"Pleasantly surprised."
As we haven't stayed at the Days's Inn for a few years, due to poor previous experiences in other cities and USA states, we were a little apprehensive. We are very particular about cleanliness, and were very happy to find the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also well done. Overall, we would consider staying there again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Days Inn Brantford. The staff was very friendly. The service they provided was very good, I was checked in and in my room within 5 minutes. The rooms was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable! The loacation is great as it was close to many things. I would stay here again!

"Hit and miss."
I checked in for a night and immediately found a couple bugs in my room. NOT BEDBUGS, but still...who wants to deal with that...ew! I notified the staff and they moved me immediately to a new room, which met my cleanliness requirements. The pillows were plentiful but not really that great. The bed is decent. Wi-Fi access is spotty.
the toilet was very dirty on arrivial but once notified the staff took care of it immediately

This hotel has a wonderful staff who go out of their way to accommodate guests and I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting the Brantford area. The rates are also very reasonable as well.

rooms were small and hotel is definately aging. located near highway and many options for dining. staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was average.

Located just off Hwy 403. Easy to find and close to many restaurants and shopping. Very clean,comfortable and reasonably priced. Enjoyable stay.
"Good & Bad"
The staff went out of their way to be helptul. The breakfast was fabulous, but the room was dirty and old..air conditioner needed cleaning, wall needed cleaning, the toilet did not work. Even the free lotions had dirt on them--maybe feces.

It was a great stay except for 1st night which was my fault. I had requested a smoking room, a very bad choice,don't let anyone else do it. Next day, wonderful Receptionist moved us to a nonsmoking room with queen bed, sofa bed, fridge & micro, it was perfect.The breakfasts were fine and all staff very friendly & helpfull.
