Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Clean. Noise free. Recommend yes yes yes.

Angel at the front desk was the only nice thing about this hotel. It was SO bad we cut our stay and went home early. Mildew smelling room, small holes in the sheets, squeaky doors and saggy matresses were just too much for us. This really does not live up to Marriott standards.

The room was fine. The TV was awesome. I was able to connect it to my laptop to show the kids their movies on the bigger screen. The pillows were really too soft and the blanket was a bit thin. Otherwise everything was great.

Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel very clean! Very Quiet.

Hotel was fine and was as it was described on the website, photos were current and hotel was clean.

I had hoped I was getting a great deal. Instead I got a run of the mill room offering a pricey continental breakfast -- not included.

Tried to contact the front desk regarding a problem with the bathroom door. No answer on the phone. Went downs stairs and waited around for the front desk clerk to finish mobbing the floor near the eating area.

I booked this hotel because price was good and i was under the impression that they had free continental breakfast like most hotels. We are a family of six and having them charge 45.00 dollars extra for a cold breakfast seems dissappointing. I could have had a better breakfast at denny's and with nice, hot, fresh coffee. The hotel over all was comfortable. The a/c unit was very noisy. I had to use ear plugs the 2nd night. I rinsed out the bathtub before use because it did not look very clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood around the hotel was a little uncomfortable. The Staff at the Hotel were very polite, and courteous. However the room and hotel were in a very run down condition. 1st, there were candy wrappers in the nightstand, so obviously it was never cleaned properly, Also the bathroom looked as if it was barely cleaned. The amenities were nice fridge, microwave, etc. but the microwave was not plugged in. […] And when I went to plug it in it blew the light out. In the courtyard the Gazebo was falling apart and the Pool Gate was nearly impossible to figure out how to get in. And I did not see any signs on how to open the gate. The whirlpool was dirty, and not functional, i.e. no bubble jets, or they did not work. None of the Ice machines worked. I walked around to three floors, and I couldn't get one bucket of Ice. Now to be fair, I saw a lot of people with coolers, but the machine should be able to produce Ice quicker than that, at least one of them. Overall it was not a excellent experience, and not typical for a Marriott hotel, I stayed in one two years ago by the the Alamo, and it was a Courtyard Marriott, as well. Much better experience. We were attending an event in North San Antonio close to the medical center; this was fine for the price, close to restaurants and the highway, but not the greatest neighborhood. There are LOTS of choices right around there, but this one was fine.

I can't recommend this hotel because, one, when I arrived in my room, they had no toiletries at all. I had to call the front desk to get them to deliver bar soap, shampoo, etc. Second, the buffet breakfast cost an extra $14, with tip, and the food was cold, cold biscuits and gravy, the coffee machine spit out mostly water with a dash of colored coffee. […] Food was awful for 14 bucks. Very clean, very comfortable and everyone was so nice! I can't believe it was that good for the rate that I received! I was perfect!!

great staff, very friendly, and the location was good, only a couple minutes to sea world, and downtown.

The hotel was good and the service even better! The price was just the icing on the cake.

The hotel was rather hard to find but an ok location for our trip to Sea World and to the riverwalk area. Hotel staff were nice and accomodating. Breakfast was ok, but staff was slow in refilling items, offering coffee, etc. Nice pool & spa and good work-out room. Computer services good right off main entrance.

This hotel was nice and clean. Very convenient to UTSA, which is why we stayed there.

We found our room clean and in satisfactory condition. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

The room was clean and the hotel fairly well kept. The personnel there were extremely friendly. Stayed there over the Christmas holiday and the hotel was extremely quiet. Few negative things; coffee was decaf with no stock of regular in our room and the microwave kept beeping all night (fixed by unplugging) but I think these would be taken care of quickly […] by the hotel if I had notified them. I had not expected this hotel to be as great as it was when I started to drive into the neighborhood. BUT IT WAS! I had a very very clean room. The beds were as comfortable as they could be. Normally I hate to sleep on another bed but my own but I could have stayed all week. IT was great! Also its not very far from SeaWorld only about 20 minutes and […] about 40 from Schlitterbaughn.. it was great we will surely book our next night here again when we want to go to San Antonio! Mehr

This was an awesome hotel!! Bed is so comfortable!!

I have stayed at hotels cheaper than this with in door and free breakfast, there was no internet. and i thought if u pay more u get more i see how it works not if u pay less u get more for your buck. I guess it was our first time trying marriot courtyard was not to fawn of it

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and chose the Courtyard by Marriot as we have stayed there before on several visits to San Antonio. The location of the hotel made it easy for us to get to where we needed to be, and its proximity to major freeways made getting around easy. Wonderfull hotel..everything was neat and clean..everyone was so nice .Beautiful pool area. I only wish that, the doors were quieter when exiting the room..It had a tendency to slam..other then..must visit again

Upon arrival of this hotel I noticed that it wasn't right off of any street but rather it waskind of nestled behind a curvy drive behind some trees. I thought it was pretty cool. The hotel was clean and nice .The one thing that might help other vacationers is check in isn't until 4pm and we were going to sea world . We didnt want to take our credit cards and diamond jewerly so we went by the hotel at 9am and they let us put all of our excess cash and cards in the hotel safe that was better than having to worry all day that I […] would loose it or leaving it in the car . Courteous Staff, hotel was clean, hot a small issue with hot water, which was quickly fixed. Would definitely be staying there again.

We were visiting friends and in a wedding. This was just the ticket for a night or two. The bed was super comfortable.

The room was everything that I have come to expect from Courtyard Marriott. The staff was courteous and polite. The room was clean and I will continue to use this chain of hotels. I was very satisfied.

It was comfy and right near the building that I was taking my test. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed about was the breakfast. I thought that it would be complimentary; not overly priced.
