Wir möchten immer ein Zimmer zum Hof haben und nicht eines im angrenzenden Hotelgebäude. Ich habe deshalb schon die teurere Zimmerkategorie gebucht mit 2 Betten. Aber wie letztes Mal 10 Dollar Upgrade gezahlt. Aber dafür super freundlicher Service. Super Preis Leistungsverhälltnis für San Francisco und tolle lage zu Fuß 5-10Minuten zur Fisherman-Warf. Auch parken für 12 Dollar in San Francisco ,es sind es in den meisten anderen Hotels 25-50 Dollar.Jederzeit wieder.

Das Hotel liegt in der Geary St. ein paar Blocks vom Union Square. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im zweiten Stockwerk im Mittelgang, was den großen Vorteil hat, dass man den Straßenlärm nicht mitbekommt, sondern nur den gelegentlichen Lärm den andere Gäste verursachen. Die Zimmer haben nur ein kleines Fenster mit einem wenig schönen Ausblick auf den Innenhof. Das Continental Breakfast besteht aus Kaffee, Toast m. Butter u. Marmelade, O- bzw. Apfelsaft u. einem Stück Obst. Problematisch ist die Parkplatzsituation, da gleich vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle ist und ansonsten i.d.R. nur Parkplätze für Kurzparker vorhanden sind. Das Hotel bietet für 30 $ p. Tag einen Valetparkservice an, d.h. es kommt jemand u. parkt das Auto irgendwo, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Das Hotel liegt zwar in der Nähe des Unionsquare aber auch sehr dicht am Tenderloin Bezirk, den man vor allem Nachts meiden sollte. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel vom Preis - Leistungsverhältnis weiter empfehlen!

Hotel und Zimmer absolut OK, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Teile der Designausstattung wirken etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles technisch OK und sauber. Lage zum Zentrum (untere Marketstreet) gerade noch zu Fuß zu bewältigen (ca. 2km)

"An Un-Expect Surprise"
This place was great!! My room was a great size and didn't feel cramped or small. The surprise was a balcony but I had a view of the IBM building and the parking lot but that was just my room. The service was quick and I felt like I was important. The surrounding neighborhood was mostly a business area but there was a shopping center about 2 miles away […] and there was a Safeway just down the road. "Even better"
We have stayed here in years past, but the room and all the service and surrounds are improved and more than adequate. The nearness of Starbucks, etc. makes the stay very convenient and enjoyable.
"Nice Business Hotel"
Very nice business class hotel. Clean, nicely furnished hotel with prompt check-in/check-out. They also allowed me an extra hour to check out when our plans changed. Small but nice indoor pool area with jacuzzi. Would stay here again if we come back to an event at the San Mateo event center.

Hotel was for leisure with our time split between San fran, San Mateo and San Jose'. Great option for visiting San Fran. Quiet location, easy on/off hiway and only about 20-25 min. from Embarcadero. Hotel was beautiful and small restaurant was just right. Breakfast was very good - no need to go elsewhere. Coffee options were very much appreciated - […] not everyone drinks Starbucks. This hotel was for a last minute getaway to the city. we were so impressed by the hotel we almost just called it a night and stayed there! The service was fantastic and the rooms were beautiful! Excellent location as well!!

For the price, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Things that bothered us were that there is only one elevator and if you're unlucky to have a second floor room, you are walking and walking and walking to get back and forth from your room. TV doesn't have a wide enough variety of channels and they don't have a Pay Per View if you want to stay […] in. The best thing about the hotel is that it's across the parking lot from Starbucks. "After concert stay"
I set my daughter and her girl friends up with a 2 queen beds room after a concert at Shoreline. Online it says that this room also comes with a sofa bed. However this is not true. The hotel staffThey were very accommodating and gave them a rollaway bed for one of the girls to sleep in. 2 of the girls got to the hotel later and had some difficulty getting […] in due to security. This hotel is a pretty standard business-park type hotel, nothing too fancy. But the room was clean, well appointed and the heated indoor pool was great (I had it to myself two nights in row).

Internet service was almost nonexistent! Both wired and wireless was substandard. Pages took minutes to load when normally only seconds. I even tried the work stations in the lobby to checking on line... My family thought I had left the hotel I was gone so long! Other than that the hotel was clean and relatively quiet. I wint out to the car for a bag, at the far backside of the property, and could not get in the door with either of my two keys so had to walk around to the hotel front to get back in. "Enjoyable stay"
The hotel was very nice and a value compared to similar hotels. It is just off of Hwy 101 and 92. The cafe adjacent to the lobby serves only breakfast, which is like a Starbucks plus. The plus being that they serve hot foods like oatmeal and eggs. I did not use the pool or the exercise room (both small but appeared nice).

Spent 5 very pleasant nights here. Hotel employees worked hard and kept the place clean and tidy. I would stay there again.

We found the bed to be very hard and not comfortable to sleep on. The room was very nice overall, and very good customer service - except when they first gave us the keys for another person's room! But I would stay here again.

"No complaints here"
The room was nice a bit small but if all you are going for is to sleep, it's perfect. The walls are a bit thin as we could hear people in the hall way as if they were talking right outside our door. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem.

Very clean room, nice layout too. The hotel is a little out of the way but worth the extra drive from SFO we will stay again.

The room was very nice and looked like we should have been paying a LOT more than we did. They had a large flat screen TV and a table that rolled out from underneath the desk, which was perfect for using a laptop. The only negative was the office type chair for the desk - inferior and not very comfortable. The hotel needs to update their restaurant […] list. It would have been helpful to have specific directions that included mileage from the hotel and hours open. Mehr

very modern - cool furniture in rooms and lobby, tvs and computer access in lobby great staff food at 'restaurant' in lobby is ok in taste, slow and relatively expensive, but convenient shopping mall close by. close to airport. not much else close by. need to drive.

The Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the convienience of the Starbucks in the lobby & the food offered there. A hotel assistant though looked all over for a decafe lipton tea that wasn't offered @ the starbucks so my 88 yr old Mother could enjoy her favorite tea on the house.
