Convenient and comfortable

Vickie went out of her way to help when I had to cut my stay one night short. She was wonderful and super nice to us. The food was great also. Keep up the good work.....

Very clean room and comfortable bed. After several days on the road it was nice to have a good bed for a change. Was not expecting much from the continental breakfast for the price of the room and small town revenue but was surprised with the amount of hot food, eggs, waffles, sausage and biscuits with gravy. Convenient to Lake Lanier homes, and the Outlet Mall. Comfortable and quiet

Go across the street to better cheaper hotel!! Filthy room, gross breakfast, nasty cheap hotel! I have nothing good to say. Same hardworking lady delivered towels, served breakfast and checked me out of the room.

This is positively a second-tier, second rate property at best. It's dingy, musty, dark on the inside, with poor linens and debateable cleanliness. One bath towel was provided by housekeeping. Amazingly, proudly displayed at the check-in desk was a framed award they had received from the parent chain stating they were the #1 hotel among 54 rated in […] the state of GA. This is not a good reflection on this chain as a whole. I took a chance on this one due to a good rate and its location. I left at 2:00 AM and drove home rather than spend a full night there. I highly recommend Hotels.com as the best online booking site there is! I've used them several times and will continue to do so. Mehr

Nice hotel. Clean and friendly. Close to food and shopping.

Hot water had issues on our stay. Desk advised to let it run for FIVE minutes to get hot water in the shower. No huge deal but an inconvenience for sure. We have stayed here three times before, always a fair deal.

Nice place . Not enough parking when full

Very please with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Great bargain. It is a little hard to find because it sits back off the highway and you can't see their sign.

When I booked my room on hotels.com it said that pets were $10/day with $20/max per stay. When I checked in the clerk (and manager) didn't understand how per day differed from per stay. They wanted to charge $30 for the 3 day stay. They let me only pay $20 for the "misunderstanding" but it is in print. They also would have charged more for a larger […] dog which it didn't say on hotels.com. The breakfast was OK with waffles, donuts, pastries, but no eggs or high quality food. The staff was very nice. Our sink drained slowly in the bathroom, but I didn't report it. Nice warm pool and hot tub, but very small. Overall, good review for a cheaper hotel. Mehr

This was an older hotel next to a factory outlet. We had several problems. The handrail in the bathroom fell off. The sheets on the bed were rough with pills. The tv cable was fuzzy on several channels. There was no desk chair. The hallways were dirty and needed to ve vacumed.The breakfast was fair. The hotel desk attendant did offer to switch rooms […] that morning but we deceided to move on. With some cleaning and remodeling this could be a nice hotel. Mehr

Room looked recently updated so it was looked very fresh and clean. Was not a large room but I was only there for one night. Breakfast area was very small and the selection not very appealing - could have used fresh fruit or yogurt. The fitness area was not maintain - equipment was not working. Not a bad deal at all. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. Our only complaint was the fitness center. The room was small and the equipment was very old and "rattling". Otherwise, a very good hotel for the price.

on the last day of our stay there were ants in the bathroom, not just one but dozens. i had mentioend this to the reception clerk but i dont know if they did something about it. location of the hotel excellent

We stayed here on a trip to the North Ga. mountains, and chose it for the low price and its proximity to Dahlonega. An added plus was the fact that it's right next door to a huge, upscale outlet mall, convenient to food, and located right on Ga. 400. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was fine, if you like carbs. The only real downside […] was that our carpet and chairs were a little dirty and spotted. We were given a handicapped-access room, which had no closet, just a rack along one wall to hand clothes on, and no bathroom counter space at all--a real problem if you don't want to pack and unpack your cosmetics each day. I don't know if that would be the case in all rooms, or if it's just the handicapped ones. It's still a great value for the money. Beds are comfy and the hotel was quiet. Mehr

For what we paid it was a great hotel. The only problem is getting to it from the 4-lane.

Great location, very quiet with the exception of a very loud wedding party that came in late. Room was clean although we did not have coffee or cups the first day and no soap the second day. Would recommend it to others and would stay again myself.

I stayed in this hotel to participate on a cycling race in Dahlonega. Since I decided to book a bit late I had to stay in Dawsonville but still reasonably close to Dahlonega. The hotel is perfect for the money, spacious rooms and very comfortable. If you're in the area and are looking for a good value room, this is a good choice.

Ideal location for shopping at the outlet. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Friendly staff. Bagels, muffins, cereal and waffle maker for breakfast. Very pleased with our stay.

Staff was acceptable, room was wonderful. Good location, right next to the outlet mall, quiet, love the bedding!

I stayed at the Best Western Dawson Village Inn for two nights and was very much pleased with my stay. My only complaint was that, since it sits back from the main road, it's a little hard to get to, but if you miss your turn into the hotel parking lot, theres another turn you can take so its not a problem. Room was clean, comfortable, and the free […] wifi was quite speedy as I went ahead and uploaded images from the wedding I went to. Would stay there again! Mehr

Large room, polite staff, everything nice and clean. I couldn't have asked for more, especially for the price. Will definitely stay again if traveling through the area.
