Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 4. Jan. 2013Der Service in dem Hotel war wunderbar: Jeder Mitarbeiter konnte weiterhelfen, alle waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist normal, voellig in Ordnung fuer ein paar Tage. Das Hotel liegt mitten auf dem Gelaende der Temple University, was sicher besonders fuer junge Leute spannend ist. Das Zentrum Philadelphias ist entweder direkt per Metro oder durch einen halbstuendigen Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Wlan gibt es, allerdings nur in der Lobby mit schneller Geschwindigkeit. Das Hotel hat ein kleines Fruehstueck, allerdings sollte man hier nicht zu anspruchsvoll sein. Insgesamt ein sehr freundliches, gemuetliches kleines Hotel, in dem man gut ein paar Tage verbringen kann.

Overall, it was very good. The customer service was excellent at this location. They had a complimentary breakfast that was actually warm food (scrambled eggs, rice dish, and a 3rd option), plus they had fresh fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, juice, etc. The only thing I didn't like was they charge you an extra $3 for use of their tv with movie […] selection. I unfortunately didn't even turn the tv on t/o the entire stay. When I asked if they were going to charge every guest that price, why isn't it in the beginning process instead of waiting until check out. Many Problems. Very Disappointing. no towels given to us , we had to get them from the office every day. No maid service whin I asked the maids, they told me our room was not on their ist. The beds and rooms were clean. There was a small tear in the carpet in my room but other then that it was in good condition. I would stay there again. The continental breakfest was realy good. scramble Eggs and potatoes with cabbage were very good. They had other foods ie cereal, toast, but I had the eggs and potatoes.. This motel was a nice acquaintance. The room was pretty spacious and clean. The king size bed very comfortable. The included wifi internet speedy enough for online webex meetings. You could possibly ask for more when it comes to the TV. Ok it was flat screen but not the best resolution. The (front desk) service was spotless. my overall stay was not to shabby! BUT! I went down to the front desk at 3 mins before 7 am and they would not let me in the front door. When I pushed the buzzer to be let in, the on the phone surfing the net guy behind the desk asked me what I wanted. To which I responded a cup of coffee. I was staying here for one night with my husband. The condition of the hotel is questionable. The walkways upstairs are slanted. When people walk around in the room, from the bathroom it sounds like an elephant is walking around, and we're both skinny people. The surroundings aren't too loud, luckily, but at the time we were staying here there was almost […] no one else, so I'm not sure what it will be like when the place is full. Our party all paid the same price but some got a business room (which included a fridge and microwave with small armchairs) and others got a two person table and chairs no fridge or microwave. Beds were well used and sagged in the middle (not recommended for those like me with a bad back). Very difficult location […] to get into and out of though close to malls and dining. One ice machine for entire motel. Friendly Indian staff and good breakfast. It's a park outside your room two story motel.Wifi wouldn't connect to our Android phones and took numerous attempts to get through on our MAC having to reconnect after 15 minutes on inactivity.
