it was the worst stay of our whole vacation, even though the staff was friendly and all the room was NOT!!! the towels were a joke the bed very hard, the room walls were falling off, the shower was clean but discustingly bad and the noise very LOUD. if you can STAY AWAY from this place. hotels.com needs to take this hotel OFF their list as it it the […] most putrid place to stay Mehr

Towels were very ruff. Shower was either too hot or too cold, very difficult to get a warm shower. When I requested additional towel at the front desk, was given two and told that there were no more clean towels. The rate was cheap, so I was somewhat happy about that, otherwise just a two star hotel.

The hotel can use some badly needed updating and improvements. The room carpet is so dirty, it leaves your feet "black". The hotel desk clerk was very nice and helpful, although she advised that the indoor pool was heated (it was not), she promised to deliver extra towels and linens (she did not), and the room did not come with a clock (I had to ask […] for one!). The neighborhood is pretty low class. We we're awoken at 3 a.m. by a knock at our door from 2 gang member looking women. All in all, a place to stay for an overnighter, or if you really do not want to spend much money! Mehr

THE ROOM WAS OLD AND DIRTY, BEDS WERE LIKE SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR,NO PHONE IN ROOM, POOL WAS CLOSED DOWN, ICE MACHINE DID NOT WORK HAD TO BUY ICE TO KEEP THINGS COLD BECAUSE THERE WAS NO FRIDGE IN THE ROOM. THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD ICE FOR ME AT THE OFFICE THEY DIDNT. DROVE 9 HRS AND STAYED AT THAT DUMP. I WOULDNT OF STAYED BUT IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR ONLINE.ON […] THE WAY BACK WE STAYED AT THE DAYS IN DOWN THE ROAD FOR ONLY A COUPLE DOLLARS MORE. ALOT BETTER. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS MOTEL. Mehr

It was okay but it was also under construction and the debris from the construction was not safe. Checked in and wanted me to pay price of higher for clerk said a large event was here and the price is incorrect. For me "not" because I went through Hotels.com.

Our stay was 14 days long. The first four days we had to make long treks to the front desk to try getting two washcloths, two hand towels, and two bath towels. We went without some of these the first four days. The front desk said they would "make a note" for housekeeping. We thought it was standard to have these things. It finally got better the second […] week. Sirens blared at all hours of the day and night. There were plenty of homeless people and drunks in the area. We did not feel safe. Our screen was bent as if someone had broken in before. The bathtub was peeling. The faucet handles were really loose. There were paint drips and smears from an earlier job. There were no knobs on the air conditioner. We pushed buttons. Therefore, it was either roast or freeze. We asked not to be disturbed so we could take an afternoon nap. Housekeeping came to the door three times. We requested a DO NOT DISTURB sign and used that the next day. We got two phone calls from house keeping and four visits to the door. (Call 1: Do you want your room cleaned? Call 2: Do you want clean towels? Visit 1: Bringing us two hand towels and one washcloth. Visit 2: bringing us two bath towels. Visit 3: Bringing us a washcloth. Visit 4: Bringing us a bath mat. The next time we used the DO NOT DISTURB sign we only got three interruptions! Returned to our room one day (10 days into the stay) and found that our room keys had been cancelled. We were told that the person checking us in probably only activated our keys for ten days. I talked to the manager about my concerns and he replied in a robotic tone of voice. It was as if he had heard all of these complaints a million times and had a planned response with no feelings or concerns. It was a waste of time talking to him. The complimentary breakfast was good. The only bad part was that we were in town for the balloon fiesta. Breakfast was available at 5 am during the fiesta, but we were usually on our way to the balloon park by then. So most Mehr

The bathtub paint was peeling off in several areas. We went to the Balloon Fiesta in the early AM and when we returned, our key card would not work for our room. Very frustrating! Then, after we straightened that out, the pool key card did not work. Went back to the front office, she 'fixed' it, and we tried it again. Still did not work! So, went back […] to the office again and the office worker came and let us in the pool. Mehr
