Das Hotel ist etwa 30min vom Flughafen entfernt, lässt sich also gut per cab erreichen. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel da es nur für Besucher ist welche nicht aus Austin kommen.

Neues Hotel in Buda. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Sauberkeit in den öffentlichen Bereichen dürfte etwas besser sein. Frühstück, Internet und Parkplatz kostenlos.

Wir waren im Juni 2011 zwei Wochen Gast in diesem Hotel. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Im Bad war alles top. Kein Schimmel an der Silikonfuge. Das Frühstücksbüfett war gut. Man konnte im Frühstücksraum den ganzen Tag lang kostenlos Kaffee und Tee holen. Eine Eismaschine war frei zugänglich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zur Highway war bezüglich des Lärms überhaupt kein Problem. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Ich fühlte mich sehr gut untergebracht in diesem Hotel, die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Was für mich sehr wichtig war, war dass das Hotel zwar in Flughafennähe war, jedoch kein Fluglärm zu hören war.
Lage
Embassy Suites Austin-Arboretum liegt in Flughafennähe in Austin (Northwest Austin) in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Arboretum im Einkaufszentrum Great Hills und The Domain. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gehört Folgendes: Mount Bonnell Park.
Ausstattung
Embassy Suites Austin-Arboretum stellt Ihnen Folgendes zur Verfügung: Innenpool, Whirlpool und Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Ein W-LAN Highspeed-Internetzugang steht den Gästen in den öffentlichen Bereichen gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Außerdem ist ein PC-Arbeitsplatz vor Ort vorhanden. Geschäftsreisenden wird in diesem 3,5-Sterne-Haus Folgendes angeboten: Businesscenter (rund um die Uhr geöffnet), Tagungsräume für kleine Gruppen und Tagungstechnik. Ein W-LAN Highspeed-Internetzugang steht Ihnen gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Flachbildfernseher mit Kabel-/Satelliten-TV-Empfang stehen in den Zimmern zur Verfügung. Zur Zimmerausstattung gehören außerdem: Schreibtische sowie Telefone mit mehreren Leitungen und Voicemail. Zur Badausstattung gehören: Haartrockner und kostenlose Toilettenartikel.

"Front Desk had little knowledge of Austin"
The physical aspects of the hotel were very nice. The front desk though was useless and did not know anything about the town of Austin or how to get around. There was no other help to ask about directions or venues. When we asked for a map they gave us a copy of a map of the shopping in the Galleria area. When we called they could not give us simple […] directions to the hotel from our location when traveling to Austin (we were nearby and ended up passing by because it took over three folks to finally help us after being on hold and then passed on and then on hold and then passed on again). When we asked about additional directions at the front desk to go back out they could not tell us a thing. We travel quite a bit for pleasure and business and it was the first time since we can recall that the hotel staff had no knowledge about their own city. They were young and clearly inexperienced. If we had never been to Austin before it would have been a disaster. It was aggravating to say the least. Mehr

"Back to Austin for 1 night"
We got a great rate for the night and the Arboretum area was fantastic. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and it was in close proximety to many main attractions. Our room was very spacious and clean. There was some sort of dance competition so our hotel was full of dance teams - but we did not have any sound issues at all. "Close to Lady Bird Wildflower Center"
Hotel was very nice and convenient to where we wanted to go in the Austin area. The hotel staff was very pleasant to deal with. The staff in the lounge were very helpful and friendly. Both the Manager's Reception in the evening and the breakfast in the morning were good.

"Condo Flood - ES to the rescue"
I live in Austin and I was unexpectedly forced into needing a hotel for 3 nights with ZERO planning. I booked this hotel quickly and easily. I booked my room at 4pm, unpackiing by 6pm and last but certainly not least I was enjoying the complimentary Happy Hour adult beverage by 6:30pm. "Great Time at Embassy Suites Arboretum"
My husband and I have stayed at an Embassy Suites in Dallas before, but were pleasantly surprised to find such an affordable deal at the Embassy Suites Austin Arboretum. We were heading to the Hill Country with friends and decided to grab a hotel in Austin to get a jump on our trip. I called and spoke with Jason at Hotels.com and he was very helpful […] and got us a great rate on two rooms. The couple we took with us was very pleased with the room, lobby, and ammenities. We enjoyed the managers reception before grabbing dinner at the Cheesecake Factory in the Arboretum, 2 miles away. We slept great and had a very good breakfast the next morning before our checkout. "Great New Years Place"
We stayed here for New Years Eve and had a great time. We were vacationing with three other families and this was a wonderful safe way to celebrate. Breakfast was great, the kids loved the swans and all the staff personnel were friendly.

"Embassy suites arboretum"
The hotel was excellent. More than I expected from the 3 star rating on hotels.com. The suite was large and well appointed. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and cooked to order. I will definitely stay here again.
"Lovely stay"
Very nice , clean, quiet and pleasant hotel stay. We love the manager's cocktail hour and full free breakfast. It was a great stay.
"Even though I called in advance"
I called in advance to make sure that their pool was up and running but when we got there the jacuzzi was out of order so the pool was not cleaned. The rest of the experience was great!

"Great property"
I would highly recommend this property. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Once we were settled in our room, the front desk clerk called to make sure everything was ok and asked if we needed anything. This hotel is a winner!

"Great Happy Hour."
After a long drive to Austin, the manager's reception at the Embassy Suites was wonderful and in a beautiful setting with the swans in the indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast the next morning offered whatever you could want including omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. I will definitely be going back.
"Heads and Shoulders Above the Rest"
My Wife and I Stay at Embassy Suites as often as we can. When we go ANYWHERE that is our first Choice. Rooms are always nicely done. Hotel staff is always available to us and Happy Hours at the Bar are always enjoyable. Really enjoyed the Swans in the lobby at this location. Again Embassy Suites Head and Shoulders above the rest....

The Embassy Suites off Stonelake Blvd was wonderful. The amenities were great and the location was peaceful. I, along with my wife enjoyed our 16th wedding anniversary at your hotel and throughly enjoyed ourselves. "More than I expected - Embassy Suites Arboretum"
I was very impressed with this hotel for the price. The lobby is beautiful, the room spacious. The free happy hour was nice, but the breakfast spectacular. Way more than I expected with the omelet bar etc. Will definitely stay there again.

Friendly desk staff. We were on a quick weekend visit for pleasure with the family. Our kids loved the 2 swans that live in the lobby pool -- what a cool twist! Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel layout is a little "dated" with the rooms opening off a big central atrium, but nothing they can really do about that. Overall very pleasant stay.

We usually stay at Embassy Suites due to the breakfast and sad to say it was disappointing this time around. Maybe just a bad day for the cook. The swans in the front lobby made up for it though. Loved the atmosphere! Staff was very helpful and polite! Would stay here again.
