Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Airport - Nashville

We were so pleased with our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Airport!! The entire staff was warm and welcoming as well as very helpful with sights to see and answering our questions! The hotel was very clean and beautiful! Would definitely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotels condition and amenities. Everything looked updated and very nicely done. The room and bed very comfortable and the staff very pleasant. A short ride from the airport and a short ride to downtown Nashville for about half the cost (halfway between the two). The pool and outdoor courtyard look awesome but the […] weather was not suitable to use them. Lobby bar and food service was simple but great and never crowded. They need to stock their liquor and beer better - although it didnt affect us, another customer was unable to get 4 different selection choices before settling for something they really didnt want to start with. Everyone couldnt have been nicer - great experience. Definately a great deal for the money - will stay there again on next visit. Mehr

Two different rooms, air conditioner never worked. Bathroom was dirty, mold on walls. NO hot water for showers. Loud, drunk guests in hallway, nothing done about it. Would NOT recommend!

expected more from Marriott name. Like hot coffee 24 hrs/day, less expensive snack bar

very nice lobby-rooms need updated. All personnel were exceptionally nice. Especially Rachel and the head maintenance man was the hardest working most polite worker I have ever seen at any hotel.

Great Hotel, 5 minutes from downtown. Nice pool. Modern decor. HD channels.

This Courtyard was not up to par this time. The room was pretty clean but the air conditioner was broke and made loud noises all night. There was mold all over the shower curtain. I have stayed at Courtyard before with no problems but this time was not great.

Our water pressure was extremely low with the water temperature either too hot or too cold. Was shocked at the condition this Marriott hotel was in. Many other choices in and around Nashville. Would not recommend this hotel.

This stay at the courtyard marriot in Nashville tn was amazing the rooms were a great size reasonably priced and very clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous .. I would definitely reccomend this hotel.. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that they don't offer free breakfast like most hotels around the area did . We recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott near the Nashville Airport. From the website, everything looked the same as other Courtyards which I've stayed at several times. When we arrived they were remodeling the lobby so we had to walk halfway around the hotel to enter into the make shift lobby. Luckily, we were able to get a room on the top floor […] away from the drilling and hammering that was going on through out the day. As we toured the hotel, we noticed that the whirlpool/spa was "temporarily" out of order, but I never saw anyone working to fix whatever the problem might have been. We were told that this hotel was just minutes from downtown and would be able to take a short cab ride back and forth with no problem. The first night, we called the front desk and asked them to call a cab for us and to call the room when it arrived. He told us sure thing and that it would be about 15 to 20 minutes. Thirty minutes later we went down to the front desk and he said the cab had already come and picked up someone else. This caused us to miss our scheduled reservations at a local restaurtant. Needless to say, we called our own cabs the rest of the weekend. Plus, the cab rides were at least 20 minutes from downtown and we were told only "minutes" from downtown. Overall, the room was nice but we did not plan to remain in the room all weekend. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future and do not recommend it to anyone else. Mehr

Location for a business stay near the airport was very good. Staff was prompt and attentive. I would stay there again !

Was in Nashville for pleasure. The hotel was in a nice area, the rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. Not far from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet away from that traffic. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again myself!

Nice hotel, all the basics. Would like to see chairs on the balcony.

The hotel was right off the highway. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean, quiet. Loved the airport shuttle! I had to be at the airport at 5am, and it got me there right on time.

We recommend this hotel for those who want to stay near the airport with a 5 minute shuttle. Also, the shuttle can accommodate those 5:30 a.m. trips, etc.

The Courtyard by Marriot Nashville Airport was nice and clean and conveniently located to Briley Parkway. As close as it is to the airport, we never heard a plane when we were in our hotel room. The oversight was on my part -- I think this the only chain that doesn't include breakfast in your room rate. We found that out the first morning! Come on, […] Marriot, at least offer a free continental breakfast! For the most part we were satisfied but I think we'll go back with Hampton Inn, in future. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and very nice. Pool area had lots of clean towels. People at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk was very helpful. Pool and Hot tub were also great. I will stay again next year.

It was better than I expected, room was clean and had everything we needed. Market in hotel very limited and expensive but at 1 in the morning it works. Every one at desk was very friendly, late night one had some attitude but had short dealings with her. Overall we had a short stay but would stay again.
