Good for business stay

I like everything about this hotel. But the side door to the entrance makes a lot of noise when it opens and closed. During the day is ok, but not when you are a sleep. It woke me up several time, beside this is wonderful.

Perfect location if you are going to the Pirates Dinner Theatre. Just across the street.

The courtyard was conveniently located within walking distance of Knotts Berry Farm, which was our reason for staying, however I expected a little bit more from a Marriott Courtyard. The place was OK, rooms and building could use some upgrade. The lobby and staff were friendly. I would stay again if the price were a little bit cheaper given the condition […] of the property. On a different note Beach Blvd, where the Courtyard is located, is absolutley TERRIBLE!! Plan on being stuck in traffic and if you're walking down that street, be aware of bad drivers as we were almost struck by a truck, who was clearly in the wrong. Mehr

Nice hotel would definetly stay there again

The location was great for my family. There were lots of places to eat within walking distance and the amusement parks were just a few minutes down the street. The hotel staff were all so friendly and sweet to myself and my kid. We are definitely coming back soon!

The stay was ok for us, when entering the room, it was really stuffy and smelled.

The Courtyard by Mariott on Beach Blvd in Buena Park was very nice, clean, and the location is prime. The room was nicely decorated, with all the usual amenities. The courtyard had a beautiful pool and two jacuzis, with an outdoor lounge and fireplace. I will go back there again!

We chose this hotel because it was across the street from Medieval Times, and nearby to Disneyland. We only stayed one night, but the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the pool area was nice. The girl at the front desk was rude and unfriendly when we checked in, but other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Had to take the downstairs handicapped room for my mother- spent two nights calling front desk over apparent WWE wrestling going on upstairs. Shower too inefficient to keep water in primary drain- kept spreading out over bathroom floor. Found puke on the toilet base near floor. Management did nothing to corral kids coming back from Knott's Berry farm. […] Wasted my money trying to find somewhere to sleep during the night. One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had! Mehr

The only bad thing is the very narrow parking spaces.

Fabulous place to stay !!!

I really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. Nice, clean contemporary lobby with a small convenience store, complimentary Internet and coffee shop style restaurant for breakfast. We ate there at two occasions and the price is about equal as you would pay going out to eat. As we had a family member that was in a wheel chair, we managed […] to book a room with accessible bathroom and roll-in shower, very convenient! Big flat-screen TV in room, complimentary Internet through Ethernet only (no wireless in room as i remember it) and free parking. Mehr

No complaints. Everything was great!

Awesome hotel, family loved it. We actually stayed an extra night because of the room. Close to restaurants, shops, and Knotts. Also only a short 20 minute drive to the beach. Staff was friendly and room was spotless. Had a very nice pool and fireplace. Will definitely stay here again when going to the beach!

Only negative was one hole in carpet. Other then that everything was really great. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and could have stayed there a week. The spa was heated and inside next to the gym equipment very convenient. They served a very big breakfast buffet on Sunday morning or you could walk next door to the restaurant. There is even a Starbucks w/i walking distance. Hotel and surrounding area very clean and gardens […] well manicured. Pool area is very nice. We stayed at a 'resort' hotel down the street that seemed ghetto compared to this hotel. Mehr

The air conditioner was noisy.. they should insulate the hallway to cut down noise. Also in front of other peoples doors was noisy. They should offer free breakfast too.

the hotel is right across the street from medevil times and just a 15 minute walk from knotts berry farm the place was great and so was the service the maintenance on the other hand could use some work the toilet overflowed so bad to a point where it flooded the whole bathroom and more the maintenance guy came and tryed to give me the plunger then my […] comment was (isnt that your job) well i just called the service desk and they gave me another room. well the point im trying to make its not bad just make sure when you check in that everything works Mehr

Hotel was very pretty. Staff was very kind.

the room was ready for me before 3 pm! and the service was fast and quick! the straff was great.

Stayed one night because we were having a wedding reception next door to the hotel & my friends spent their wedding night there. Rooms were very nice & comfortable. Excellent customer service & very friendly staff. Perfect place to stay if you are going to Knott's or other tourist attractions in Buena park.

good price, clean room, good service, great place.

This particular hotel was not up to the usual Marriott standards. Our room had one king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was unmade and when we called the front desk to request sheets for it they sent a blanket and 2 pillows. Luckily we found some sheets in the closet in between what originally looked like an extra blanket and pillow. The person who […] delivered the extra blanket and pillows did not even offer to make up the sofa bed. The shower had a long black hair on the wall and the kleenex holder was empty. The continental breakfast was $10 a person. It was fine, but next time I would probably opt for a restaurant where I am served and have my food made-to-order. The hotel is right across the street from Midieval Times and close to the freeway. Mehr

The staff at the front desk was helpful, professional, and courteous. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel had several rooms available during our stay so we were given our choice of locations. Very enjoyable stay.

The Courtyard by Marriott was a fabulous choice for my family and I! Check in was easy, and our room was ready when we needed it. The room was exactly what we asked for, and was clean and comfortable. There was an optional breakfast buffett (delicious!) in the morning. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Check-out went exactly as planned. […] They could have used more parking by the rooms, but overall, this was a great experience. It is located within blocks of Soak City and Knott's Berry Farm, which was a big plus for us. It was a great stay! Mehr

The front desk personal was polite. They accommodated us with an early check in. When we entered our room we smelled a strong bleach order. The next morning our toilet overflowed. They did come to our room right away to take care of the problem.

Our plans were to go to knotts berry farm and figured it would be nice to make a weekend of it with the two kids. The location was great, it was quiet amd the kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely come back there again.

We have stayed here a couple of times. We got a great price which made the stay here a no-brainer. We would love to stay here every time we come back to Anaheim (which is several times per year) but need the value price due to budget constraints. There seemed to be maintenance and communication problems. The toilet didn't work right from day 1, despite reporting it. The first morning the shower stopped working, only bath available. Maintenance fixed the shower, but because they were in there, housekeeping never showed up that day. Breakfast was very expensive for what you got, and nothing was […] available that was complimentary. Not what I expected from a Marriott. Mehr

First of all the first thing when we got in our room was pulled out the sofa bed. It did not have clean sheets.. Second of all they stuck us next to the elevator, thats when I realized that nobody sleeps there at least it seemed that way, cause all night it was so loud up and down. Then the people above us seemed to be wearing 100# boots , loud as can […] be.. Overall the wall seem to be very thin or something. The hotel staff are terrific.. Room was very comfortable, except it smelled like smoke and it was an non smoking room.. So good luck to all.... Mehr

Our stay for a family a four was great the kids loved the pool and jacuzzi which was located in a very convenient part of the hotel. We would of preferred a real balcony, and a room that faced the pool instead of the parking lot, and not have the sliding door lead out to the plants etc. Overall the stay was nice.

from our stay this was so-so. we've stayed at much better for the price. goods: bed was comfy, pillows werent. clean room, big bathroom, good location decent price. parking was good. bads: for the price there is better. the TV is fuzzy and dated. everything in the room was good and new except for the tv. we ordered movies...and they didnt work so […] we had to dispute the price. another bad was the rooms are LOUD. we checked in and hear people talking, thinking it was right outside the door, I go to open it and find out its comming 4 rooms down from people just normally talking. We didn't spend much time in the room, but were very happy with its comfort and cleanliness. We would stay again.

Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm lähellä. Hotelli oli siisti ja tilava (king bed). Huonopuoli oli että huoneemme sijaitsi juuri ulko oven vieressä joten oven pauke kuului huoneeseen.
