Comfort Suites Kansas City/Liberty - Kansas City

The room was really nice. The only problem we had with it was the curtains wouldn't close so we could have a dark room to sleep and a street light showed directly into our roomand shined right on the beds. Also around midnight a bus load of teenagers came in and they were allowed to run up and down the hall being really loud, waking everyone up.

Water pressure in shower was the worse I have ever seen, you could not rinse soap off . I was told there was a recliner in room for my wife, NO RECLINER.

Loved our room, hotel staff was friendly and curteous. Wasn't too thrilled with the washer/dryer running next to our room half the night or that there wasn't enough food out for breakfast but overall it was a great value for the money :)

Everyone I dealt with during my stay was welcoming, helpful and cheerful. The hotel was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the excersice room has some broken equipment. Otherwise everything was clean and in good order everywhere else in the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn in Liberty. There was a slight miscommunication on our room reservation. I got customer service at hotels.com on the phone with Ron at the hotel. Our problems were soon resolved. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Did not eat breakfast but it was available. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Had a great stay there. Excellent facility - very neat and clean. Very nice breakfast. Met our expectations and more. Definetly recommend it to anyone.

The stay was excellent. The price was reasonable and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Everything one could ask for was provided, including a tasty continental breakfast. Would gladly stay there again.

The Comfort Suites are just fine for a reasonably-priced stay in Liberty. The (free) breakfast was surprisingly good and varied. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I didn't use the pool or fitness room but will next time. I have stayed at another location in the area on my frequent visits but am changing to Comfort Suits.

We stayed the night at this hotel, the staff was very engaging and my girlfriend and I were able to check in on a timely manner. They also checked to see if we need any accomidations to make our stay better.

This place was a dump! The first thing I notices was that the cleaning staff seems to have ignored the hallway carpet for months. This is no exaggeration. The carpet just outside the elevator was grungy with ground-in dirt caked in the carpeting. The handle on the faucet in the room had apparently been broken for a while, although they did fix it when […] we asked. The carpet by the door in the room had a 4 ft. bu 4 ft. patch that had treads showing around the edges. I have stayed at much much nicer economy hotels for a lot less money. If I were staying in the area again (and I will) I sleep in a tent before I stayed here. Mehr

Wake up call did not happen. Breakfast selection was poor. Mattress was lumpy. Good location, however.

comfort suites kansas city/ liberty was a perfect fit for us. close to worlds of fun, wal-mart across the street and a shopping mall right down the street. plenty of places to eat, also. good breakfast.

The stafe and cleanliness was fine, but the beds were horrific! Both my partner and I had beds that were extremely soft and worn out. 3 days later, our backs still hurt.

Great room, comfey beds, friendly staff, nice variety for breakfast. No problems what so ever! If I had to complain about one thing it would be the high chlorine levels in the hot tub, but for safety measures, I'm sure it has to be that way.

The bathroom was dirty when we checked in, there was hair everywhere. The pool and hot tub were dirty. In the morning they ran out of food for the free breakfast and would not refill. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall, the hotel needed to be cleaned.

the fridge smelled like urine. There were no blankets or pillows for the fold out sofa and when we opened it there was period blood on the mattress cover so it got folded up quickly and one of us slept on the floor with what we gave him off the 2 beds in there. on a good note the tv was a nice size and the room seemed clean other then that. Rooms were not nicely finished. Curtains were hung crookedly and walls were marred.

Motel could not provide a computer station with a working printer, because it is not operational and has been sitting there unuseable. Moreover of the two computers in the work station only one was apparently ever connected to the printer and there were repeat reminders on screen of overdue reorder of crucial software. For same price other better equipped […] motels in area. Nice people at desk. Mehr
