Although literally right off a major freeway in Peoria this hotel provided excellent service, silence to sleep, and access to great food, entertainment, and sport venues.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant, as it always is. The staff are all friendly and courteous and always go out of their way to assure you have all you need and that you are comfortable with your stay. I will continue to frequent this hotel because of the staff and cleanliness of the facility. Kudos to all the staff therer.

Customer service is not their specialty. We left one day at 9 AM and returned at 3:30 PM and the room had not been cleaned. The bed was an older overstuffed mattress where the fitted bedspeads would not stay on. You could not sit on the bed. When we checked out, there was no one at the desk. We had to wait for about ten minutes for a deskclerk to arrive. […] The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. Mehr

We've been staying at this hotel for the past four years to attend Spring Training baseball. The location of the hotel and the surrounding area is excellent, close to ballparks, easy access to freeways and restaurants. Hotel staff is friendly, helpful and the breakfast served every morning is great. The only problem we had with our visit this year […] is our room was not cleaned on two separate occasions. The reason given was the hotel was full and their first priority was to clean rooms where people have left. We understand the priority, however; the expectation for us, is our room should have been cleaned every day and this hasn't happened in the past. We strongly suggest that Management work on scheduling more staff to clean the rooms in the future. Mehr

So, we waited too long to book rooms in Peoria for our Spring training trip. Ended up only have this option. Of course as all the hotels are at this time of year, it was terribly over priced. The hotel is older and worn out. While our room was roomy, the carpeting was disgusting. The location is perfect, close to park and all restraunts...walking distance. […] They do offer breakfast, but did not get up early enough to try it out. Mehr

Great location, OK facility, mediocre maid services. Management was very responsive to our complaints about slipshod room cleaning. Hotel breakfast was average for a Comfort Inn.

We thought the hotel was in a great area surrounded by shopping and restaurants of all types. We shopped around and the rates were better than any other hotel of this type in the area. The continental breakfast was above average and the pool and spa were very clean. The housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating and did a great job. I will stay […] here again when we visit my stepdaughter who lives near by and would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Mehr

I travel to Phoenix to visit my 82 year old mother, and I usually am at the hotel by 2pm. The staff is very courteous and pleasant, and have always been able get me in a room at that time rather than the 3 pm check in time. They also put me close to a door as a I am a smoker. Avoid rooms facing 101! Very noisy!

We have four children so we had a suite with the pullout. When we pulled out the bed for bedtime the sheets had not been changed since the last guest. There was a bunch of trash underneath and so lumpy my kids complained. Usually they don't care. They bed my husband and I had was about the same and kept sucking us into the middle only to have us crawling […] out to the edge all night. I dont think they had vacuumed in a good month. When we opended the window to let some fresh air in the track that the window slides in was filled with cigarette ashes. We only had to stay one night, otherwise I think we would have looked around for something else. There were other hotels in the area that were a little more but probably worth it. And to some it may not matter. I am a clean freak and appreciate a clean room. I Hope this helps. Mehr

My granddaughter and I had an excellent stay at this hotel last weekend. We were close to a mall so my granddaughter could get some things as we don't have malls very close to us at home. The staff were excellent in our stay there. If you need to stay somewhere for a football game in Phoenix, this is the place to stay....close enough so it's not difficult […] to get to the stadium, yet far enough away so you didn't get caught up in all the traffic!! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was acceptable, more than just pastries. Bed's are way too soft for my liking.

Stayed one night while on business. Everything was satisfactory except safety/privacy lock on door. Found myself locked out of my room. Green light came on each time I used the card key. Handle would not move. Maintenance staff resolved problem in an acceptable timeframe. Hotels.com needs to update property picture on their site.

Great location, near shops, entertainment and food. Staff was friendly, check-in was a breeze, and breakfast was very good. Only 2 other hotels in the area and I recommend the Comfort Suites.

There were two items that made this hotel stay less than satisfactory. First; Loud highway work was going on all most all night long. Jackhammers, etc. Second: I needed to check-out a day earlier than planned. I had difficulties with 3 front desk attendants getting that done. Procedures for follow-up need to be reinforced with these employees.

This hotel met our needs - the rooms were clean and comfortable and the front desk staff professional and helpful. A couple of negatives regarding our stay - the continental breakfast is ok but of overall average to low quality - also internwet access was down for the last eveneing and day of our stay. They allowed us to check in early so husband could watch the Masters. The hallway (3rd floor) smelled like smoking. Our room had a HUGE cobweb attached to curtain to other wall. The cleaning personnel was accommodating to our extra needs. Eggs were in abundance which meant the top layer was cold(er) than it should have been. The rooms are spacious, clean and we've found the hotel staff to be very accommodating. In this super location, I doubt you can do better at this price point. Very comfortable rooms and a friendly, accommodating staff. In-room wi-fi was easy to use and fast. I'd appreciate an hour more on the weekday breakfast service - didn't get to try it since I slept late.

Great location...every shopping and eating opportunity is at your fingertips. Staff was pleasant but the one mentionable negative was that at breakfast for TWO days, there was no milk. Why? The person that was assigned to put it in the dispensor couldn't lift it due to an injury. Where is the manager? Couldn't someone else perform this task. What does […] that say for committment to service? Other than that, we had not issues. Everything was handled was a smile. The price was well worth the value. Mehr

Comfort Suites in Glendale AZ. Although the location was perfect for restaurants and stores, the service was horrific. Imagine taking off the comforter of you bed and discovering hair all over the blankets and hair from who knows what part of the body. Convenient, comfortable, and a good bargain.

This hotel room had a large comfortable bed and was large in size for the price we paid. Other rooms in the area were 33% to 100% higher in price for inferior rooms.

The staff was very attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. great deal for your money.

I chose this hotel because of location and price on hotels.com. First of all, so far I have not been able to find better prices anywhere I've gone than on this site, thanks much! The location was perfect for me and there was plenty of shopping and restaurants around, which I didn't need for this trip, but was convenient just the same! The hot/cold breakfast […] was pretty good, with a change of hot food from day to day and always a variety of cereals, pastries, coffees, juices and milks. Of course, my favorite is the fresh waffles that I make when I want - mmmmmm good! No matter who was on duty at the desk, they were always pleasant and took the time to speak with me and made sure to ask if there was anything I needed. I will not hesitate to stay here again. As a matter of fact, because of my experience, I will not risk staying somewhere else, I really was comfortable here!! Oh, one more thing; when it comes to booking with hotels.com - I find that the checking in and out processes are so very much easier than any other way I've used!!!! I was very pleased with Comfort Suites Peoria! The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Their breakfast had a nice variety to select from. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This was such a great hotel for the price! The room was large, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the location was fantastic. It was so close to so many great restaurants. I would definetely go back.
