Dieses hotel ist sicherlich keine Topadresse, allerdings kriegt man für das Geld ein stets sauberes und sehr geräumiges Zimmer in einer gut geführen Anlage. Das Personal war stets nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Zustellbett zu bekommen war absolut kein Problem, auch wenn das Bett selbst eher mäßig war. Das Frühstück ist ganz gut, wenn auch hier nichts besonderes zu sehen gibt und man nur mit dem üblichen US-Standart rechnen kann. Nachts ist es wegen des nahegelegenen Highways etwas laut, aber mich hat es weniger als das Schnarchen meiner Zimmermitbewohner gestört.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem sehr schönen Hotel in Calrsbad und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist in warmen erdigen Tönen im amerikanischen Townhouse-Stil eingerichtet und gemütlich beleutet. Alles war geschmackvoll weihnachtlich geschmückt und es roch nach Zimt, Amber und Tanne. Wie angenehm! Kein amerikanisches Plastik-Pracht Hotel. Unser Zimmer zur Ozeanseite ausgerichtet war extrem ruhig und ausgesprochen gepflegt. Das extrem hochwertige Bett und die Daunendecken ließen uns wie Gott in Frankreich schlafen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sprach uns stets mit Namen an....ich mag das sehr. Wer gern gut isst, kann hier eines der besten Steak Restaurants Kaliforniens besuchen. Unbedingt vorher reservieren und mit mindestens US$ 60 pro Person rechnen. Es lohnt sich!

Nettes freundliches Hotel das etwas in die Tage gekommen ist. Zimmer sind sauber und der Preis stimmt auch. Kurze Wege zu den schönen Stränden in Del Mar.

Days Inn Oceanside liegt in Oceanside in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeit: Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gehört Folgendes: Mission San Luis Rey Church.

In Carlsbad blühen überall Butterblumen. Diese Blumen wachsen auf einer Fläche von über 200.000 m² auf den "Flower Fields" der Carlsbad Ranch. In der Nähe dreht sich im Museum of Making Music alles um amerikanische Kompositionen und Instrumente. Im Norden wiederum liegt Oceanside in der Mitte zwischen Los Angeles und San Diego. Dieser Strandort ist bekannt für seinen Landungssteg, der mit fast 600 Meter Länge der längste Holzlandungssteg an der Westküste ist. In der Nähe befindet sich auch der Legoland-Themenpark.

The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. And the entry door deadbolt and lock bar didn't work.

Hi all, If you want to sleep on highway, choose this poor hotel, to much noise all the time!!! Breakfast is poor too. En quelques mots, sale, bruyant voir très bruyant, meubles et TV d'un autre age! Petit déjeuné pitoyable et sale
"Nice hotel - close to the beach"
The best part of the hotel is its proximity to the harbor and the ocean. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The room was very clean and we had no issues.

A friend of mine who lives nearby talked me in to staying here as it was convenient. Old, rundown. Small room. The only plus side is it's close to the beach but that's not why I was visiting. Old TV with only about 20 channels (no HBO, etc.). Definetly going to spend a few more bucks and stay elsewhere.

We would stay there again but, only if driving a automobile. We were in our commercial truck without a trailer and there really is not a good place to park a large vehicle.

This hotel is the best value if you're staying in Oceanside. It's clean and comfortable. It's right next to Harbor Beach and close to the freeway. The bed wasn't exactly brand new, but it worked for our 4-night stay.

This hotel was well worth the price! Roomy rooms , great location, clean and great service . This hotel had a path that went from hotel to harbor where they have food and drinks and even fishing. The service was excellent they helped us find our way around town.Thanks!

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and a good size. The beds were comfortable enough and the dressing area was roomy. Over all we were pleased with the accomodations for the price and location. It was close to the beach and walking distance to the marina and a few restaurants. We enjoyed the stay and would book again. The place […] was dated but certainly not run down. A face lift may be in order to spruce up the rooms and the limited "breakfast" could be expanded on. "Oceanside Hotel - Close to beach and sights"
I have to say, from the time we check in (with ease)until we checked out, we had wonderful stay. Room was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly. Beach and waterfront dining was just a walk away. We would stay there again. Thank you Hotel.com.

"Great Location"
Close to the harbor shops & restaurants, only 5 minute walk away. Close to the beach too. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Lots of outside noise from other guests in the halls but the commuter train did not bother us at all.

We had low expectations for the hotel from some of the reviews. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was in a great location and the beach access was perfect! You can see the ocean from the hotel and can also see the harbor. The walk to the harbor is about 5 min at most and the beach is at the end of the harbor. There […] are several restaurants as well as beach shops. The hotel itself has 90's decor but was clean. We loved the little fridge and there also was a microwave. We had 2 adults and two kids and there was enough space for us and our luggage - typical size hotel room. We didn't spend much time in the room besides sleeping. The hotel was quiet and the nearby train could barely be heard. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast typical w cereals, bananas, and pastries/muffins. "Close to shopping and beach but in need of update"
We selected this hotel mainly due to it's location, between the beach and Camp Pendleton. The hotel and rooms were clean but are in need of updating. Our room was located on the back side of the property facing the ocean which, unfortunately, is also near the railroad tracks. The trains come through often(every 10-15 minutes or so) but are quick to […] pass and not terribly loud. The bathroom was very small(barely enough room to close the door once your in) but, over all, we were satisfied with the accommodations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and several tourist shops are located along the way. My family and I stayed on a Wednesday night. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only noise that we were disturbed by was the train that goes right by. It was a close walk to the beach. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. You would be better off going out for breakfast. We stayed here for one night while visiting Legoland. Nice location - close to everythin. Also walking distance to the Oceanside Harbor. The breakfast is really basic but what you would expect for a free Continental style breakfast. Only complaint was the door to our room was difficult to open (maybe it was warped or something). "Days Inn - About what you'd expect"
Our recent stay at the Days Inn was fine. It wasn't great and it wasn't terrible. The location is nice, right off the freeway and within walking distance of the Harbor District of Oceanside. The accommodations were about what you'd expect for a room in this price range, and I really don't have anything specific to say about that. The Desk Attendants […] were nice. Our biggest complaint was the noise, but that had less to do with the quality of the hotel, and more to do with the large number of rude, obnoxious, very loud guests that happened to be staying there at the same time as us. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a basic room at a low rate, near the attractions. I'd say we got what we paid for, and what we expected. Excellent location, clean hotel, friendly service.
Was clean room walls a little thin but good for a 2 star hotel. Has a friendly staff but they do not have a late check out time. They were nice enough to let us leave some items in the lobby and watch them for a few hours. I would stay there again.

"It's a great two star stay."
If you're comfortable with a 2 star hotel, this is a great choice. Only complaint is the wall mounted air conditioner leaked water on the room carpet, and the room smelled like it was an on-going problem.

Very convinient location. Just a short walk to the beach and harbor village. Close to I-5 yet quite. Room is kinda outdated, swimming pool is small. Complimentary breakfast room is small. Overall it's a good buy, we will stay again.

CLEAN HOTEL, CLOSE TO MARINE BASE, LEGO LAND AND THE BEACH. THERE IS A POOL AND HOT TUB, DENNY'S ACROSS THE STREET AND WALKING DISTANCE TO THE HARBOR AND BEACH. THE HARBOR HAS GREAT PLACES TO EAT AND RELAX. NOT A GREAT ROMANTIC GETAWAY FOR COUPLES, BUT GOOD FOR FAMILIES. I WOULD STAY AGAIN....
Hotel is good. Good service, good location-near beach. I really recommend it for vacation.

"Good location but motel style. Noise in the room."
Bang for your bucks for the location however the room condition is a bit weary and also the wall is so thin that you literally can hear all of your neighbors next doors, upstairs and outside. You probably can use a better room with $20 more in the neighborhood with driving distance. Staffs are friendly so there is a plus.
