Fremde Socken im Bett,das war eindeutig,dass wir keine frische Bettwäsche hatten,sondern das Bettzeug von unserem Vorbewohner.Sogar auf Wunsch gab es keine frische Bettwäsche,die gebrauchte Bettwäsche erkannten wir sofort durch einen Fleck an der Bettdecke wieder. Ich habe 3 Nächte im La Quinta verbracht und fand das Hotel für den kurzen Zeitraum ganz okay. Die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig, das Drumherum eher etwas ungepflegt. Die Lage direkt an einer größeren Straße, die nur durch den kleinen Parkplatz vom Hotel abgegrenzt ist, macht das Liegen am Pool nicht gerade attraktiv.

Room had nats and some bugs on the floor. Needs a little better TLC....but overall being that i was not in room much and it was a quick trip, I would stay there again

Overall OK. The ladies who clean the rooms are awful. But for the money its a great place

we arrived late but the counter staff was immediate and courteous and brought us tot he room. The room had a lingering smell but the manager came immediately to spray the room and eliminate the issue. The manager provided coupons for breakfast to the ATTACHED IHOP and if you book through Hotels.com like we did, three was a 5% discount

Across from Ferrari and Maserati dealer with nearby Outback Steakhouse, Panera Bread, and Olive Garden...

We were looking for a place to stay near the Ft. Lauderdale airport and saw the La Quinta hotel (northeast) listed at a reasonable rate so we booked.it. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. They had just remodeled the rooms and done a great job of it. There was a nice large pool and hot tub. They even had printers there which […] we used to print our boarding passes and had free wireless internet. The hotel was only 20 min from the airport. When we asked for a restaurant recommendation they said there was a very good Thai restaurant within walking distance. We went there and it was as good as they said it would be. A good location. They should have more control over smoking in the rooms. Non-smoking 3 bedroom, 2 of which had the smell of cigarettes.

I recently stayed 5 nights at La Quinta. It was well situated on Federal Highway, close to my Dad whom I was visiting. I booked late and was surprised by the area room rates. Got a good deal here and decided to try it. The rooms are older but beds comfy. The hotel was doing some overall maintenance which caused some noise. However, the big issue was […] hearing the guests upstairs clomp around, folks outside door having normal conversations and basically poor sound proofing. hotel was ok, staff was great, construction noise for the entire week was very annoying. Walls were paper thin, could hear every movement or word spoken in the surrounding rooms. Staff, polite and helpful, rooms very clean. just hit it at a bad time I guess.

La Quinta Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. Good place to stay, staff is friendly, plenty of eating places in the area and the price is right.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Renovations were underway during the stay and some very minor adjustments were necessary.

Currently under construction, Low price, for it you may have to deal with broken a/c, pitiful towels, cockroaches, ants in the ice machine, and cigarette burnt covers. If you can get past these, the price and location are reasonable since the rooms have been remodeled.

No where near as nice as Hampton Inn. Lousy towels Horrible breakfast

Hotel, all employees were very nice. Clean room and great location. I took my Mom on this vacation who is 85yo. I Like the La quinta Hotels because they have the wheelchair exc. rooms, from the bathrooms to the beds they supply the tools in there rooms for activity of daily living to help seniors stay more safe and enjoyable. I have not found that with […] any other hotel chain. La Quinta also has, hot breakfast, paper, laundry microwave, fridge, etc. which saves the customer money. I would give this hotel 4 stars. Rooms are clean, and all have nice new flat screen tv, bed are comortable. The service and staff are impecable. They allow pets which is a great thing for those on a travel budget

Good hotel, staff was really good. Hotel was well maintained, clean and spacious..property well kept. Supervisor Christine was cheerful and helpful.

We were so impressed with this hotel. And the staff were so accommadating. We wish we could have this type of experience more often.

This is my sec time in this hotel and in the same room I did not remember till after the gig/work about the low end hum you hear from the air compressor on the side of that hall way about 80DB's it hurt my ears. I made them move me the first time but because it was so late I had no where to move, it was funny I got the same room. gpjr

Two story motel with beautiful pool and quiet setting. While motel has been there for some time it has been remodeled and kept current. A good family motel.

Very friendly and competent front desk. Breakfast muffins were stale. Great room. Very clean. Limited TV channels. Notice I really have to reach to find anything wrong.

Good spot, room wasn't cleaned on two of the four days I stayed. Front desk was very friendly.

If we go back to this area we will go to this hotel.

Only stayed one night but it was good overall. A few cigarette burns on carpet and a large burn on under blanket but that can be expected in smoking rooms. Other than that, no problems. Clean and comfortable. Convienent location (close to airport).

For the location was good. Reasonable distance to restaurants. The hotel was above average for the price.

Actually had bugs in the room, switched rooms and it was just a dirty. Booked for three nights but only stayed one and checked out. Bright side is I checked out and received my refund pretty easy.

This hotel provided a good value for being a 2 star. Nice pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable too.

This hotel is located on a busy street close to many shops and restaurants in Ft Lauderdale. It is about 5-10 min from the beach, depending on traffic. Our experience here was great. The hotel staff was very willing to assist with any issues, the room was large and well-furnished, and the pool was nice. Breakfast choices were limited, but it's free, […] so we had no complaints. We did have a problem with the internet, but it was resolved as soon as we contacted the tech support that the front desk referred us to. I would definitely stay here again. Mehr

This was quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is run down yet charges as much as nicer hotels that offer clean, affordable rooms. I plan to contact LaQuinta to let them know that I will NEVER stay at a hotel in their chain again. Hotels.com would be advised to take this hotel off of their list.

This motel is well placed, specially if you like Italian cars or Colombian food, because it has a Ferrari/Maserati dealership and a Colombian restaurant/store across the street; with the ocean just a mile away, it's really easy to go to the beach, and it is surrounded by an apparently quiet neighborhood. I love this hotel, we've stayed there four times now and enjoyed it everytime. The rooms are beautifuly decorated and the beds are so comfortable but best of all is their new flat screens! Love it. The breakfast is also great with a good selection, bagels, waffels, cereal, muffins, toast...etc. Much better than most hotels. The grounds are quiet so […] no one bothers you and the price is usually reasonable. We checked out late w/no additional charge. I just wish it was ocean view.. other than that perfect.
