The room was clean, employees friendly, and location convenient. They offer shuttles to the parks, but I chose to drive.. It is so close to Downtown Disney and all the Disney parks, basically across the street from the property. Extremely convenient from I4 as well. Universal and Sea World are not far either, LOTS of restaurants closeby. A lot of traffic […] at certain hours getting to and from the hotel, but that is to be expected near the parks.. The hotel is set back enough from the highway and main roads that you don't hear traffic though. Two very nice pools. Mehr

Nice rooms, we had a suite. Area was well kept. Quiet during the night. Only complaint is that we booked this hotel for location to parks and that they had suttle service. Shuttle service ran only 2 time in morning and once in afternoon to return. Had to stay at park longer than wanted due to schedule. All in all nice hotel.

Pros: - Friendly & Helpful Staff - Excellent Location, minutes from all the Disney attractions - Simple but Very Clean rooms - Fast & Reliable Wireless Connection - FREE Shutlle bus to Disney was a great treat Cons: - No microwave or fridge (This wasn't a big issue but we had some snacks and food that went to waste)

This is the third Courtyard by Marriott that I have stayed in and I have to say that the quality was not up to par with my previous stays in Washington and Atlanta. This hotel seems to have been converted from a cheap motel to a Marriott and they have not been able to get rid of the cheap motel feeling. The lobby and the breakfast area are very good […] but the rooms themselves have an old seventies feeling. They did not have a room the we reserved and told us that they would upgrade us to a suite. However that suite was outside of the main hotel building into a second courtyard completely open to the elements. The side entrance had large AC units next to it making a pretty bad entryway for guests. The room was designed for wheelchair access so there was no bath tub and the room door always got stuck as the bed corner was in its path. The room was right next to the parking lot and was quite noisy. On our insistence, the next day they moved us to another room inside the main building and it was much better. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good and the staff was pleasant and responsive. The hotel manager was especially nice. We had a lot of left over food that we gave them to keep in the refrigerator. When we checked out I asked them to heat it for us so we could eat it on the way. They could not heat the styrofoam containers, so they heated it in regular containers, repackaged it and gave it to us. We really appreciate that. Bottom line is this. Do not get a room in the outer courtyard that is open. Also try to get a room on the upper floors as they are less noisy and less chance of dampness seeping in. The location of this hotel is great with 15 minute ride to Disney and even closer to downtown Disney however the road to highway 4 is extremely busy and during rush hours you can spend upwards of 10 minutes in that quarter mile. Other reviews said that the hotel provides shuttle service to Disney but we drove so I cannot review it. Mehr

I live in Florida so we visit Orlando a lot. I tried a number of hotels and ended up falling in love with one in particular. I tried to book at that hotel first and could not get a room. I then spent hours looking for something that fits what my family was looking for and a rate I could afford. We like to not only visit the parks but stay at a hotel […] that has a lot of kid friendly things to offer us...i.e. Pools, Game Rooms. I came across this hotel and was WOWed by the price and what it had to offer, I felt like it was to good to be true but booked anyway as I was running out of time. Glad I did. The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasent, the room was great (bring your own pillows they have really hard ones) and the breakfest buffet was cheap compared to any other place I have stayed. Love the free Wi-Fi and free transportation to the parks. Only down side - Hard Pillows and no Lunch/Dinner Resturaunt. Mehr

The room was clean, inviting, and comfortable. Was able to achieve deep sleep, even though located nearby the entrance to a popular tourist destination.

When in doubt, find a Courtyard. Always sure of clean comfortable rooms.

The staff, hotel and restaraunt staff were terrific. A welcome and civilized treat after camping for a week in the pan handle of Florida before taking our grandson to Epcot. We have a small tow behind camper which we allowed to park in a parking space and disconnect. Parking at hotels in that area is at a premium and this hotel had plenty. stayed as a surprise trip for our 3 little ones to disney. We all loved it, especially the heated waterfall hot tub.

My Wife, my Mother-in-law, and I stopped here for the night after seeing as a deal on the web-site. We wanted somewhere close to the Walt Disney World Resort as we planned on going to Epcot the following day. The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting us a room and answered all of our questions about a resort shuttle for the next day. The […] room was very nice, we had 2 double beds and a nice 37" flat screen LCD tv. Our favorite part was their spa, which includes a waterfall. After traveling for 6 hrs in a cramped car, and despite the rain, the spa felt amazing. The only negative thing I can say is that the bed and pillows were a bit firm for my liking... But I'm used to memory foam not the treditional coil springs. Overall We certainly give this hotel 5 *s aznd would deffinately reccommend it to others. Mehr

Nice location of the hotel. The bed sheet's were clean, but the comforters were soiled. They could do a better job cleaning the carpet. Me and my family had a bad experience from day one, due to the clogged sink. We had to change rooms at 1:00 a.m., after we were all settled in for the night. We had our two toddlers, which was an inconvenience gathering […] our stuff to move to another floor. Although the security guy and housekeeping guy helped us move our things. They were nice and helpful. This night manager was very rude and nasty, when we asked him how the inconvenience can be rectified. One of the morning manager's was nicer and was more empathetic. We didn't let the poor customer service ruin our trip to Disney. Mehr

We stayed at this hotel for one night while we were visiting the Disney attractions. The reservation was fairly easy to make, even being made within 24 hours of the hotel stay! I was thinking that we were going to either wind up paying an extraordinarily overpriced amount or be stuck in a fleabag motel somewhere due to the last minute arrangements, […] But was very pleased with the Marriott. This was an average hotel, but the beds were uncomfortable. The lobby was beautiful and well-kept, but the back entrance where our room was located had me worried at first. It wasn't the cleanest or well looked after. However our room was clean and looked nice. I expected better from a Courtyard Marriott. Also, the breakfast is not included in the price […] of a room. The Marriot was definitely a good choice, my fiancee and I were looking for somewhere nice, clean and comfortable to stay while visiting the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. The hotel staff were great, especially the girls at the front desk, they went above and beyond for us! Our flight going home was a late flight and the shuttle wasn't going to […] pick us up until 4:30pm, checkout time was supposed to be noon, but they changed it to 3pm for us so we didn't have to stand around the lobby for hours. The free shuttle transportation to Disney was great! Saved us a ton of money because we didn't have to get a rental car and were spared from having to pay Disney parking fees, which are $15 a day! The shuttle was late a few times, but not by much and for the most part arrived on time. The pool and hot tub area were nice, the waterfall in the hot tub was very relaxing after a long day at the parks. Hotel was clean and pillows were beyond comfortable! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you're looking for something simple, yet very nice and you really can't beat the customer service there! Mehr

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre because it was a "Mariott..." and for it's proximity / courtesy transportation to Epcot Center. The pictures looked much more inviting than the actual complex. The room was clean, but did not have a microwave or fridge. The tub drain was very slow, but I guess that was better than […] the room next to us. The occupants couldn't shut off the water in their tub. They had reported it to maintenance @ 6am. It was still running @ after several inquiries. The pool was much smaller & not as well-maintained as the picture portrayed. The courtesty transportation was a Disney World shuttle. The shuttle was so packed on the way back that MANY people were standing (that should have definitely not been standing)! I paid more money to stay at this hotel because of Mariott's quality reputation and the courtesy transportation. I would not recommend staying for either of those reasons. Mehr

This hotel location is good. There is no breakfast. What surprised me is that they do not provide refrig. For the price, I am surprised. I request one at the night I arrived. I was told to wait till next morning. When I asked the next morning, I was told I had to wait. Someone may check out and may give me one. I have a kid and we bought some organic […] milk and yogert for him. Almost all hotel in that price range in Orlando provide refrig. I can upgrade to suite but for the same price (upgraded price), you can get better, newer, cleaner hotel like Homewood Suite by Hilton which even include breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

Our stay was short, but pleasant. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We were asked if we needed dinner reservations made or suggestions of places near by, and also given a choice of floor we would like to stay on. The hotel was very maintained, the room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. In addition to all of these great […] qualities the location was absolutely amazing! It was so close to great places to eat, shop and most importantly Disney Parks and Downtown Disney. Our stay was short and we live only a couple of hours away but have Disney annual passes and will definitely be returning to one of the best located and most comfortable places we've stayed-hopefully for a longer weekend or vacation. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family for many obvious reasons. Mehr

Very pleasant stay and clean. It was conviently located to visit Disney World and Downtown Disney. Oh ya, the pool was nice too.

we accidently booked our original room for this trip for the wrong day. luckily courtyard was very accomidating in this situation. Hotel was very clean and TV allowed for our Zune player to be connected to the TV so we can watch any movie on our Zune device. there is a pizza hut on the premises.

The nicest thing about this hotel was the friendliness and attitude of the staff. If you needed something, they took care of it and were always polite. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The bed linens, carpet, and curtains were pretty, but the sink had a large crack in it and the landscaping for the back side of the hotel was neglected. […] Restaurants were close by. Hotels was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Shuttle service to and from park was priceless. It was a huge cost savings and very convenient. There are lots of eating establishements within walking distance if you don't want to order in.

We had reserved two rooms which were ready and in close proximity of each other. The girl at the desk was extremely friendly and accomodating. She even remembered both of our room numbers the next day. Rooms were clean and homey. Would definitely stay here again

Hard to find. There are two hotels with this name, so if using a GPS, use the address, not the hotel name. All the staff were so nice. It's like they were trained by Disney. Way too far away to stay if you are doing Disney, I advise staying on site, but we used it after our last full day, on our way back home. The breakfast buffet can't be beat. I […] got so tired of the included continental breakfasts at hotels, it was nice to have a full one even if you had to pay for it. There was even a promotion on where the buffett was half off. I wasn't pleased with this hotel at all. The hotel was dirty and the cleaning people did a horrible job. The bedding was cheap. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The transportation to the park was terrible many people couldn't get on the bus.

I chose this hotel because we wanted a room close to Disney but not at one of their resorts. The room was as expected, nothing too fancy, but the pool was nice and the staff was very helpful. The location is very close to the resorts but not much else. Lots of strip malls and chain restaurants. Not a good area to walk around at night to see the sights. […] Even though we had a nice stay, I would probably stay at one of the resorts next time just so there would be more to do at night for us and the kids. The service has very good. Room was clean and outside common areas were very clean and enjoyable. The only problem was that the electrical areas in the room were not working (TV was not working, plug-in not working) and maintanence was not available during the night to fix the problem. The days i stayed there was nice,the distance from the parks is good .I would recomend anyone i know to stay there.

Hotell is excellent. Free shuttle to Disney's parks. Room is comfortable. There is only one complaints. The Interner didn't work.

I was very pleased with the ease of access to the Disney areas from this hotel and the ease of access to I-4 for going back to the airport and to other sights in Orlando. Even in the midst of a heat wave with very high humidity, my room was nice and cool and my sheets were soft and comfy. My room was somewhat larger than many hotel rooms these days […] . Mehr

Thy had the wrong room for me and would not fix, My tv did not work so they promised to send someone down, No one ever showed or called, They stated they had other issues in the hotel that they needed to contend with and didnt have time to make it down. Then they couldnt fix it so they asked me to move to another room, no help doing so. I moved to the […] other room, then coming back late from a meeting my keys didnt work to get back into the hotel or my room. Again, no apologies just oh well we will get you another key. The staff was Really Nice. We had stayed here before and we liked it. Now the place seems to be run down a little. It needs some updates. But over all rating is 4 out of 5.

Noise levels were very high.... throughtout the night. There was nothing outstanding about this hotel, except for proximity to Downtown Disney, etc.

The hotel staff was very professional and the rooms excellent. The breakfest choices were great and the service was quick and servers were friendly. Location provided easy access to Disney.
