Great place. Friendly staff. Will stay there again.

Althought we had a good stay, booking through you became costly. Our kids set up a wedding party rate that we were told was close to your rate, by the hotel staff, when actually the rate the hotel gave was about one third less. This was on the hotel staff and not at all a reflection of your service.

I stayed here for the red hot chili peppers concert at the amway center. It was extremely close. Only a 6 dollar cab ride from hotel to amway center. Staff was nice. It was pouring when we got there and we were soaked so when we made our way into the hotel the staff had towels for us. Close to church street bar area. This was my second stay here. The staff went out of there way to help me find a room that was workable. Some rooms had an oder that was not going to work, but we did finally find a room that did. Layouts vary a lot, some rooms have a balcony/patio door, most do not. Fortunately, the windows are openable. I learned that rooms get a deep cleaning about […] every six months, including air conditioners, so that may clear up the mold issue that is common in the wall-mounted AC units of many south-east hotels. On the plus side: the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location worked well as I was able to walk to a Publilx grocery and found a good Thai restaurant that was close by (Viet Garden), the room was very clean. On the negative side, I looked at four different rooms on the sixth floor, and all of them had moldy air billowing out of the air conditioner. […] I'm very sensitive to smell, so this was a major thorn in my side. Luckily, the weather was very temperate, so I opened the window, propped open the entrance door for a cross breeze, and avoided using the AC. The carpet in the rooms is a dark electric blue, which made the room feel like being inside cold empty fish tank. The receptionist said the rooms are schedules for remodel in Summer 2012, so this may change. The bathroom counter was very small and cramped, and the dresser only had four drawers. This was the first time I realized having so few drawers/storage in a hotel can cause frustration. The last night was a bit cold, so I risked using the heater. It seems the heat burned up some of the mold, as it was not as smelly as when the AC was running. Tip regarding bottled water: go to the Seven-Eleven store next door instead of buying water at the hotel. It's a fraction of the cost there. Mehr

I was extremely disturbed to observe the breakfast buffet operation. Every single plate used was Styrofoam, and all utensils and beverage cups served were plastic. Not only does this make the meal feel extremely cheap (especially given the price we paid), but was really sad to see such a lack of consideration toward the waste produced. Each day probably […] a dozen large trash bags are thrown into the dump based on the breakfast garbage alone. Hundreds per week. Tens of thousands per year. Why? Because this hotel has chosen, likely based on a cost-benefit analysis, to throw everything away rather than have their dishes washed. In addition, there were no recycle bins in each room. Lobby area was going through a few renevations but the staff was very friendly. My room was on the 6th floor with a view of the Orlando skyline. Conveniently located for downtown activities. I would definitley stay here again.

this is our second stay at this hotel. Although under renovation construction, staff and services were great. We will stay again.

I've stayed here many times in the past. Great hotel, great location & wonderful staff that is very helpful!!

The hotel seems to be at the end of some rennovations so the decor is very clean and new. We had a double queen room which was larger than expected and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My one and only complaint is that they charge for parking in their own lot. To me that's very much a rip-off.

We checked in on Fri and were disappointed due to ongoing construction that we were not previously informed of. We were out of the room most of the day on Sat and returned around 3pm. We were again disappointed to find that our room had not been cleaned yet. We had to call the front desk three times and wait one hour before we even received towels. […] We were again disappointed (upon check-out) to find that we had been charged $1 for each call we had made to the front desk. Hotel staff was friendly, room had great view of the pool

The hotel was nice, the room was very clean. The vending machine on our floor wasn't working. I wasn't a big fan of the $10 parking fee, you would think the parking would be included.

Hotel and service was wonderful. Room very comfortable. Nice business center. Food in cantina very good quality. Was surprised by the $10/night parking fee. I would take the parking fee into consideration if considering this location for future stay in Orlando.

Hotel was clean. Was surprised to receive per night bill for overnight parking +tax. Parking was just an open lot accessible to anyone. There was never a mention about the fee.

I stay at many hotels for work and when I walked in the people at the front desk were not very friendly. The room hand a stench of mold. The only good thing I can say is that when I complained that the remote did not work, they eventually sent someone up to my room who was able to figure out the problem. I have never given a hotel a bad review but I […] was just very unhappy. Mehr

The room was clean and well-appointed except there was no hair dryer or room safe. I don't think they should charge to park your car there either.

Hotel charged $5/day to park in their surface parking lot. Would have been nice to know that up front to factor into whether to book the room or not. Also parking lot is not well lit and considering the surrounding neighborhood, doesn't give a good feeling of safety for your vehicle or your possessions inside the vehicle.

The maintenance and the outlook needs to be improved. A full time restaurant would be an added plus.

The digital readout for the AC did not work so it was difficult to regulate. The remote control for TV did not work. We took the remote to the desk thinking the batteries were dead and were told it was a problem with the TV. The coffee maker in the room did not work. We thought the price of their buffet breakfast was very high and the menu alternatives […] were limited and only slightly lower in price. The train that came within a couple blocks of the hotel at 4a.m. blowing it's whistle for approx. 5 min. did not help either. We would not stay there again. Mehr

Um dos melhores hoteis que já reservei pelo hoteis.com. Pelo valor que paguei esperava muito menos do que me ofereceram. Li nos comentários algumas pessoas descontentes com o valor (11dólares/ dia) do estacionamento, mas pelo conforto achei muito razoável. Tudo ótimo: o atendimento na recepcão, o café da manhã, a facilidade de ter um starbucks no sagão […] do hotel, a internet gratuita e rápida, lavanderia, enfim - perfeito! Recomendo! Mehr
