Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel u. die Mitarbeiter sind alle bemüht. Lediglich bei der Ankunft am Flughafen gestaltet sich der Transfer schwierig, da der Transfer nur durch einen Anruf funktioniert. I've never been disappointed with any Embassey Hotel. Embassey Orlando Airport is a great hotel, convenient to the airport, very clean, good service, amazing breakfast and complimentary manager's reception is a definite bonus.

The embassy suites was located close to airport and had spacious rooms. The breakfast, which was included in price, was really substantial with plenty of choices to suit any palette. The kids loved the spacious rooms and I loved the clean bathroom. There was even a bar in lobby so u can grab a drink and take it to your room.

Very excellent hotel! Especially the managers free cocktails and appetizers. Definately stay there again.

Hotel rooms need to be updated. Rooms were dirty as well.

Stayed in this hotel night before early flight out of Orlando International. Shuttle to Airport was easy and pleasant. Room was clean, spacious, and had three sinks, a fridge and microwave, and two TVs. Plenty of space for the family to spread out while watching sports on one TV and Nickelodeon on the other. Great service, comfortable bed, a spacious room, and free airport shuttle (ie all the amenities needed for an early flight) made this a great place to stay. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to try the pool (which was large and looked great) or the breakfast (which is usually pretty good). We were very happy with our choice of hotels. Also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, and appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the airport.

This hotel was like all Embassy Suites we've stayed in before - great quality! Always well appointed - great breakfast - comfortable beds and rooms - safe location - helpful staff.

Excellent service, easy to use hotel shuttle to the Orlando airport. Great breakfast!

We loved staying here. Great room, very nice hotel staff, really convenient to the airport by hotel shuttle. The breakfast was the best complementary hotel breakfast I think I've had anywhere. What's not to like?

We did not get a good night sleep because mattress was lumpy and we kept rolling to the middle of the bed. It was like the springs were so old that there was no support.

Very nice manager's cocktails! Prompt transportation/shuttle from airport and to other dining destinations. Driver is polite and informational. I would stay here again if flying into Orlando International.

Nice big rooms. Clean. Comfortable bed. Food good. Easy to find. The room next door has a baby that was crying for hours. We were moved to another room, given meal cards and parking for our trip home. Gail was a huge help. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We were very pleased with the assistance from the staff and the room accomadations. The only concern we had was that the walls were not soundproof. Therefore we could hear people snoring and talking at night, which was a disturbance at times.

The embassy suites is a nice, newer hotel with some features I really like: delicious, made-to-order breakfast, dim-able TV in the bedroom, comfortable beds, linens & pillows, and a really helpful staff (when my phone was about to die and I didn't have a room charger, the shuttle van driver offered to charge it while he was driving and return it with […] charge--pretty above & beyond). The cons: they charge for internet, which I find distasteful; there are no stairs to the lobby, just emergency exits to outside; and my room was not as clean as I'd like (nothing huge, but a couple of things looked over). We arrived at the Orlando International Airport and waited 30 or more minutes for the free shuttle. Of course, it was partially our fault, as the instructions we were given were a bit ambiguous. Needless to say, it was nice to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel for free. Check-in was easy; the concierge behind the desk was awaiting our arrival […] and had our room keys ready for us. That was a very nice perk!! Our room was spacious and clean (just as we've experienced in other Embassy Suites hotels). Our only complaints about the room were that: 1. the telephone in the "bedroom" area of the suite was not working, and 2. one side of the two-cup coffee machine was not functioning. Not a big deal. Because we arrived in the middle of the complimentary Manager's Reception, we dropped our bags, cleaned ourselves up a bit, and headed to the main lobby for drinks and food. On the way there, we decided to quickly jump on the internet in the business center. This is one perk I love about Embassy Suites-- they always have a fully-functioning "Business Center" and if I need to do a quick email check, I can. At the Manager's Reception the drinks were good (thanks to the bartender...it was very busy and he had many people and orders to keep up with), especially since they were free, but the food is nothing to write home about. There was an assortment of stale "bar food", as my husband would put it, and nothing else; nuts, trail mix, snack mix, chips and salsa, etc. If you wanted real food, you had to order from the restaurant. Eh, no thanks. We decided on ordering food from one of the flyers in our room. While waiting for our food, we checked out the exercise center, the pool, and the whirlpool areas. The exercise center is well appointed with free weights, cardio machines (elliptical & treadmills), mats, kettleballs, medicine balls, bottled water, towels, earphones, and a bench, among other things. We arrived late (around midnight). Very convenient to the airport and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet, clean, and service good. Excellent breakfast. Good value. Would stay at this hotel again.

We stayed a week in orlando for vacation at a resort near disney and universal studio with family. We stayed an extra day and the rest of the family departed for home to Jersey. We chose the embassy suites because it was close to the airport truly minutes away. Our room was clean and comfortable. The boys enjoyed the pool it was clean with fresh towels. […] Peaceful evening. My stay was so great I will search for an Embassy Suites whenever I travel from now on. I was just that great and the staff gets a 5 as well. Don't believe the other poor ratings out there, They are not true. Embassy Suites is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The woman who greeted us while she looked homeless and smelled of stale cigaretts, was very friendly and responded to our need for something to eat at the late hour by giving us pretzels and water, which was very sweet and we appreciated it. Over all the hotel seemed dirty and stale. The room was also outdated and stale smelling and did not seem or […] look clean. Never again! Mehr

Nice staff. good location, many restaurants close by. We only stayed one night. They provide everything you could want or need.

Have stayed at many of the hotels close to Orlando airport. This one is dated and are floor was not clean. Also people taking showers in other rooms was loud enough to wake us up at 2:00 in the morning. staff was nice and the shuttle was convenient but I would not stay here again. Sheraton around the corner is much nicer.

I stayed here the night before an early flight out of MCO. The hotel runs the airport shuttle every 20 minutes, so it is very convenient. The facility itself is good, but fairly basic for an Embassy Suites. The outdoor pool is decent. Hotel needs a major update and deep cleaning!

The suites are large and well maintained. A handy hotel for those needing to be within easy transport of the airport (with a regular service between the two)

Service was Top Notch from they way we were greated when we came in until we took their shuttle to the Airport.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in a year, and if it was the only hotel I could ever stay in again, I would be satisfied. The staff is over-the-top in pleasing you and making sure you are satisfied. There is a complimentary breakfast that ends at 10:30, we thought it was 11, so we showed up after 10:30, and they still got out the […] fresh fruit, made-to-order omelettes and took care of us completely. There were 6 adults in one room, and it was very comfortable. Plenty of areas in the lobby to lounge in while waiting to get to the airport, by their complimentary shuttle. Within walking distance of a large variety of yummy restaurants, or the driver is happy to take you. Business center is no charge to use the internet and even print bording passses!! Unfortunately we were only at the hotel one evening from about 9PM to 9AM the next morning. Place was very nice and food was very good.

When it comes to chain hotels, one is hard-pressed to do better than the Embassy Suites. Here, as with all of them, you'll find full, cooked-to-order breakfast with excellent omelets AND evening "Manager's Receptions" with complimentary mixed drinks, wine, beer, and soft drinks as well as chips, salsa, and other snacks. You also will not pay for parking, […] and there are none of the "resort fees" so prevalent in Orlando. As for location, it's hard to beat the convenience of being so close to the airport, but without any of the noise usually associated with airports. The room was excellent, the in-house restaurant delivered great food in a timely fashion (with just a tiny room-service fee and no markup from table service), and we loved the pool. The only slight disappointment was that Internet access was charged rather than being complimentary. Mehr

Great to have a manager's reception and full cooked breakfast in the morning. The shuttle convenience was fabulous!
