient restaurant for dinner. Courteous and friendly staff and a shuttle from or to the airport nearby. Very comfortable and clean room. Only fault I could find was the breakfast buffet which was inedible. The coffee was excellent though.

It was in between stores, right across from a Dunkin Donuts...it was absolutely perfect. The only downside was the inspection for the loud sounding elevator had expired several months back. My hope is that they are not cutting costs via inspections. The room was great! The bed was very comfortable, however, the pillows were bad for those who suffer […] from allergies. Booked our rooms at the Four Points because o the reviews and they offered an 'of-season" rate. Got there, everyone was friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. Met some friends at the bar in the hotel and had a good time. Decided to stay in for dinner and was surprised at howgood the food was. The chef actually came out to everyones table […] to talk between meals. Nice breakfast in the morning and Sunday was a great breakfast buffett. Mehr

The room was nice and clean and comfortable but when my boyfriend and I went to bed we turned the heat up and woke in the morning to a freezing room!!! Also the tub drain was dripping all night which kept me awake! For the amount of money we paid I expected much better!!!

This was the perfect hotel to stay for the night after the Carrie Underwood Concert at the Comcast center! They even provided a shuttle service to and from, so no stress with parking and walking to the concert!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff polite. I had the previous guests' meal card in my room and someone had to come up with a new card for my meal. (This was an indicator to me that meal service for the previous guest was an issue as well) I left my card out before 9:30 pm, I know this as I had a sleeping toddler and had to turn in myself, […] as they state that the cards need to be on the doorknob by midnight. The next day I had to call after the time for my requested meal and was transferred to the restaurant. I was rerouted to the desk and they asked if I could be called back. AFter several minutes, I was called and when I explained the situation, the restaurant staff asked if I put my card out by midnight as they had collected the cards last night. I assured her that I did. In fact, I went to the door and it was still there. I did eventually get my food but should not have had to go through this. I would have been just as happy to dine downstairs, but since the check in process is simply a card swipe and handing key cards over, I was unaware of my options. This leads me to my second (negative) concern: I had never been to the hotel and knew nothing about it. I was not told about the amenities and had to ask for directions to my room. My card was swiped, but I was not asked to sign anything, which struck me as odd. These things are easy to fix--communicate with your guests at check in and at least ask if they know about what you have to offer. Having said that, I would absolutely stay there again, I would just look around more to see what is available to me. Mehr
